One salient feature:

Militia members vote for their officers. The winner gets submitted to the governor who then issues a commission.

Think there is no militia? Think again. Anyone who casts a ballot in any election does so as militia. The function of the governor has morphed into the office of FEC at the NATIONAL (some say FEDERAL) level and the issuance of a Certificate of Ascertainment at the COLONIAL (some say STATE) level.

To me it is odd that people consider the National Guard to be the militia. People who join the National Guard don't get a vote for their leaders.

True, the National Guard is an adjunct of the Military. Congress unconstitutionally disestablished the Constitutional Militia of the several States in 1903. As a result instead of living in a secure free state we get to exist in the police state.

The ballot you cast is for the top leadership positions in local, county, colonial or national systems of the militia.

What you don't get to vote for is UN leadership.

COVID19 responses (masks, distancing, quarantine) are martial law. REALid is a travel document. Passports are to cross battlefield boundaries (aka COUNTRIES). VISAs are needed where real controversies are in present time.

Birth certificates are to introduce new arrivals to a distorted world. Induction into the military seems to happen very early these days.
