And the Corporations are the masters of the politicians.

The corporations have moved our manufacturing base to communist China. More than half of the American people are now employed by governments.

I should say more than half of American workers are government employees and they all vote.

When I was in third grade my teacher was musing out loud about how govt workers should not be able to vote. She opined that her reason for saying that was the fact that the founders never envisioned govt getting so large and spilling outside of Washington DC, which at that time had no congress people. I always thought she was sure right about that.

I have to agree. Other than an military, Army funded for no more than 2 years and a Navy the only department mentioned in the Constitution is the Treasury Department.

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union,..."

The "more perfect union" was able to print commercial paper. They needed a Treasury to handle this. The Army and Navy were required to keep creditors reasonable.
