Well, we all know that South Dakota has the best Governor, since she resisted the whole lockdown insanity, but looks like Georgia's Kemp has been fighting back. I'm pretty sure Georgia was one of the first to open up (remember Trump went against him, and accused him of opening up too soon?). And now, he's fighting the mask mandates that some of Georgia counties are cities are pushing:
