Guest essay by Eric Worrall

Dr. Willie Soon – Connecticut state representative Christine Palm (https://www.palmforstaterepresentative.org/) is alarmed that some children in her district choose to spend all their school time focussing on traditional studies like mathematics and science instead of spending some of their time learning about the “life and death” issue of Climate Change.

Teach kids about climate change? This state might require it
By MICHAEL MELIA

HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — A legislative proposal in Connecticut would mandate instruction on climate change in public schools statewide, beginning in elementary school.

Connecticut already has adopted science standards that call for teaching of climate change, but if the bill passes it is believed that it would be the country’s first to write such a requirement into law.
“A lot of schools make the study of climate change an elective, and I don’t believe it should be an elective,” said state Rep. Christine Palm, a Democrat from Chester who proposed the bill. “I think it should be mandatory, and I think it should be early so there’s no excuse for kids to grow up ignorant of what’s at stake.”

Palm, who represents towns along the Connecticut River in southeast Connecticut, said climate change deserves a more prominent place in children’s education because of the urgency of the threat posed by global warming.
“I’d love to see poetry be mandated. That’s never going to happen,” she said. “That’s not life or death.”

Christine didn’t go into detail about what job opportunities a qualification in climate studies would create, or whether a mandatory qualification in climate studies would help students win entry to the university of their choice.

Let's teach* 'em about the evils of Communism, now THERE'S a VERY REAL life and death issue.

*of course we're talking about state indoctrination centers so what do you expect?

May put the brakes on Trumpian plans to release education away from Fed. and to the states.

Who's claim is real Google's or wattsupwiththat.com's?

If they were the "most viewed" as stated, wouldn't i get a hit when typing "global warming" keywords into my search bar?

Mandatory "climate change" catechism is a violation of the establishment clause, as "climate change" is religion, not science.

Well then hopefully someone who hasn't lost their mind will challenge that.

Climate change is real, what isn't real is the idea that we people can do anything about it, or that stealing more tax money for Israel will help.

Which favor of climate change are you saying is real? Man-made or natural? I agree that natural climate change is occurring.

45 years ago we were being told that an Ice Age was closing in on us. Just more nonsense to manipulate everyone.

Right, they will only be teaching the unreal manmade climate change version. It can fill an entire paper back workbook with storylines.

The natural version has no researched science to teach more than an afternoon course.

The natural is real, I doubt the man-made though I could be wrong, I know that giving a politician money to solve a problem never works, witness the war on drugs or poverty.

Climate change is real, what isn't real is the idea that we people can do anything about it, or that stealing more tax money for Israel will help.

"Climate change" in current popular discourse refers to "anthropogenic climate change," meaning that we are supposedly able to "reduce carbon emissions" to mitigate said "change."

Hence, my position is that "climate change" is NOT real.

The Sun is the primary driver of climate on Earth. Nothing else even comes close. Even VEI 7/8 gigaton volcanic eruptions would have but marginal effect on global climate, reducing solar radiation, say, up to 20%...the Sun would still be the driver. The idea that our still relatively puny "carbon emissions" are causing climate shifts is the height of hubris. Of course, it's not just hubris, but a scheme to: 1) suck massive amounts of money out of the common folk, for the benefit of those positioned to gain (e.g., Pope Albert I and other "carbon credit exchange" schemers); and 2) set the course for reducing "carbon emissions" to the point that genocide will result, eliminating billions of we "useless eaters" / "excess human resources."

Let's not overlook the most crucial component to (((them))) beyond the extraction of wealth/substance, and that's the social engineering aspect. I cannot think of a better and more thorough way to beat the people into submission to the collectivist state. How does one question The Gospel?? ???

The "climate change" driven social engineering has already led millions of Stockholm Syndrome victims and pinko fellow travelers to declare they won't have children, so as to "reduce their impact on Mother Earth." An excellent way to suppress WHITE births even further (for God knows Africa, Asia, and Latin America ain't foregoing having offspring!).

Tens of millions are being whipped into psychotic hysteria now, with mobs shrieking that "we must act NOW!" or "the end will come for our children" (whom they won't even give birth to!). Of course, that "action" is going to involve total information awareness in every aspect of one's life, to the point of 5G Control Grid sensors on one's toilet tank and bowl, on one's garbage bin, and every other working part of one's home. You literally won't be able to take a shit without the government knowing...and you'll have to pay a fee for it!
