I was told recently that the bloodbath in Chicago and elsewhere among African descendants is tribal in nature. A tribe might have a certain shape of ear, nose or forehead. These tribes have developed hatreds that go back generations and they have been taught to identify each other based upon these visual cues. A tribe has a territory and any other tribe trespassing is cause for slaughter.

Dunno how true this is but it would explain much. Likely they hate each other more than they hate whitey.
