Fox affiliate Q13 (KCPQ-TV) in Seattle broadcast a doctored video of President Trump giving his Oval Office address to the nation Wednesday during the intro to their 10 p.m. news show.




The video was captured by viewer Jeff Wallis who pinged Seattle talk radio host Todd Herman with KTTH-AM 770.


The video starts with an excerpt of Trump giving his address, however his face is made to look orange colored and his mouth has been distorted with video software. When the Q13 anchor starts talking near the end of the clip the video of Trump is further altered so that he is repeatedly licking his lips with an exaggerated large tongue.

Herman reported at KTTH that Q13 has suspended (http://mynorthwest.com/1237906/was-video-of-president-trumps-tuesday-address-doctored/) the video editor while it investigates.


The Q13 news director told Herman:


“We are investigating this to determine what happened,” said Q13’s news director. “This does not meet our editorial standards and we regret if it is seen as portraying the President in a negative light. The editor responsible for editing the footage is being placed on leave while we investigate further.”



No further statements about the incident from Q13 were found online.

But, if the guidelines are followed, bureaucrats can be laid off – as in no more job.
