Here's the swamp beast's proposal. Have ALL men (they are all rapists after all) be *allowed* to be castrated, saving their sperm in storage for later use when they 'decide' to have children. Of course these emasculated men will be TAXED for the storage of their sperm. This is her answer to putting a stop to abortions.
