A white Oakland County, Michigan couple were charged with felony assault on Thursday after a video of a pregnant woman defending herself from a black woman with a firearm went viral.

Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper charged Jillian Wuestenberg , 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42, each with one count of felonious assault, a four-year felony, the Detroit News reported.

The couple was arraigned Thursday at 52-3 District Court in Rochester Hills.

Both were given a $50,000 personal bond.

“As part of the bond conditions, they must turn over all firearms, not engage in any assaultive behavior, and may not leave the state,” sheriff’s officials said.

The incident stemmed from a bump and lack of apology, according to Bouchard.

“Let’s have a little more tolerance for each other and not being so quick to react,” Bouchard said. “If someone is doing something improper or unfair, I tell my family and friends to look away. This is not the moment to plant your flag.”

A white couple leaving a Chipotle restaurant this week were falsely accused of racism by a black woman and her 15-year-old daughter.

The black woman accused a pregnant white woman of bumping into her daughter near the entrance of the restaurant and demanded an apology.

The white woman tried to deescalate the confrontation by peacefully walking away and got into her car as the black woman called her a “dumbass bitch.”

The black woman then turned her ire toward white woman’s husband and threatened him: “And if you say something I’ll beat your white ass too.”

As the white couple backed up their vehicle to leave the parking lot, the black woman rushed behind the SUV to block them from leaving and accused them of ‘trying to hit her.’

The black woman pounded on the vehicle and threatened to beat them.

This is when the confrontation escalated.

The white woman got out of the car and pulled out her firearm after being assaulted and threatened, “Get the f*ck away!” she screamed. “Back the f*ck up!”

Eric Wuestenberg was fired from his job at Oakland University following the incident.

“We have seen the video, and we deem his behavior unacceptable.” the university said in a statement.

Ken and Karen McClaskey were Leftists Democrat millionaires who actually made big donations to BLM in the past. That is what makes them great poster children for the Second Amendment. The right to keep and bear arms is not a Left versus Right matter. Everyone has the right to keep and bear arms and anyone, repeat anyone, who does not keep and bear arms do not care about their right, their duty, to protect their lives and property. The McClaskeys showed admiral restraint in just standing there with their weapons by animalistic people who tore down their gate, were standing on their private property and who were threatening to kill them and kill their dog. I would have been so afraid and probably would have had great difficulty in keeping cool as they did. However, they were fully intending to use the guns if they had to. They were not bluffing.

I think the left is sending a message to Americans that you had better not defend yourself against them, or you will receive the same treatment these others got. Arrest, $50,000 bond and be dragged through the corrupt court system until you run out of money.

There are several things to consider about that optic. First of all is the AR-15 (it's definitely not an AKM), it appears to be a very dated model, like something 30 years old, an A2 model or possibly something earlier like a Colt SP-1, the original AR...but I doubt that as it appears to have round handguards instead of the triangular handguards of the original M-16 and SP-1. For starters an AR-15 (as well as an AKM) is NOT an 'assault rifle' as the DoD definition of an assault rifle is one that is capable of both semi-auto and burst fire either three shot burst or full auto selectable by the user. An AR-15 is always a semi-auto and never a full auto. If an AR-15 then it is very dated, like 25-30 years old, none of the later ARs have carrying handles and A2 front sights combined, the later model AR uppers are all flattops. One thing for sure it's an older gun, and that could mean it's actually a pre-'86 M-16 machinegun (aka 'assault rifle') in the NFA registry. Meaning the owner has a BATF tax stamp through the NFA. That was my first thought, that this guy can definitely afford an actual $20,000 pre-'86 M-16 machinegun and pass the background check. OR he could have purchased an AR 25-30 years ago when that style of AR was popular, I just cannot see anyone buying an AR in the past 20 years that wasn't updated. And in talking to a friend of mine my friend broached the notion that it could have been a replica gun because this fellow had zero indication of any spare magazines hanging out of his pockets, it appeared he only had the one 30 round mag in the gun, as in he wasn't that serious. Shit, I would not have stepped out there to confront the mob without at least twelve magazines on me (three bandoleers) to show I have a little something for each and everyone of the varmints.

I'm sticking with my first impression, here's a guy who can afford a machinegun and got one just because he could. He just doesn't know what he's doing. You'd be surprised by the very wealthy people who own machineguns and subguns just because they can.

Dishonest coverage of “racism” designed to instigate conflict.



The mainstream mass media, that coterie of dishonest and malicious outlets who President Donald Trump has powerfully characterized as “the enemy of the people,” appears intent on inciting a race war, eliminating any form of dissent from the prevailing politically correct narrative, and destroying the basic standards and symbols of traditional America.

By and large, almost all major mass media outlets—save perhaps Fox News—has provided cover and, even worse, justification for the riots, looting, vandalism, and other outrageous criminality sparked in the aftermath of the death of George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man with an extensive criminal background who died while being arrested in late May. The mass media’s shockingly one-sided, stridently anti-White, anti-police, anti-law and order, and anti-American perspective on virtually every racial and political issue is apparent to all paying attention.

This should not surprise readers of this newspaper. The left-wing mass media has a long track record of inciting and justifying the sort of destructive criminal behavior Americans have seen so vividly in recent months. Police officers operating in extremely hostile and dangerous environments, often interacting with violent criminals who are encouraged to flout and disrespect the law and those tasked with enforcing it, have been transmogrified into brutally evil racist monsters who systematically target and hunt down blacks in America’s major cities simply for the sport of it. In reality, African-Americans commit the vast majority of violent crime and often resist arrest or otherwise refuse to cooperate with law enforcement officers trying to do their jobs.

This disrespectful and dangerous mindset has for decades been fostered, encouraged, and justified by the mass media. So called “hate crimes” committed by whites against minorities, even when they are later demonstrated to have been entirely staged or faked, are reported and hyped to the extreme, generating outrage and anger, which often turns violent and destructive.

Just this week, for example, NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace, one of the few blacks involved with the sport, was told a noose was hung in his garage at the iconic Talladega Superspeedway, with the implication repeated by Wallace and the media that a racist NASCAR driver or employee hung it there on purpose in order to intimidate him.

The FBI quickly dedicated 15 agents to investigate the purported hate crime. They soon discovered the “noose” was in fact a rope used to open and shut the garage door and had been situated in this particular garage since at least last year, thoroughly debunking the hate crime allegation. Nevertheless, the emotionally charged spectacle was promoted to the masses, further instilling an outrageous and entirely dishonest narrative about black victimization and oppression, systemic white supremacy and racism, and other manufactured Marxist talking points. Worse, the media never corrected their fallacious reporting.

Journalists, reporters, and average Americans speaking out publicly against the dishonest and biased narratives endlessly disseminated by the mass media are not only being publicly shamed and demonized, they are being purged from their jobs and positions in society. The Cultural Bolshevik revolution sweeping this nation is intent on tearing down any symbol or standard of traditional America while systematically eliminating any form of opposition or even criticism of this destructive agenda, and the leftist media are clearly their willing accomplices.
