In this age if it doesn't say Made in U.S.A. on the label I take it that the product is made elsewhere.

I see nothing on the 2 products I saw @ Puritan that said where they were made.

I thank you anyway .

If you read carefully, it states that their products are made in the USA from domestic and imported raw materials, so yes, they claim to be made in the US

I've been getting my Vitamin E from A. C. Grace company. They're in Big Sandy, Texas and from my research their E is high quality. They have other things too.

also, be sure you buy the ALL natural, not "natural ingredients." I went to our whole foods store and had the hippy chick that runs the vitamin section, and she couldnt find a SINGLE FECKING bottle of vitamin C. Not ONE. It was all as ascorbic acid, not L ascorbic. Hence, as fake as can be. She assured me it was all "natural" but i showed her the fine print and she was astounded that they didnt even have ONE SINGLE CONTAINER of the most common vit suppliment known.

Interesting you say this. I went through everything I could find and then someone tipped me off to what I should be looking at rather than what I was. Apparently plain ascorbic acid is rare and the L-ascorbic is what everyone carries. No idea of why it isn't labeled L-ascorbic though. See what you find in regards as this is what I found a few years back. Also learned it was a preservative and could be used as a deodorant. Things I find when I research...

I get the ascorbic acid I take from PureBulk. All the information about it is at this link and it is L-ascorbic acid.

Okay this is one of the places I read this also:

IS THIS THE BIOACTIVE FORM L-ASCORBIC ACID?The Bioactive form of Ascorbic acid is the L- form and is the only one currently offered at Purebulk.com. In most cases when you see a product labeled as “Ascorbic acid” it is likely the L- form as the D- form and the racemic DL- form has not been as commercially available for some time.

I make the lipsomol C and don't take it in straight powder form. The first time I went to reorder I wondered about the missing 'L-'.
