Got me a lawyer fired or at the very least put on prohibition pending possible termination.



The story so far......




There was some paperwork that I barely got in the nick of time so they tried to move for judicial default alleging that I didn't file any paperwork (which was a bold face lie but if you dont challenge the court will take it as gospel truth)

if you look in a prior thread I made mention that i spoke with opposing council and i made notes of everything that he said and when i sifted through it i found several priceless gems:



I dont set the motions, another department does that.
there are probably 5 to 8 people working on your case.


and this priceless gem.......

I can set motions pretty much when I please and kick it along 3-4 months and the court will still considerate timely.


so I set a verified memoranda memorializing things of that nature.

I sent it out return receipt so i would known when it hit the lawyers office.

i dont think it was 48 hours definitely not more than 72.

i get a letter in the mail for substitution of council and the lawyer that was running his mouth was being replaced with someone else.

I had to bust out laughing.

I would have paid top dollar to be a fly on the wall when this legal eagle was getting reamed by upper managemnt for giving away the keys to the kingdom for free.


its too late I know what I know and I will wield it like a broadsword.

its not a major battle and certainly not the war but rather a light skirmish and I won.


They underestimated me and I took a head clean off his shoulders and know they are better aware who they are dealing with.

and to think I haven't even pulled out the big guns yet.

I think eventually they are going to walk away from your relentless appeal. I would say congratulations but not quite yet.

I haven't even started my discovery in earnest.

I got the lt govenor of Utah investing two notaries that certified documents 13 years after the fact.

I will soon have the Florida bar INVESTIGATION of a lawyer that made a certification that we spoke and I did not

I am drafting a letter to the IRS because there in no way a mortgage could have made it into the trust 13 years later....there is fraud afoot and uncle sugar didnt get paid.

I am also drafting letters under TILA violations and RESPA.


I am going complete scorched earth.

I smell a 6 figure settlement and a satisfaction of mortgage in my not so distant future
