Just starting. Trump has it all covered IMO.

Questions about Biden’s health and age have repeatedly come up since even before the former vice president declared his candidacy in April. In September, Biden committed to publicly releasing his medical records before the Iowa caucuses, to try and put to rest concerns over whether he was fit enough to take on President Trump (https://www.foxnews.com/category/politics/elections/campaigning/trump-2020-campaign) in a general election campaign -- and whether he would be up to the rigors and stress of serving as president.

On Tuesday, the Biden campaign released a statement from Dr. Kevin O'Connor, who served as White House physician to Biden for several years.
"Vice President Biden is a healthy, vigorous 77-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency, to include those as chief executive, head of state and commander in chief,” Dr. Kevin O’Connor said.

In his report, O’Connor said that Biden is currently being treated for non-valvular atrial-fibrillation, better known as Afib, which is an irregular heartbeat. He said Biden is also being treated for hyperlipidemia, which is an abnormally high concentration of fats or lipids in the blood, as well as gastroesophageal reflux, a digestive disorder that occurs when acidic stomach juices, or food and fluids, back up from the stomach into the esophagus. And he noted that Biden – as many Americans do – suffers from seasonal allergies.

“For these, he takes three common prescription medications and two common over-the-counter medications,” O’Connor said.
His report listed Biden's weight as 178 pounds and his height as 5 feet, 11.65 inches.

Biden's campaign did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment.

Scheiner also commented on former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg's (https://www.foxnews.com/category/person/michael-bloomberg) health. Bloomberg, also 77, threw his hat into the 2020 race (https://www.foxnews.com/category/politics/2020-presidential-election) late and provoked speculation that he thought 2020 frontrunners like Biden couldn't cut it.

Bloomberg previously released his medical history with his doctor describing his health as "outstanding."

“'Outstanding health'? With that history, I wouldn’t call it outstanding health,” Scheiner said, referring to the description as "hyperbole."

Bloomberg's doctor had disclosed that the former mayor was receiving treatment for arthritis and heartburn. The letter added that Bloomberg takes a blood thinner to treat atrial fibrillation and another medication to control his cholesterol.

I've always been fascinated by how such powerful, influential and highly positioned folk can simultaneously be as ignorant and sickly as the common man vis-a-vis human health, nutrition and being willing victims of modern "healthcare." The power of nutrients and proper diet to both prevent and reverse all of the diseases afflicting Biden and Bloomberg has been known to farmers for a century. No one who is sick is suffering from a drug deficiency. Anyone who takes a proton pump inhibitor for heartburn/reflux will surely suffer from myriad other diseases in the future because without stomach acid one cannot digest proteins and absorb minerals. Taking statin drugs is accepting a death sentence in due course. Atrial fibrillation is near universal in the elderly because if reflects osteoarthritis of the spine which is universal given our mineral-deficient low-quality foods laced with mineral-chelating roundup. Going to a modern physician today is tantamount to declaring personal health bankruptcy and abdicating one's God-given control over his own body. Very tragic indeed.

They had a blood drive at work, I have a highly sought after blood type and I give anyway as its a good way to get rid of some excess iron. Anyway during the question portion asking if I'm well, yadda, yadda yadda, the nurse asks when the last time I saw a doctor was. I said probably almost a decade ago now. She says you don't get a routine checkup? I said no as a doctor is the last person I would see about my general health, they'll just give me a drug they're paid to push, so no thanks.

My resting heart rate was 53, blood pressure was 122 over 80, and as she wrote down the numbers, I said does it look like I need to see a doctor? She didn't comment.

I practice intermittent fasting, eat as organic as possible. Supplement magnesium, C, iodine, Selenium, E, and D3 in the winter months.

Intermittent fasting by far has been incredible, I've been doing that for the past 2 months and my energy level has gone through the roof, literally. Mental clarity is phenomenal. I practice the 18/6 fast (fast for 18 hours, and have 6 hour window to eat). Sometimes I'll go 24 hours without eating but I'm hydrating with plenty of water.

We're not designed to eat all the time, most of our history food was hard to come by and our bodies adjusted for that. HGH increases significantly (youth hormone) while you're fasting. Even more so if you do any sort of High Impact Training. They've done studies that have shown HGH increase by 2000% just by fasting and doing short burst but intense exercises.

Think of HGH and insulin as competing hormones. HGH is for energy usage, while Insulin is for energy storage. Most of the time in the modern era insulin is always high. We are seeing the health effects of that.

I hate ordering anything from Darth Bezos. The pure mineral tar is the most concentrated form of shilajit/mumiyo. You get a lot more for your money with the product I recommend above. I've stockpile this product because it represents a screaming bargain.

Ares - Thanks for sharing your thoughts on intermittent fasting and how it has been working for you. I've been thinking about doing this, but I have to get off my morning coffee. Maybe in the new year. I've been watching lots of videos from Dr. Berg (I don't think he's a jew--doesn't look like one), and he's a big fan of intermittent fasting along with keto.

Yeah that's the key really. I eat more Paleo, but some days could be considered more Keto. Limiting sugar and carbs while fasting will do wonders. After a week or so of intermittent fasting you'll no longer need or even desire your morning coffee.

Just remember to try and get 8 hours of sleep, that's the hardest part for me. Gotta have my wind down time after the kids go to bed. lol
