They can't. A wall is already the "law of the land" which is why Trump isn't asking congress to pass a law, he's asking them to fund the law that's already there. How can any jewish judge stop Trump from faithfully executing the laws of the United States?

On a side note, wouldn't it have been great if the republican congress back in the Obama years had as much spine as the democrats do now and had refused to fund Obamacare after it became the law of the land? That would have been so fun to see.
