View Full Version : The Overstimulation War

When an Elk hunter on horseback downs an Elk, his next hurdle is getting the horse to pack the meat out. If a horse is new to this he is a bit skittish about the smell of blood and he doesn't really want it loaded on his back. To neutralize his instincts, the savvy hunter sticks one hand in the gore and proceeds to shove his blood soaked fingers in the horse's nostrils. After a few minutes, the horse is used to the smell of blood and doesn't know where the smell is coming from anymore. He has been overstimulated. Then he is ready to pack the meat out.

We are living in the information overstimulation age today. Our rulers constantly put out Youtube conspiracy videos to overstimulate us to the point that eventually we reach the point where we ignore the alarmists.

A horse is a mere beast of burden and does not have the option of not having blood shoved up his nostrils, but we do have the option of not watching Jewtube videos.

I always was surprised at people's reaction to violence on TV. Of note, whenever a human is killed, no reaction is elicited, but if someone kills a dog, prepare for a reaction of total outrage. Now I agree that dogs are mighty fine and many have a more finely tuned sense of empathy than a lot of humans, but really; No empathy for murdered humans and great empathy for murdered canine.....
