Yeah it does look like that, at least in this scenario that he kept his enemies closer..... Bolton was a neocon warmonger, that was known for decades. That I do have to commend Trump for. He definitely has resisted the warfare party of Washington which I'm sure is difficult as they whip up the media whenever they want to lob bombs at some foreign country.
