DELUSIONAL would make the perfect category. Make a simple stipulation that those declaring DELUSIONAL shall be any gender they well please. However, all natural rights will be suspended with the declaration. Make them wards of the state.

A third gender nomination is a good thing. I recommend Freak of nature. It encompasses those that are born anomalous biologically and those that are delusional. Further it has kind of carried a positive connotation in the 70’s I believe. It was considered kind of cool to be a Freak. I think we can all agree that these individuals makes life interesting? In earlier days people payed to see them at circus. Now they increase TV advertising revenue.

Their noun should be “It”.

It works as long as we require sterilization. We don't need the Delusional, Freaks, and It's running around reproducing.

You're close to what I was thinking...this third gender needs a name. Instead of "It", I say call it "Pat".
