The proportion of the gas rises and falls relative to the amount of carbon dioxide, which makes up 95 per cent of Martian air.
And we're being told that Mars is hospitable and as such can relatively easily be colonized.
At least the flora will flourish with that much CO2. lol

I'm hoping for a Rama class spacecraft to show up, hopefully before, say, next Tuesday. I'd love to vacate this place... don't care where it's going, just so long I'm on it.
