I couldn't watch the whole video because it put a warp on my brain. He doesn't seem to know that "white mans time" and "Indian time" are different. He should have learned that when he was in North Dakota at the pipeline protest. If he lived around the reservations in my area he'd know what "Indian time" is. If you go to a roping, rodeo or pow wow that Indians are putting on it will start on Indian time and that's when ever they get around to it.

In Arizona only one county recognizes daylight savings time and in that county only those areas that are on the indian reservation.

In Iowa under their statute code labeled 'SOVEREIGNTY' they establish daylight savings time at a certain date and time and central standard time at another certain date and time. The daylight savings time date does not coincide with federal daylight savings time and so Iowa admits to the supremacy of federal law to their law by observing the 'official' federal date.

My time is established so that 6 a.m. occurs precisely when the sun peeks over the horizon and 6 p.m. occurs precisely when the sun sets. Noon is when the sun is overhead. This means I don't observe railroad time unless I happen to participate in commerce.
