Any recommendations on a good VPN?

Anyone got any recommendations for a good VPN? I've been using Virtual Shield and the problem I've been having with Virtual Shield is that their network apparently doesn't have enough IPs for the number of users resulting in jootube blocking whatever USA IP address I'm using and I have to switch the VPN to a Zurich IP address to avoid being blocked by jootube.

I use Express VPN, and every day I set the VPN location to somewhere else. They have a dozen or so locations, and you can switch them on the fly.

I'm on a full Gigabit connection, I've thought about setting up a VPN service. I doubt my ISP would be thrilled about that.... lol
