Automation is coming fast. All these minimal wage no brain jobs will be eliminated. Then I will wonder where I can work. (J/K) seriously there will be no where to go. It helps companies but menial workers will have nothing. If 15 an hour is real than my company can't afford them. Point blank simple. No company can afford non skilled workers for 15 an hour.

I was starting my workers out at $15 an hour. Most of them couldn't hold a job if you duck taped it in their hand. For skilled workers who stuck it out, mid to high $20's for a trained floor mechanic.
