Would they be Beings or simply an electronic device? Think AI and those movies. They seem to be Beings but have so soul.

Clones have motor skills that are sub par, can't think quick on their feet, have medical anomalies, physical defects and speech is often garbled like they are searching for the words.

Most clones you would recognize are members of the elite class.
