View Full Version : What's a "crazy check"??

I've a relative who was a teacher for over 40 years. She clued me into what she and many of her colleagues refer to as crazy checks. What's a crazy check?? Here's the scenario - parents have a child who *seems* to be having issues (mostly a result of their poor parenting). They go to their family MD/Big Pharma salesman and tell their MD that their child has some 'behavioral issues.' Doc of course writes a 'script for some kiddie drugs. Here's the draw - once they're got their kid on mind-altering Big Pharma shit they can apply for monthly Social Security payouts for that child because of the child's *disability*. That's crazy check #1. That's right, there's TWO crazy checks. Crazy check #2 is for the parent of the child 'to take care of' the child with the professionally diagnosed disability. Crazy check #1 = $1,500/month and crazy check #2 = $1,500/month...that's $3,000/month to get your kid on Big Pharma dope...obviously much more than minimum wage, so why bother getting a job?

You JUST KNOW that Big Pharma was totally involved in getting this super sweet deal set up, no one else would have lobbied/pushed for an incentive to get children on *legal* drugs except 'legal drug' pusher aka Big Pharma. No doubt Big Pharma execs were hard at work brain-storming on how to exploit this untapped market.

Never heard about this. I know the schools get paid for each kid drugged but never heard the parents get anything outta it.

This topic doesn't come up much but absolutely this sort of thing occurs all the time. I've read about people who are overweight using their weight as a "disability" to get SS disability checks. All they have to do is get a doctor note saying they can't work. As to kids, why wouldn't you take $3k/month if the gov't is just going to hand it to you after your kid gets on the behavioral drugs? It's absolutely insane that we incentivize this sort of thing. If anything it should be the opposite, whereby healthy families who aren't as big a drain on healthcare infrastructure get tax breaks for using fewer resources. What a concept that would be!

Yes or just reduce taxes, by saving on insane incentives like the above. Giving deadbeats $3k a month for drugging their children into zombies, could not really be an efficient way of using taxpayer funds...

2020 marks THIRTY YEARS since I was a chump taxpayer (actually prior to that, 1990 is when I discontinued communicating with the Individuals Representing Satan).

What about "Stupid Checks"? There are many living around me who get a check every month and free health care, EBT (foodstamps) and who knows what else, merely because they have convinced some bureaucrat that they are truly retarded. It is an automatic way to live off of your fellow citizens. Who's really stupid? I had a whole clan of neighbors, they have moved (I bought them out) who were all getting stupid checks.

I am not sure how stupid you have to be. They had drivers licenses and vehicles and guns too.

I have heard that you cannot be denied certain welfare benefits if you have applied for disability. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
