total loss of power at Wisconsin airport...interesting that the backup generators failed at same time...and that no other customers lost power

The terminal at Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Wisconsin has reopened after closing Monday morning following a complete power outage.

Airport officials tell Fox News that power has been restored and passenger operations are resuming after the facility, located in Madison, Wisc., confirmed the outage and earlier told passengers not to travel to MSN until the problem had been resolved.

I think wisconsin has been placed into a subzero icebox on Sunday so yeah most likely that its circuits were just iced...contracted. Its currently 8F there at Noon.

Probably had that new Chinese substitute for Silver on its main breaker...

yeah, I think this is the first time it's cold in Wisconsin - so no need to rig the power supply and emergency gens for that kind of rarity

electric heat tracing - maybe they should look into it. we have it in texas

Guaranteed to happen here from dry to rainy season even.

All weather seals and large coils take time to adjust to the new clima, idk?
