The Phoenix police crime lab on Tuesday determined a DNA sample taken from Sutherland matched the baby. He was taken into custody the same day.

Of course it is possible that the crime was committed by Sutherland’s unknown evil identical twin brother.

I would imagine if the perpetrator had been white this would have been all over the news.
