You are responsible for nobodies actions but your own. Actions are verbs. Nouns are what are prosecuted. The conversion of a verb to a noun is a criminal act (in some cases ... not others). Ification is the process of creating ... by action. Reification is the process of recreating. Deification is the process of destroying someone elses creation (of course this is an action that is actionable). Some would suggest that deification is the process of making something holy though ... you decide.

If I get accosted by someone who wants to physically do anything to me against my will, and I say "I do not consent" and if they don't care and initiate physical force against me, and then if I resist and am overpowered, according to you that's now my fault. No, I don't think so.

I'm pretty sure you're unclear on the concept.Living in the modern world requires me to understand the difference between power and authority. If someone without the authority to hurt me has the power to hurt me and intends to do just that, I'm not going to rely on me pointing out his lack of authority as good enough to stop him. Like, if I get pulled over by the cops, I'm going to comply with their orders even if I don't think they have authority over me, because I'd rather do that and live than point my glock at them and fight it out, and most likely lose and die.
