Roy Potter has a new video up where he goes over this report on the tests being stock piled three years ago. He also points out an area in Utah that's supposedly a safe place because the access to it can be cut off. It's along hi way 89 south of Salt Lake. I've been down that hi way but it's been a few years ago. He says a lot of the "Elites" are building underground homes there.
