This bill specifically states "Black Californians". This bill is racist, and quite frankly, Newsom is a racist. The bill should be reparations for all descendants of slavery, not just blacks based upon their skin color. There were a lot of Irish slaves in the US, before black slaves.

The left is doing all it can to cause racial division and to get blacks to rise up against whites.
When the very bloody part of the civil war really gets going, it's my hope there are enough patriots ready to end the left's attack on our country for good.
They want the people killing each other, but it's the politicians that should be wiped from the planet. Liberals of all walks should also be removed, that includes those in media, colleges, the justice system and the corporations.
Our country should not be safe for a politician to live in any longer. They are the true enemy of the people.
