What a load of horse shit. The guy didn't even speak of the health effects that have been reported by people exposed to 30Ghz to 300Ghz waves for long periods of time.

There have been zero health studies on these frequencies and the telecommunications act of 1996 made it illegal to even voice your opposition of health effects.
