Mmmm steak tartar! But they forgot to chop the meat, raw onion, egg yolk, capers and freshly ground black pepper. Preferably served with a cold beer and a shot of aquavit. And the plate on the table with some table manners and cutlery.

Someone tried to explain that it's a voodoo ritual in which all the women are the wives of some demon spirit, and they all have to drink the blood and wallow in it to ceremonialize their group sacrifice to their demon god.
