The innermost circles of the American mafia are abuzz. The Boss of the Philly mob — ‘Skinny Joey’ Merlino — is taking a victory strut, hobnobbing around the highest echelons of old-time mafia folk, mostly in Florida, describing what may have been the heist of the century: the 2020 presidential election.

The feat is drawing praise from far-flung corners of the Italian American business community, which sees the thanks of a grateful administration as key to the revival of the community’s political influence.

But an associate says that Merlino might just be willing to flip on Joe Biden and the Pennsylvania political operatives who ordered up some 300,000 election ballots marked for Biden. The source alleges that Merlino and a lean team of associates manufactured those ballots at a rate of $10 per ballot — a whopping $3 million for three days of work. They were then packaged into non-descript cardboard boxes and dropped off outside the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Sources who spoke to The Chronicle on the condition of anonymity say that Merlino picked up those ballots from two private households where a trusted handful of associates were busily marking ballots with Sharpie markers. They were paid more than $1,000 per hour, often producing thousands of ballots every hour for more than 60 nearly-consecutive hours.

The ballots were purchased in cash.
‘Skinny Joey’ Merlino was granted early release from a two-year prison stint earlier this year. If President Trump is willing to offer him a full pardon for current misdeeds and an expungement of past misdeeds, Merlino would be likely to offer stunning testimony before Congress about how the election was stolen.

It’s thought that Democratic Party operatives working inside Philadelphia’s election office provided Merlino with crates of raw ballots just hours before polls closed on election night, which he transported to two private households in South Philadelphia. By 10 p.m. that night Merlino’s operation was already generating more than 3,000 ballots per hour, which quickly scaled to more than 6,000 ballots per hour before midnight.

But now, Merlino might just be willing to flip on Biden — in primetime Congressional testimony — if President Donald J. Trump is willing to issue the longtime mobster a full expungement of his decades-long criminal record. And, of course, Merlino wants to be pardoned for the election fraud itself and any crimes to which he may incriminate himself during his testimony.

“He wants a clean record. He wants to fish and hunt on federal lands. He’d really like a job with the National Parks Service. You need a clean record to get those things,” explains one confidant. “But most of all he wants the thanks of a grateful nation for coming forward.”
Some have postulated that Merlino would be well suited to host a new Bravo series under development called “The Real Gentlemen of Philadelphia”, modeled loosely on that network’s ‘Real Housewives’ franchise. That deal could come with a $2 million per season paycheck.

“He wouldn’t mind a little fame — or a lot of fame,” he jokes. “If he comes forward he’ll probably get a book deal and a movie franchise.”

Political observers believe that Merlino could sell the rights of his story to a major Hollywood production studio for more than $20 million, and a book deal could yield as much as $10 million.

“You have to understand the thing about Skinny Joey is that he is very charismatic and knows how to tell an enthralling story,” the associate explains. “He’d be an incredible movie narrator, and he’d perform excellently in congressional testimony. He could hit that testimony so far out of the ballpark that he becomes a superstar instantaneously — a real celebrity presence.”

The damning congressional testimony — being tentatively dubbed ‘The Biggest Heist in Political History’ — could make it politically impossible for the Republican-controlled legislature in Pennsylvania to certify the State’s 20 electoral votes.
It’s alleged that Skinny Joey Merlino manufactured more than 300,000 ballots for Joe Biden, and then transported them in nondescript cardboard boxes to a backroom at the Philadelphia Convention Center. From there, the ballots were scanned into ballot boxes and were then co-located with actual election ballots being prepared for processing, according to an associate who was made familar with the operation.

I was involved in activism against installation of electronic voting machines in my county and state way back in early 2000s,
These machines are a nonstarter. I heard and read several professors, one I remember from Rice University, explaining how they were a no-go from the get-go.

All of the Democrat and all of the Republican state and federal legislators proactively chose to do nothing when these congenitally crooked voting machines were put in. We have extreme and blatant vote count irregularity in my state and every kind of crookedness for many decades. (I remember a candidate for state supreme court named Smith in early 2000s had his election heisted most blatantly in several crooked precincts in my state. I am still fuming from that.))

The legal team for President Donald Trump distanced itself from Sidney Powell Sunday evening, announcing that she has no official role with the campaign or the president himself.
The announcement came from former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, both of whom have represented the Trump campaign in its lawsuits attempting to overturn election results in several swing states.
“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the president in his personal capacity,” the statement from Giuliani said.

The announcement from Trump’s legal team comes after Powell appeared with Giuliani and Ellis at several press conferences and in court. She had also appeared on television multiple times in recent days to echo the president’s claims of massive voter fraud, though she, along with the rest of Trump’s legal team, has declined to provide any evidence of such. Trump himself also said that Powell was a part of his legal team in a Nov. 14 tweet.

Though Powell appeared on cable news almost daily, she has faced widespread criticism over her allegations. She has alleged that electronic voting systems switched millions of votes to President-elect Joe Biden, a claim which drew criticism from Fox News’ Tucker Carlson.
“She never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests, polite requests,” Carlson said Thursday. “She never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one.”
Powell also alleged that Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, both Republicans, were involved in a conspiracy with the state’s electronic voting system that swung the state in Biden’s favor.
“Georgia’s probably the first state I’m gonna blow up,” Powell said Saturday night on Newsmax TV, calling the Trump team’s lawsuits “biblical.”
“Mr. Kemp and the secretary of state need to go with it because they’re in on the Dominion scam,” she added, referring to a false claim that Dominion Voting Systems, which ran Georgia’s electronic voting system, deleted millions of Trump votes nationwide.

From my reading of 1 Stat 23 it applies to ALL office holders, both elected and appointed, from the president down to the dog catcher.

If memory serves the president of the executive branch is always sworn by a supreme. 1 stat 23 only makes provisions for swearing in house and senate members by the appropriate figurehead.

I read it closely enough to know two things:
1. I am not named as a party
2. 1 stat 23 stipulates an oath to a document that does not include a 14th amendment (or even a 13th).

Biden:. We (Democrats) needed to violate the Constitution so I could take an oath to support it.

A few bits of related information... President Trump gave strong support / endorsement when Georgia governor Kemp was a candidate and probably would not have gained office otherwise.

I fought electronic voting machines in Texas when they were first put in. because it was clear that the nature of voting machines, a private corporation controlling the proprietary program / algorithm of the machine and all of the machine’s application software, is not and never will be consistent with USA style of fair and honest voting and vote counting.

The record is that serious voting irregularities and reports of massive “vote flipping” have been in newspaper reporting since the machines came in about 14 years ago. Texas has had been the subject of many of those reports as has all of the states in the Union. Nothing has been adjudicated about these perennial reports and claims.

Something has changed in the last few days because the presidential legal “team” to investigate to file lawsuits definitely presented the very capable and erudite Sidney Powell front and center as the leader and spokesperson for the group. Also in the last few weeks Fox News has openly shown itself to be consummately unfair and unbalanced. Rupert Murdoch and his News Corp conglomerate plays the role of controlled opposition, and that includes Sky News Australia.

The history of electronic voting machines shows that the side that is judged to “win” and takes office immediately drops all interest in getting justice about reports of gross voting/vote counting irregularities and that includes all parties and politicians.

Would that honest lawyers and leaders would seek honest vote count of this election and justice in the courts and that they would not lower themselves to appear on any of our mainstream media television, all owned and operated by the same communist forces to promote a one world death and slavery system for all. .

It would be possible to have hand counted paper ballots, counted in full public view in the precincts but that has never been the desire of our political operatives.

We have always had substantial degrees of vote fraud even before electronic voting machines came in about 14 years ago, but fight this time because it is for all the marbles.

But sure, they would sic the FBI and CIA on an opposition presidential candidate as they did in 2016.
And sure, they would file false FISA applications as they did in 2016 and 2017—a total of four times.
And sure, the FBI agents in charge of investigations would casually talk about keeping Trump out of office and having an insurance policy for such in their texts to one another in 2016.
And sure, they would pressure the Electors to change their votes from the winning candidate to theirs.
And sure, they would entrap president-elect Donald Trump’s choice for National Security Advisor, Michael Flynn.
And sure, in 2016, they—specifically the Clinton campaign, and the DNC–would pay for a phony dossier with the payment channeled (to make it difficult to identify the payers) through the Perkins Coie International Law Firm to Brit Christopher Steele, who in turn hired some Russian operatives to provide him with phony information with which to harass the new president in 2017.
And sure, Hillary Clinton would arrange that dossier in order to provide cover for her having illegally deleted 30,000+ subpoenaed emails.
And sure, they, in this case Jim Comey, would then inform the new president of this salacious dossier and then report to the head of the CIA, John Brennan, “mission accomplished” who in turn would call CNN with the news, so the dossier could now be in the news.
And sure, Director Brennan, would testify under a closed hearing to the House Intelligence Committee that no, he had no hard evidence against Donald Trump, while publicly claiming for his new employer, and CNN’s audience, that yes, he did have hard evidence against him.
And sure, the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff, repeatedly—for months, and months— stated that he had hard evidence proving Trump colluded with the Russians but never did produce such evidence.
And sure, they would appoint a special counsel to then investigate—for 23 months and at a cost of $32 million—the new president with the intent of removal from office and possible criminal charges.
And sure, they would prosecute, despite the Justice Department dropping the charges some years earlier, Paul Manafort—Trump’s campaign manager—but not Manafort’s business partner, Democrat-connected Tony Podesta.
And sure, they would place poll watchers at a ridiculous distance from what they were supposed to be, you know, watching.
And sure, they would block the view of interested citizens by placing large cardboard pieces on the windows of those same poll sites.
And sure, they would publicly make a reference, hint, hint, of an election official’s place of residence for doxing purposes and the name of the school that her children attend so that thugs could harass them to get the official to change her vote on certifying the election in Wayne County, Michigan.
But, no, they would never, never stoop so low as to steal a presidential election. Perish the thought!

On Election Day 2016, my father, Russ, was all raring to go. He had told me the night before that he wanted to be first in line to vote against communist Hillary and her anti-God politics.

My dad — God rest his soul — was a military veteran, a patriot, a stalwart Catholic who knew both his Church and country were slipping away. Mission creep is what he was talking about. That's when an outfit, a country, a business, a Church gets off course and starts creeping away little by little from its original mission by adopting other goals and so forth.

Of course, every outfit has to adapt to new circumstances and correctly understand how they might or might not dictate a change in how the mission is carried out, but the mission itself cannot change, lest you lose your identity.

Well, let's look at both the country and the Catholic Church and see how mission creep has become much more than just creep. It's now a full-on sprint. A sprint to get away from the original missions so fast that each has become almost unrecognizable.

In the country, the very foundation of what makes a free nation is a free and fair election. That's now gone — short of some spectacular turnaround in the Supreme Court affecting the votes and fake decisions in multiple states, it's over.

It could still happen; that's why the suits must go forward. It will either be a resurrection from the dead or the final nail in the coffin of the republic. But it will be one or the other. There no longer exists a "middle ground." And in truth, there really didn't exist a middle ground in the first place.

So again, barring a Supreme Court intervention, fair elections in America are gone, off the table, likely never to return. And not to race to the end of the story here but (spoiler alert) that means the end of the nation as it is currently constituted. What happens next is anyone's guess and depends on a few things such as the Supreme Court and the U.S. Senate run-off elections in Georgia (which have completely zero credibility given how the presidential election was handled).

Conveniently, Georgia is the single state in the country where every single county uses the corrupt Dominion voting system, which is how the fraudulent election was partially achieved.

The old adage applies here: If they got away with once, why not do it again? This raises the all-important critical question — how did they get away with it, at least up to this point? Leaving that question hanging there, switch now to the Church, specifically the hierarchy, and let's just lay it out there and say what it is — the Church hierarchy has devolved into an international crime syndicate. Period.

The teachings of the Church are still correct, of course, and protected by the Holy Spirit, protected especially from these corrupt communists and cowards. But as for the integrity of the men who are bishops, individually and collectively, they have none. They are walking disgraces.

They long ago abandoned the mission of the Church and converted the Church into a shop, a corporation where they are exempt from all accountability and destroy that which they have authority over.

Does this sound familiar? Weak men, selfish men, self-centered men abandoning the mission for the sake of their own personal benefit. Mitt Romney would make a good Catholic bishop. He checks all the boxes. Heck, in truth he probably believes more of the Faith than most bishops.

Likewise, Cupich might as well have been nominated for president by the Democratic Party. He lies and cheats and steals with the best of them (and has about the same mental acuity as Biden). The truth is, with the exception of pointy hats, the Democratic Party leadership and the Church leadership are virtually indistinguishable.

There is no distinction in their politics, their accountability, their selfishness, their proclivity to lie and cover up their own foul deeds. The list is interminable. Look no further than the latest cover-up by the hierarchy — the McCarrick Report.

Lies, obfuscations, finger-pointing, blaming the dead and completely failing to come out and identify the living culprits who participated in this man's sins: Wuerl, Farrell, Cupich, Tobin and so on.

They all skate by, with no consequences whatsoever for allowing the former cardinal to continue and prosper. The reason is simple — because they prospered in exchange for looking the other way. How is this any different in approach than we see with the deep state in Washington, D.C., in the FBI and DOJ?

Hunter, Hillary, McCabe, Comey, Strzok and so forth — why aren't these people facing charges of treason, obstruction of justice, destroying evidence and so forth? The answer to both circumstances, Church and government, is the same answer.

Mission creep, which slowly (and now picking up pace) gave way to communist creep. At first, under disguise, socialism presents itself as helping the poor, the downtrodden, the less fortunate.

Giving everyone a fair shake, an equal opportunity: That sounds both very Catholic and American. On paper. But in reality, to get such laws passed and "theology" adopted, politicians and bishops had to be bought off, which, as it turns out, wasn't that hard to do.

Getting a sufficient number of them to sell out was a lot easier apparently than the communists had first thought. If they shut up and went along, their respective careers would advance. Their power would increase.

For a good number of politicians as well as bishops, even their sex lives would improve. Although, we should make the one necessary distinction here. Among politicians, it was mostly heterosexual. Among the bishops — eh — not so much.

Nonetheless, the sell-out was on, and the missions diverted from — all in the name of helping the poor, mind you. That was how these men rationalized their evil at first, until, in the end, they didn't care and even stopped pretending to care.

It became all about power, pure and simple, to be wielded however they desired, and no one was allowed to challenge them. Once again, even in a Church established by the Son of God and a nation dedicated to "we the people," the evil elite found a way to rise to the top and crush the little man by defeating truth, at least temporarily — both in the natural order as well as the supernatural.

Nations come and go, and this is largely the blueprint: Evil men seizing power and attacking the truth and weak men rolling over, afraid to die. But the eternal Church remains because She is directly connected, intimately, to Her Founder and Groom.

The evil bishops, including the cowardly ones (because their cowardice supports the evil), will each be damned. Of that, you can be certain. Likewise, those politicians who have robbed individuals of the truth in the natural order, resulting in the eventual loss of life and liberty that will surely follow — they too shall be damned.

Both bishops and politicians set themselves up as gods and together steered their respective institutions away from the original missions and embraced socialism. This is why faithful Catholics look at the political disaster and feel so intensely about it — because they see the identical parallel in the Church.

We have a few remaining weeks yet. There are court cases to be played out, rulings which must be handed down, all of which at this point remain uncertain. Likewise, the current collapse the Church is in has no end in sight. In fact, a glance through social media brings up the discussion about whether Dominion voting machines were being used in the conclave that elected Jorge Bergoglio as pope.

What patriots and faithful Catholics each are asking themselves on the eve of this Thanksgiving is this: When will we know the final outcome of all of this, and then what do we do? In short, is this Good Friday or Easter Sunday (because sitting here today, it could still be either)?

Will communism achieve world domination, or is this its high-water mark? We will know soon enough.

Sidney Powell has filed the lawsuit regarding Georgia. The document was discussed and shown on screen but a link to the document would have been helpful to me. It is very interesting to see all of the different ways Georgia government cheated and switched votes to favor Biden.

There are many hidden big deals between the Trump administration and various entities related to the vote count and election outcome. Many feel that Trump got an offer from the Swamp Deep State he could not refuse and that offer was tendered and accepted under duress between about last Friday, November 20, and Sunday November 22.

In my interpretation, if Powell does have information that is proven in the Supreme Court to show that Dominion Voting Systems deliberately built with the help of the CIA and Defense Department, sold and installed voting machines and software that facilitated China / foreign intervention in USA electoral processes, then that would point to those voting machines in cooperation with the USA CIA being used in elections in other "democratic" elections in other foreign countries all over the world.

This points to total destruction and takedown of the USA, a coup, as well as to communist takeover action of the entire world.

I see no statesman in the US congress acting to save the Constitutional republic of the USA from enemies foreign and domestic.

China, Serbia, Venezuela and Iran are identified as most involved with the voting machines and software at issue here. (Again little old democracy of Israel seems totally out of the picture in this matter. Yeah right.)

We have the most massive election fraud stealing heist in the history of US politics and the DOJ and FBI are doing nothing, so citizen journalists and researchers are having to do the govt. job for free. I don't think this was a sting operation. Obviously Trump knew this was going to happen, and so did the rest of us. But there's no certainty that Trump will survive, though I hope he does because he's not onboard with the Great Reset, so that will slow things down (he wants to open up the economy, rebuild, and get back to normal, but the Demonrat/Davos party is full speed ahead--even Skull and Bones John Kerry is out there saying Biden will bring in the Great Reset)

My only hope now is that even though most never woke up to 9/11, it does seem like there are loyal patriots, former military, and attorneys who are waking up to what's coming with a communist takeover and the Great Reset (even Linn Wood and Sidney tweeted about it). So far Sydney Powell has not shown a connection between Hammer and Dominion.
We have zero fact-based information that "The Hammer" exists. We don't need that.
We have enough fact about Dominion and that will take in the "foreign interference" in USA elections claim.
What happened in Michigan could not be simple human error or mistake and was mathematically and statistically impossible. What happened was done deliberately by human hands. (Nov. 27, 2020) — An affidavit from a highly-educated and experienced “cyber security engineer” included as an exhibit in a lawsuit filed Wednesday challenging Michigan’s election results invokes an alleged government computer system, “The Hammer” and its reported accompanying software, “SCORECARD,” as tools utilized by “US intelligence analysts to conduct MITM (man in the middle) attacks on foreign voting systems…without leaving an electronic fingerprint.”

The 75-page complaint was brought by Dallas-based attorney Sidney Powell on behalf of six Michigan voters against Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and the Michigan Board of State Canvassers alleging “illegal conduct by election workers in collaboration with other employee state, county and/or city employees and Democratic poll watchers and activists,” [sic] among other claims.

On Monday, Michigan awarded its 16 electoral votes to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, who took the lead over Trump on November 4 in what some say was an electronically-maneuvered switching of hundreds of thousands of votes from Trump to Biden.

On page 7 of the complaint, Powell asserted that “election workers illegally forged, added, removed or otherwise altered information on ballots, the Qualified Voter File (QVF) and Other Voting Records,” which she alleged included “Fraudulently adding ‘tens of thousands’ of new ballots and/or new voters to QVF in two separate batches on November 4, 2020, all or nearly all of which were votes for Joe Biden;…”

Referring to the aforementioned affidavit, Powell wrote on page 8:

Expert Navid Keshavarez-Nia explains that US intelligence services had developed tools to infiltrate foreign voting systems including Dominion. He states that Dominion’s software is vulnerable to data manipulation by unauthorized means and permitted election data to be altered in all battleground states. He concludes that hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump in the 2020 general election were transferred to former Vice-President Biden. (Ex. 109).

In regard to “The Hammer” and SCORECARD, the affidavit of Keshavarz-Nia (spelled in the complaint as “Keshavarez-Nia”) relies on the “independent confirmation” of The Hammer and SCORECARD’s existence and capabilities by former NSA program developer J. Kirk Wiebe; Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (Ret); and “Dennis Montgomery, former CIA analyst.”

In item #11 on pages 5-6, Powell outlined a second expert witness’s affidavit stating his finding that a significant number of votes were redirected from Donald Trump to Joe Biden by “Dominion,” a voting tabulation system utilized by Michigan; Georgia, where Powell also filed suit Wednesday with similar allegations; and approximately 28 other states in the recent elections.

Plaintiff’s expert witness, Russell James Ramsland, Jr. (Exh. 101, “Ramsland Affidavit”), has concluded that Dominion alone is responsible for the injection, or fabrication, of 289,866 illegal votes in Michigan, that must be disregarded. This is almost twice the number of Mr. Biden’s purported lead in the Michigan vote (without consideration of the additional illegal, ineligible, duplicate or fictitious votes due to the unlawful conduct outlined below), and thus by itself is grounds to set aside the 2020 General Election and grant the declaratory and injunctive relief requested herein.

On November 5, Ramsland gave an on-camera interview to L. Todd Wood of CD Media detailing his company’s findings from a two-year study of vote-recording patterns in cities and states, concluding with the November 3 general election. Using charts, graphs and screenshots from broadcast news coverage as well as his own data, Ramsland said manipulation of votes resulting in a dramatic swing from Trump’s favor to Biden’s took place during a three-hour time frame in six “swing” states, including Michigan, when election workers allegedly ceased counting for the night.

As The Post & Email has reported since mid-2019, in his responses to us about his knowledge of The Hammer, Wiebe indicated he has seen no evidence of the computer’s existence or utilization, but rather, is relying solely on Montgomery’s claims.

In our most recent email exchange with Wiebe on November 8, he claimed Montgomery was awaiting “government authorization” to release the “forensic evidence” he claims to have of the role The Hammer and SCORECARD played in the election. When we further asked Wiebe what caused him to be inclined to believe Montgomery without having seen any hard evidence of his claims, we received no response.

Based on government documents, there is no doubt Montgomery worked as a contractor for the NSA and CIA, ending his service in 2010. However, he was never termed an “analyst.”

Montgomery’s reported assertions as to the government’s alleged use of The Hammer and SCORECARD to switch votes from Trump to Biden began on October 31, 2020 at The American Report in an article by Mary Fanning and Alan Jones, one of dozens in which Montgomery is attributed with all types of claims about The Hammer which have morphed over the years and have never been corroborated independently.

After the election, Powell began invoking “Dominion” and “Smartmatic” as having allegedly played a major role in altering the results of the election in Biden’s favor. On November 19, Fanning and Jones reported that Montgomery claimed he had testified to the FBI in 2015 about the nefarious capabilities of not only The Hammer and SCORECARD, but also Dominion and Smartmatic.

For his part, McInerney has said in recent radio appearances that his only source of information about The Hammer is Mary Fanning and thus, indirectly, Montgomery. He also stated that he has not been briefed on the matter.

In an example of “circular” reporting, in 2017 Fanning claimed to former MCSO “Cold Case Posse” lead investigator Mike Zullo, who supervised Montgomery as an MCSO confidential informant but reported that Montgomery produced none of the evidence he had claimed to have, that she “confirmed” the existence of The Hammer with McInerney.

Of two recent interviews featuring McInerney on November 23 and November 1, with Brannon Howse and Dave Janda, respectively, Zullo remarked, “Interestingly, McInerney appeared on Dave Janda’s podcast two days before the election and described the entire vote-stealing event allegedly using The Hammer days before it was to take place. In the interview, he went into great detail and spoke with conviction. So which one is it: ‘I know nothing’ or ‘I was briefed and was not truthful in the other interview’?”

As The Post & Email reported on Thursday, Montgomery has either not proffered the source(s) of his claims or has never been pressed to divulge them. According to Fanning and Jones, Montgomery is limited as to what he can say about his activities while a government contractor, yet he has made claims to various parties about The Hammer to the ACLU, Atty. Larry Klayman, reportedly to the FBI and Barack Obama, and the MCSO, among others.

In 2013, several months after Edward Snowden, with documentation, revealed the NSA’s broad collection of Americans’ daily communications without a warrant, Montgomery approached the MCSO with the claim that he possessed evidence showing that Donald Trump and members of his family, more than 150 federal judges, Alex Jones and other prominent American media and business figures were subjects of illegal government surveillance by “The Hammer.”

Initial unsourced information Montgomery provided to the MCSO was never followed by any hard evidence of the bank-account breaches Montgomery claimed the government conducted against more than 150,000 Maricopa County residents, to which Zullo testified in a federal court case in November 2015.

Prior to his termination approximately ten days ago, then-Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Director Christopher Krebs termed “Hammer” and “SCORECARD” “nonsense.” However, Krebs’s group, in coordination with several other governmental and private entities, claimed the November 3 election was “the most secure election in American history,” a claim Krebs continues to make.

According to mainstream reports, Krebs expected to be fired several days before Trump tweeted his decision to do so on November 17. According to Trump, Krebs was issuing inaccurate statements about the integrity of the election.

At the same time, Trump tweeted, “The only thing secure about our 2020 Election was that it was virtually impenetrable by foreign powers. On that, the Trump Administration takes great credit. Unfortunately, the Radical Left Democrats, Dominion, and others, were perhaps more successful!”

Montgomery maintains a website which seeks donations to allegedly expose corruption on the part of a defunct private company in which Montgomery was a partner and the U.S. government. The site boldly proclaims, “HAMMER AND SCORECARD ARE REAL AND ANYONE TELLING YOU DIFFERENT IS LYING!”

To that Zullo said, “Outside of the Scorecard thing, this is the same information he gave us in 2013. He was paid 120K for that. Now he is working the public for money offering the same garbage he was already paid to produce. It’s always about money.”

Another claim on the website reads, “Once again SCORECARD was used against the American people to determine the outcome of an election.”

After reading Keshavarz-Nia’s affidavit, Zullo made the following observations:

The expert is representing that Wiebe and McInerney have verified the claims about The Hammer, and they are on record saying they haven’t. There is a contradiction and an impeachment in this expert’s affidavit; just because you see it in an affidavit doesn’t make it true.

When Montgomery first claimed The Hammer was going to alter votes in the November 3 election, he didn’t mention “Dominion” or “Smartmatic.” He claimed VR Systems was affected, which hasn’t even been mentioned. He’s on the wrong piece of equipment, so how does that square?

VR Systems’ website states it has customers in California, Florida, Illinois, Texas, Indiana, New York State, North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. As of Sept. 24, 2020 VR systems received Certification in Texas.

So where is the steal? Trump handily won Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and West Virginia. So did Montgomery’s super-secret Hammer/Scorecard fail in those states or was it never used? How could Montgomery get it so very wrong? How could he even know. and there was no mention of Dominion or any other software.

Zullo told The P&E that Montgomery never mentioned a program called “Scorecard” at any time in the 16-month-long MCSO investigation. “A detailed timeline Montgomery was asked to compile by his own hand outlining every government program he claimed to be involved with failed to mention Scorecard or secret vote-tabulation software,” Zullo said.

Expanding on that experience, Zullo told us:

Be very careful on this. The affidavit asserts that this software leaves no digital fingerprint. This is a typical Montgomery storyline. It is so good no one can verify if it was used, only Montgomery will claim to have the very special encryption key that will let you see it. I have heard this kind of thing before from him. So how are they going to prove it?

Here is the biggest problem with the paragraph in the affidavit: The Affiant has no direct knowledge and is relying on representations of McInerney, who is on record stating he has no direct knowledge and was not briefed, and gets all his information from Fanning.

Fanning has no direct knowledge. Kirk Wiebe is on record again with Janda stating he has no direct knowledge and he has not seen anything that Montgomery claims to have and he has no working knowledge of the system. None of these people can testify to anything.

Work it backwards:

Keshavarez-Nia: no direct knowledge

McInerney: no direct knowledge

Fanning: no direct knowledge

Wiebe: no direct knowledge

Montgomery: no direct knowledge

When you come right down to it, it circles back to Dennis Montgomery, who claims all of this is happening and to have direct knowledge of the suspect Hammer and Scorecard and its uses, yet to date he has proven neither. Montgomery has no direct knowledge of any government use of any computer system since 2010 and especially in the 2020 election, as he has not been in government service for over 12 years. Simple question: How do you know, Mr. Montgomery ?

Trace it all back. Where does it originate? Dennis Montgomery.

At some point in time, this complaint is going to have to be investigated by federal authorities, not Sidney Powell. The complaint is a synopsis of all the information she has, but the expert referring to The Hammer doesn’t have firsthand knowledge.

It’s all hearsay, because McInerney has no firsthand knowledge, either.

It’s actually hearsay four deep: the general doesn’t know about it; Wiebe doesn’t know about it; Fanning doesn’t know about it; Dave Janda doesn’t know about it. And as for Montgomery, we don’t even know if he is telling the truth.

This is so classic of Montgomery. Everything he does is either hidden behind State Secrets Privilege (SSP), SAP [Special Access Program], protective order, “The FBI has it”…and now it’s so sophisticated – only Dennis Montgomery could make something so sophisticated – that you can’t tell whether it was used or not. This goes full-circle back to why there’s a big problem with Dennis Montgomery: his credibility is terrible.

Zullo pointed out that to him, “what is even more disturbing in the Fanning article is this new revelation. Fanning now asserts that DOJ attorney Carlotta Wells instructed Montgomery that the SSP or Protective Order cannot be invoked by the government for the purpose of covering up its own malfeasance. If covering up government malfeasance is the government’s intention, Wells reportedly told Mongomery, the muzzle order is null and void.

“So wait a minute,” Zullo said. “All this time Fanning and Montgomery have been screaming that he can’t talk because of SSP and he hides behind that when pressed for the truth. We have been arguing that SSP does not apply, but now it’s all OK because Montgomery is exposing corruption. He has been doing this since 2013; he came to the Sheriff’s Office under that pretense. We were right all along: SSP does not apply and he hides behind it when he can’t answer the hard questions. More Montgomery-Fanning double-talk.

“He can say anything, but if he can’t prove it, it doesn’t matter what he says. The expert’s paragraph about The Hammer is easily defeated by the other side.

“This is the same thing as if I said, “I have information that the CIA altered votes.” OK, so how did I get the information? Talking to McInerney on the phone? I heard it on Dave Janda’s radio show? That won’t get you too far in a courtroom.

“Maybe Montgomery will pull a rabbit out of his hat, but I wouldn’t be holding my breath.

“They will claim I am being ‘unpatriotic,’ but ‘patriotism’ has always been about finding the truth and standing on the truth. What Fanning and Jones and Janda are doing is intellectually and journalistically dishonest. They’re not presenting it in an objective fashion; if they were, they would have to come to the same conclusions we are.

“Early on, if Montgomery had been real, it would have boded very well for me. This is a presidential election; the fate of the nation hangs on this. Dear God, please don’t tell me that Dennis Montgomery is the one who we lay our country’s future on to tip the scale.

“By everything we’re seeing now, there is no proof that The Hammer was used in this election. From Ramsland’s account, a kid could have done it with a cell phone.

“The problem is that the expert makes the statement that the information about The Hammer was verified by the general, who’s relying on the representations of Mary Fanning. That’s where they all get pulled into the sandbox. By not asking the truth-probing questions and not reporting on the plethora of background documentation and firsthand interactions readily available on the originator of this information, Montgomery’s claims advance as if they are confirmed truth.

“On another level, Mary Fanning’s own conduct raises questions. She purposely misleads the public by putting forth a timeline of events trying to create an impression in people’s minds that she is, in fact, the person who ‘broke’ this ‘Hammer’ story when I can tell you emphatically that she was not. She also tries to take credit for bringing forth McInerney and putting him on Dave Janda’s show, thinking that sparked all kinds of chaos in the White House and in the three-letter agencies when I can emphatically tell you that’s not true, and I have the information and the documentation to back up my claim. So even the reporter is misguiding the public, and you have to ask, ‘What’s the motive?’”

In conclusion, Zullo said:

Another indication that “The Hammer” was likely never used in the election is the massive amount of fraudulent ballots injected into the vote counts in Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and other places, according to Powell and other sources.

It shows just how dangerous this kind of “journalism” is. They all are running a great risk of destroying their own credibility and reputations and in the process taking the entire country on a mind-bending ride.

[Editor’s Note: Early last week, Zullo commented to this writer that “The Hammer” and SCORECARD would likely “end up in a filing somewhere.” The prediction was made prior to the initiation of Powell’s lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia.]

Kevin Shipp was a whistleblower against the CIA and his family was proven to have been poisoned by CIA operatives -- see his website. Mr. Shipp lost his pension and is living in a remove off-grid situation with his family in the southeastern part of USA. I trust him.

Every time I think there is some new hero or heroine who comes in and saves the day and is a shining white knight who is tough and honest with a very good record, the deep state fools me again.

Interesting, because I actually don't put complete trust in Shipp--can't recall the specific issue that bothered me, but I just recall from his interviews with Greg Hunter than he seemed to push to much hopium BS like the Q people.

I believe it was about August 2019 that Shipp introduced this topic on one of his many visits to Greg Hunter show.

I appreciate your input, Amanda, and we can each believe and trust whomever we want to. As I said when the players feeding us stories are all top spooks, there is a good chance they can successfully deceive us as that is their stock and trade.

I have no doubt that there are top hackers and computer programming specialists operating internationally and who could create a system that could do the kinds of things that Hammer and Scorecard are purported to do, but we still have no positive way to identify any particular super computer system or if that system exists and is in present use -- just like the mysterious unknown "virus" that is purportedly killing tens of thousands of people.

I can now understand why a military takeover in the US could take place. I was adamantly against any military anything in the US but... If this election is flipped we will all (in the US) have to deal with anarchy and ANTIFA and all that BS on our own. That means we are ON OUR OWN. Can't go anywhere etc. I will go anywhere I want to go but will simply bring an extra ammo box with me instead of keeping them at home. Lol... This will be a well paid for system (Soros) to freak out everyone in the US. There is going to be a heavy setback to freedom for months til it gets under control.

A retired Air Force three-star general reignited baseless conspiratorial claims about U.S. troops' involvement in clandestine missions in the wake of the presidential election -- claims an Army official said are 100% false.

No Special Forces soldiers were killed while seizing computer servers in Germany as part of a CIA operation after the presidential election. There was, in fact, no mission of the sort.

And members of the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion are not "the Kraken" that an attorney for President Donald Trump said last month she'd be unleashing. The unit is not involved in any post-election missions supporting the White House -- a move that would be highly unlikely considering it's an entry-level training battalion where new soldiers who haven't yet picked up their military occupational specialty are assigned.

"The allegations are false," an Army official told Military.com.

Retired Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney made the claims last weekend on a show hosted by Brannon Howse on the far-right WVW Broadcast Network, which streamed the discussion on YouTube. The claims quickly spread on social media, with users tying the retired general's comments to unsubstantiated allegations of fraud during November's presidential election.

WVW Broadcast Network did not respond to requests for comment from McInerney or Howse. The network also did not respond to questions about whether it would issue a correction about the claims made about soldiers dying in Germany or picking up missions for the CIA and White House.

This isn't the first time McInerney's comments have drawn criticism. The former Fox News contributor was banned from the network in 2018 after saying torture worked on the late Sen. John McCain, who was a prisoner of war in Vietnam. Years earlier, McInerney pushed false claims that former President Barack Obama was not a U.S. citizen and said all Muslim men should be strip-searched at airports.

McInerney, who served as the Air Force's assistant vice chief of staff in the 1990s, told Howse he'd heard reports that U.S. soldiers were killed in a CIA-led operation to retrieve ballot servers in Frankfurt, Germany -- all of which the Army disputes as false information. He also said the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion was nicknamed "the Kraken," tying it to a viral hashtag that spread on social media following a Fox News interview with Sidney Powell, who served as a lawyer for retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.

Without providing proof, Powell said in the interview that there was evidence of widespread voter fraud that could overturn the results of the election, which was called for Vice President Joe Biden. She added that she "was going to release the Kraken," a phrase from the 1981 movie "The Clash of the Titans."

As The New York Times reported, the line has since become a way to "signal an election fraud conspiracy on social media." McInerney threw gasoline on that claim by saying the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion was nicknamed "the Kraken," leading to new conspiracies the Powell was referencing the unit during her remarks and the soldiers are now involved in a secret mission.

The Army official said that allegation is again false. The entry-level training intel battalion is made up of Army privates straight out of boot camp who are still training for their first military jobs.

What a most digsting and disappoint U S Attorney, William Barr. We have know about is entrenchment in the deep state from the beginning. Apparently no matter how clear and substantial and egregious the violation of the state and federal election laws, Barr will continent to choose to not do his duty to uphold the law and protect the United States of America from all enemies foreign and domestic. I guess he cannot protect our republic from the domestic enemy occupying his natural person.

William Barr is a weak and cowardly wimp.

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” he said.

Regarding the claims that voting machines somehow shifted the election in favor of Biden, Barr said no evidence exists indicating that.

“There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that,” he said.

Barr differentiated the DOJ’s investigation into voter fraud from the lawsuits brought by Trump’s legal team in several key states, however, noting the DOJ’s findings do not have bearing on civil proceedings.

“There’s a growing tendency to use the criminal justice system as sort of a default fix-all, and people don’t like something they want the Department of Justice to come in and ‘investigate,’” he said. “Most claims of fraud are very particularized to a particular set of circumstances or actors or conduct. They are not systemic allegations [and] those have been run down; they are being run down. Some have been broad and potentially cover a few thousand votes. They have been followed up on.”

In response to Barr’s comments, the Trump legal team issued a statement arguing that the Department of Justice never launched a proper criminal investigation into allegations of voter fraud.

“With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation,” the statement said. “We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth.”

The Trump legal team further pledged to pursue “the truth” through the judicial system and state legislatures.

“Nonetheless, we will continue our pursuit of the truth through the judicial system and state legislatures, and continue toward the Constitution’s mandate and ensuring that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not,” continued the statement. “Again, with the greatest respect to the Attorney General, his opinion appears to be without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud.”

Since the president filed his lawsuits, the states of Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin have all certified the election results.

It is important to note that just a week after the election, Barr authorized federal prosecutors to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities “if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.” Barr specifically instructed prosecutors that “while serious allegations should be handled with great care, specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims should not be a basis for initiating federal inquiries.”

In regard to the lawsuits that have been filed by the Trump campaign, many have been dismissed or denied in court while others are either currently being litigated or have been withdrawn by the campaign. The campaign did win a case in Pennsylvania when a judge issued an order that stopped counties from counting mail-in or absentee ballots for which voters gave missing identification information after a deadline that had been extended because the secretary of state “lacked statutory authority” to grant the extension.

After many hours of election fraud hearings in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan and, most recently, Georgia and Nevada, a picture of well organized election and voter fraud has emerged. The election steal was organized crime that would make mobster John Gotti blush. The 2020 Election is a treasonous RICO election and voter fraud case pure and simple. There are hundreds of sworn affidavits from people who witnessed all sorts of fraud in multiple states. Election laws passed by state legislatures were thrown out the window, and the cheating and law breaking this election was off the charts. Now, a video has emerged in the Fulton County, Georgia, vote counting center that catches suitcases of ballots being pulled out from under a big table (put there hours earlier by Democrats) after GOP election watchers were ordered from the counting room. Trump was up by 110,000 votes at that time, but after the secret vote dump, he lost Georgia by 12,670 votes. If this is not election fraud caught on camera, I don’t know what is.

Also this week, President Trump gave a 45 minute speech on all the election fraud and said the U.S. “voting system was under siege.” You would not know this because the mainstream media (MSM) would not cover it. Trump affirmed that every legal ballot is counted and that no illegal ballot should be counted. Still, states have rushed to certify the election in the battleground states, which is, in effect, certifying massive voter fraud. The disgraced MSM is using up the last bit of credibility it has by ignoring the well documented massive fraud. When Team Trump turns this fraud fest around and acknowledges him as the rightful winner on election night, the fireworks will be going off.

The U.S. dollar has been quietly taking a beating on the world stage since Election Day. Everybody knows Trump won, but big tech, big media and the Democrats are acting more like a third world nation. So, the world is selling the dollar, the world’s reserve currency. Do you know what happens to the currencies of third world nations? They collapse in buying power, and the U.S. dollar is off by more than 4% since Biden has falsely been declared the winner of the 2020 Election. Bo Polny predicted the dollar start a down trend in his October 2nd interview and it clearly did.

WASHINGTON — China’s Communist government is waging a covert operation to influence members of Congress into supporting pro-Beijing policies, the Director of National Intelligence said Thursday.

In an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal, DNI boss John Ratcliffe warned that officials in China were engaged in a “massive influence campaign” which targeted US lawmakers with six times the frequency of Russia and 12 times that of Iran.

“This year China engaged in a massive influence campaign that included targeting several dozen members of Congress and congressional aides,” Ratcliffe wrote.

The intelligence chief warned of a scenario where Chinese-owned manufacturing facilities employing thousands of Americans could influence union chiefs to turn against lawmakers supporting disadvantageous policies — or risk losing their jobs.

“The union leader contacts his congresswoman and indicates that his members won’t support her re-election without a change in position. He tells himself he’s protecting his members, but in that moment he’s doing China’s bidding, and the congresswoman is being influenced by China, whether she realizes it or not,” Ratcliffe wrote.

“Our intelligence shows that Beijing regularly directs this type of influence operation in the U.S,” he went on. “To address these threats and more, I have shifted resources inside the $85 billion annual intelligence budget to increase the focus on China.”

The warnings came as part of a stark op-ed which described the Communist nation as the biggest national security threat to the United States.

Ratcliffe said Beijing was preparing “for an open-ended period of confrontation with the U.S. Washington should also be prepared.”

In response, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman called the comments “ludicrous,” adding that, “in the eyes of some Americans, there is only hatred, division and confrontation.”

Relations between the two countries have reached a frostiness not seen in decades after the Trump administration blamed China for the raging coronavirus pandemic and vowed to hold Beijing responsible.

According to various reports, Trump is eyeing a crackdown on China before he vacates the Oval Office on Jan. 20, making it difficult for successor Joe Biden to undo the hardline approach.

I do not like the way Michael Voris refers to "this election."

Many of us have watched the gradual takeover of the USA and the world by evil forces. We have seen the false unjust wars for false unjust cause. We have seen multiple orchestrated coordinated "false flag" events over many continents. We have learned of their sophisticated deceptions and manipulations involving murder, lying, cheating and every other kind of evil including bribery, extortion and blackmail.

So for that reason we know that it is not about just "this election" though we do know at this point in time that we have to stand up and fight for honest election systems and vote counting because this time, with THIS particular election, all is lost as far as the USA being a constitutional republic under the rule of law with democratically elected
representatives who take their orders from we the people.

All of our elected/selected representatives have been purchased by big corporations who want the economic reset and one world death and slavery system for all just as much as the other evildoer entities we have long known of. We are talking about Democrat and Republican "elected representatives" and "district judges" and local government officials -- every single one of them. They have sold us out, sold themselves and their country out. The corruption is too deep and wide.

I cannot stand to see those two republican senatorial candidates for the run-ff election in Georgia or that revolting Governor Kemp. I am repulsed and repelled by politicans of any stripe speaking to me these days. The only slight advantage Republicans' rhetoric has is that it is more based in some semblance of words that appear to make sense. Pelosi and Democrat rhetoric has abandoned the realm of reality and reason and speak from some alternate mindset. No matter. We see the full truth now "with this election."

I want to point out that I have heard attorney Lin Wood say on two separate occasions that we need to vote on our "own machines", our own made in the USA voting machines. That is NOT something that will work and many of us know that.

We must have

hand counted

paper ballots

counted in the precincts

counted in full public view

and fully monitored and watched by honest watchers.

THAT is do-able but the will of Democrats and Republicans has never been present to work to effect this obvious and only solution.

The only thing we the people can do at this point is to not ever vote again until our entire elections system is cleaned up. Abstain from voting, no matter what party affiliation you have. That abstaining is the pro-active right and moral action to save our republic.

I suggest that everyone deep-six their televisions and avoid taking in any political rhetoric on the computer or radio as much as possible. Their desire is to fool us, trick us, wow us, and get us riled up. THEY have set a trap for us so that we are damned if we do and damned if we don't. When I see those Georgia top republicans speaking to us, I am seriously repelled and repulsed. When I watch Nancy Pelosi's mumbo jumbo, I have to laugh at the absurdity and irrationality and know that it is dark humor and evil that has totally taken over the Democratic Party too.

The corporations and billionaires who control them are the soldiers of Satan and this is all about a

One World Death and Slavery System for All.

If your job requires you to lie, cheat and steal, quit your job.

If it is inevitable that we have a revolution in the USA, let it start sooner rather than later after they have summarily pushed us into starvation and abject poverty, and let us skip more temporary non-solutions that, no matter how things turn out, will never result in honest elections ever again. Please understand that the rest of the US is now in your hands.
I watched the entire session on Thursday because I am so very concerned about our Republic. My family fought in Pennsylvania during the American Revolution, and I will never forsake my country now or in the future.
You need to heed the advice of Professor Eastman, ignore the Governor and Secretary of State who got you into this mess. Constitutionally call a special session of your own volition, and come up with a warp speed strategy to correctly assess votes, machines, audit and the special election if one is even needed.
This seems more difficult than it needs to be.
I would suggest that you hire Colonel Phil Waldron who described the appropriate cure and retrofit on Thursday (Dominion forensics and special ops expert), and engage the National Guard to assist with a forensics investigation, retrofit of machines, destabilizing of any communications at each site, and conduct new polling and counting. It would be fast, less costly and may save you a special election if Collins and Perdue will actually have been shown to have won their Senate seats.
Should a new election be necessary, the public will have more confidence if a domestic military force adds structure to what up until now has been utter criminal chaos. Dissolve every single staff member who was a subversive in your last election, retain those who are trustworthy, such as Ms. Voiles, and allow those people to clean up the devastating lack of organization revealed during the witnesses’ testimonies.
Once you know the true vote tallies, that will determine if your state even needs another election, saving you all from that headache.
It seems a few people know quite a bit between Kemp, Loeffler, Perdue and your SoS. In light of Loeffler’s staffer’s traffic death tonight and his connection to Governor Kemp, it would be prudent to act quickly and pull the false jurisdiction away from the Governor and the SoS if there has been any criminal retribution.

The affidavit quotes several powerful and binding sections of their state constitution including: Article 2 Section 1 and Section 1A:
“To have complaints about elections and election contests resolved fairly, accurately and efficiently as provided by law.”

As well as Nevada Constitution Article 1 Section 2:
“Government is instituted for the protection, security and benefit of the People; and they have the right to alter or reform the same whenever the public good may require it.”

When asked how others can be part of demanding an audit, Robinson stated that they can fill out the same affidavit they did, have it notarized, and certify mail to the addresses included in the PDF the DC Patriot has included at the bottom of this article. Certified mail costs about $7 an address, but several affidavits can be included in each mailing if people wanted to get mail theirs together to save money. She ends it by stating, “They have to answer to this, and the more people that participate the less they can pretend they have a right to ignore it” she continued, “We’re asking these people to investigate themselves…of course they’re not going to do it willingly, unfortunately for them though their job is to answer directly to the People.”

Delegates from Georgia, Alaska, Colorado and Nevada have all toured the floor of the Maricopa County forensic audit in Arizona this week, suggesting further audits potentially coming across the country.

As the forensic audit of the 2020 election results from Arizona’s Maricopa County is currently taking place, delegates from all across the country are flocking to observe the enormous effort that is currently taking place in the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Tally sheets and ballots were only allowed to be moved if there were three things present, that being people, papers, and cameras. Contrary to the claims of Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, the data collection system used by CyFIR was “read only,” and couldn’t change any votes, with everything at the site also being videoed, Rogers said.

A retired USAF pilot who is serving as a volunteer for the audit also informed her that the chain of custody procedures for the ballots “are as precise and flawless as Strategic Air Command’s.” He further slammed Hobbs, saying it was “laughable” that she claimed the machines were compromised, when she initially claimed that they were unhackable.

Arizona Senate hearings on the Maricopa County Election Audit is devastating news to the Radical Left Democrats and the Biden Administration. While this, according to the Senate, is preliminary, with results being announced at a later date, it seems that 74,243 Mail-In Ballots were counted with “no clear record of them being sent.” There were 18,000 voters who were scrubbed from the voter rolls AFTER the election. They also revealed that the voting system was breached or hacked (by who?). Very big printer and ballot problems with different paper used, etc., and MUCH MORE.

The irregularities revealed at the hearing today amount to hundreds of thousands of votes or, many times what is necessary for us to have won. Despite these massive numbers, this is the State that Fox News called early for a Biden victory. There was no victory here, or in any other of the Swing States either.

Maricopa County refuses to work together with the Senate and others who are merely looking for honesty, integrity, and transparency. Why do the Commissioners not want to look into this corrupted election? What are they trying to hide? The highly respected State Senator Wendy Rogers said in a tweet the hearing today means we must decertify the election. In any event, the Senate patriots are moving forward with final results to be announced in the not-too-distant future, but based on today’s hearing, why even wait?

I just see that all of our nation's societal systems are falling apart before our eyes. All we appear to have left is totalitarian crooks threatening and coercing the citizens in every way in every part of daily life of citizens in daily life and existence.

What We Learned From the Maricopa Audit Hearing

After the November 2020 general election, the Arizona State Senate voted to conduct a forensic audit of the election in the state’s largest county, Maricopa. Initially, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors agreed to cooperate with the Senate but a few weeks later, they refused to provide ballots, tabulation machines, electronic data, and other election-related materials. The Senate issued a subpoena containing a list of items to be turned over for the audit. The County challenged the subpoena, but it was upheld by the Arizona Supreme Court (twice). In April, 2021, the County finally shipped some of the subpoenaed material to Veteran’s Coliseum in Phoenix, and the audit commenced.

Yesterday, in a public hearing, the private companies contracted to perform the audit gave a status update to the Senate. No one knew what to expect. As far as we knew, there would not be a preliminary report of findings, and yet the hearing was scheduled to last two hours. During the hearing, information was provided about obstacles that are preventing the contractors from finishing their work. Much of that has to do with materials that are being withheld by the County. In the process of informing the Senate about these issues, many unofficial findings were made public. What follows is a summary of that information as it was disclosed by individuals involved in the audit.

Ken Bennett
Ken Bennett serves as the liaison between the Arizona Senate and the audit contractors. According to him, Maricopa County provided a digital file, saying it contained ballot envelope signature images. The audit team says the file contained no images. The parties involved have communicated on this matter but it remains unresolved.
Why it Matters

Ballot envelope signatures are matched electronically with known signatures of voters to verify that a ballot was cast legally. Having envelope images showing signatures is necessary to verify that this task was done correctly.

Bennett also noted that Maricopa County has not provided accounting information or chain of custody documents for unused ballots and ballot stock (paper from which ballots are printed). This is important because unused ballots could be illegally filled out and included in the vote tabulation. Ballot stock paper could be used to print phony ballots.

If a ballot has been damaged, if it is sent electronically (as is the case with military ballots), or if it is a braille ballot, it must be duplicated so it can be electronically tabulated. All ballots that are duplicated are required by state law to have a unique serial number for tracking and verification. Bennett said, “We found thousands of duplicate ballots where serial numbers were not provided.”

Senate President Karen Fann asked, “If there was no serial number on a duplicate ballot, how would we know if it was duplicated one time or ten times?”
Bennett replied, “We wouldn’t know.”

Doug Logan
Doug Logan is the CEO of Cyber Ninjas, a firm with expertise in auditing and fraud prevention. In Maricopa County, approximately 2 million ballots were cast. Every ballot was examined using a number of forensic techniques. Logan provided examples of irregularities found when paper ballots were visually inspected.
The image below shows a ballot with printing callibration problems. The plus symbol should line up with crosshair as shown in the top part of the image. On this ballot (in the lower part of the image) the plus symbol is located to the left and above the crosshair. Logan said this ballot had a 1,900 percent offset. In some batches, the average offset was 1,000 percent. The worst case was 3,000 percent.

Why it Matters
Ballots with significant printing offset tend to be rejected by electronic tabulation machines. When a ballot is rejected by a machine, it is usually sent to adjudication where a poll worker determines the intent of the voter. An alarming rise in ballot adjudication occurred during the 2020 election. For that reason, adjudication is now suspected of being used as a tool to nullify voter intent. Some believe that ballots are intentionally being manipulated to cause rejection and adjudication.

Logan said roughly 25,000 original ballots in Maricopa County required duplicates to be made. A spreadsheet is used to track their serial numbers. The image below is taken from one of those spreadsheets. It shows original ballots and their corresponding duplicates grouped together. We would expect to see ballots grouped in pairs of two; one original and one duplicate. But here, we see where two original ballots with the same serial number (indicated in the middle column by DSD) had a single duplicate ballot made from them (indicated in the middle column by DUP). Logan had no plausible explanation as to why a single duplicate would be made from two different ballots or why two different ballots would have the same serial number.

Logan said many ballots had issues with ink bleeding through the paper (as shown in the image below). Bleed-through can cause a ballot to be rejected. The County says its printers use thick “VoteSecure” paper, which limits bleed-through. Cyber Ninjas found many ballots printed on very thin paper stock. Ballots printed the day of the election at voting centers had the worst problems. More than 168,000 ballots were affected.

Logan reported on suspicious numbers found while examining the County’s voter rolls.

3,981 people voted in November despite the fact that they registered after the October 15th registration deadline.
11,326 people voted who were not found on voters rolls on November 7th, 2020, but were found on voter rolls a month later on Dec 4th.
18,000 people voted and were removed from the voter rolls immediately following the election.
74,243 mail-in ballots were cast that had no documentation of being mailed out.

According to Logan, voter roll anomalies affected more than 107,000 ballots. The standard approach to addressing voter roll problems is canvassing to verify voter information. The Senate had planned to canvas precincts in Maricopa County, but the Department of Justice said they would interpret such activity as voter intimidation. As a result, canvassing has been put on hold.

Ben Cotton

Ben Cotton is the CEO of CyFIR, a cybersecurity firm assisting in the audit. Maricopa County claims that auditors may have sabotaged voting machines during the audit. Not wanting to risk using compromised machines, they will not take possession of the ones turned over to auditors. On Wednesday, the Maricopa Board of Supervisors authorized an additional $2.9 million to lease new equipment from Dominion Voting Systems for future elections. Ben Cotton explained that none of this was necessary. Write-block software was used to prevent auditors from changing data or machine configurations. “Not a single bit of data was changed on any machine that was given to us.” The Board of Supervisors was made aware of this at the start of the audit.

A major bone of contention has been the items not provided by the County as required by subpoena. Cotton listed the most important items not yet received.

Cotton said the Maricopa Election Management System Windows security event log is restricted by a data limit. It deletes older entries as new ones are made. At present, his team can only view activities dating back to February 5, 2021. Older data was purged on March 11, 2021, when in a single day, 37,646 queries (using blank passwords) were made. Arizona Rep Mark Finchem suspects it may have been done intentionally to hide incriminating data since a large number of new queries would cause older data to be over-written. Cotton said if the splunk logs were made available, he could identify which user(s) made these queries. At present, his team is unable to access data from the November election timeframe.

Cotton noted that the most recent software update to the Maricopa Election Management System was in August of 2019 when the system first went into operation. There have been no security patches, operating system, or antivirus updates since then. By ignoring security updates, the county has made the system vulnerable to hacking. Cotton said it would take a hacker less than ten minutes to gain system-level access.

The county has refused to provide routers used during the election claiming that law enforcement agencies use the same routers and sensitive data would be exposed. Cotton debunked that claim pointing out that routers do not store such data. They retain data related to sending and receiving internet traffic—specifically, IP and MAC addresses. This information is not law-enforcement sensitive, but it could prove embarrassing if it was unauthorized.

Another source of frustration is the County’s refusal to turn over passwords that allow administrative level access to the system. The County claims it does not have administrative access and that Dominion performs all administrative duties. Dominion claims the County does have administrative access. Cotton wondered how Maricopa County could independently verify its system configurations if only Dominion employees had administrative access. His team found that all administrative accounts shared the same password, and that lone password was created on the initial system startup and has not been changed since.

The hearing concluded with a review of seventeen missing items that are needed to complete the audit, many of which have been subpoenaed. The list includes router data, splunk logs, hardware tokens, ballot envelope images, chain of custody documents, and portable media.

Understandably, people are frustrated at the County’s refusal to fully cooperate. Some are calling for immediate arrests. The Senate has a plan, and it takes into consideration public perception—both perception of the Senate itself and perception of the auditors.

The mainstream media has portrayed the audit as a clown show and the auditors as tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists. Anyone watching the hearing would see this characterization as absurd. The auditors displayed professionalism, congeniality, and no hint of partisanship. It’s impossible to overstate the importance of the lack of partisanship by the auditors. The media are trying to convince the public the results of the audit can’t be trusted because the auditors are hacks working for Donald Trump. Ken Bennett, Ben Cotton, and Doug Logan destroyed that narrative by showing objective indifference toward the outcome. Their focus was on obtaining the materials they need to finish the job.

Arizona State Senators have had little to say publicly about the audit, until yesterday. Wendy Rogers came out with her guns blazing, calling for Joe Biden electors to be recalled and a new election to be held.

Senator Kelly Townsend was at first willing to give the Board of Supervisors more time to cooperate, but after reading their statement following the hearing, she called for the state Attorney General to launch an investigation.

Arizona Senator Sonny Borrelli made these comments after the hearing.

It appears as though we’re watching a good-cop, bad-cop movie. Members of the Senate are pushing for aggressive action, including a new election, and prosecution of those involved. Meet the bad cops.

Karen Fann is playing the good cop. She’s exceedingly gracious, always dismissing calls for more aggressive action. The media have tried to paint her as a boot-licking Trump sycophant, but her deference makes these accusations melt like provolone cheese in the Arizona sun. Fann must make sure the audit is conducted in a manner that is above reproach and without partisanship. She’s doing that, and it’s why many Trump supporters find her insufferable. It’s also why, at some point, many Democrats may find her believable. Fann’s goal is to make the audit creditable to as many people as possible. That won’t happen if she’s creaming for people to be locked up.
I think we can now guess how the movie will end. Senator Borrelli tipped his hand in this interview.

This afternoon, Senator Kelly Townsend made her views a little more clear.

Karen Fann was interviewed after the hearing. When asked what would happen if evidence of criminal activity was found, she said criminal referrals would be made not only to the state’s Attorney General but to Congress.

Garland Favorito – Fraud Found in Georgia’s Audit

Hints had been dropped over the weekend that on Tuesday, bombshell news would come out of Georgia. Garland Favorito’s press conference yesterday did not disappoint. Favorito, the plaintiff in a Georgia lawsuit, was granted access to the ballots cast in Fulton county’s November election. He also gained access to the materials used in the county’s risk-limiting audit—the one that was done to verify the accuracy of the election. In yesterday’s press conference (https://rumble.com/vjuh6d-garland-favorito-election-lawsuit-update-july-13-2021.html), Favorito said his team found a 60% error rate in the county’s audit. This morning, on Steve Bannon’s War Room, Favorio summarized his findings, which are being added to his amended complaint.

“We uncovered from public documents… massive errors in the Georgia audit as well as some fraud.”

Here’s why that’s significant: We’ve been told, ad nauseum, that forensic audits aren’t necessary because government agencies do their own audits. Favorito’s team just torpedoed that argument, showing incompetence and fraud in the audit process.

It seems like Georgia will soon be forced to conduct a forensic audit, but the dynamics will probably different from the one being done in Arizona. In Maricopa County, the Board of Supervisors opposed the process every step of the way, claiming there was no reason to conduct an audit. In Georgia, fraud is being exposed prior to an audit, removing plausible reasons for withholding evidence.

Today Friday September 24 2021, is the big day for the official release / publication of the Arizona audit conducted on the November 2020 presidential election, for results in Maricopa County only, the state's largest county population wise.

From all accounts I've heard, there was massive fraud of every kind and the number of invalid votes is enough to chane the winner to Trump and this will mean the official results will have to be decertified and I guess then recertified. Texas is going to do a full forensic audit now. The decision of the fraud syndicate was to have Trump win in Texas but have votes for several down ballot positions be fraudulently taken. We already know how the Dominion software stole wins in the large blue Texas cities thanks to Dr. Frank. And I hope the Texas audit will include Jovan Pullizer group do the paper ballot vote because that drop-box scam was designed to cheat.

I just ran across this MSMBC report of today, September 24, totally giving the false impression that a report from "Maricopa County" confirms that the election was accurate and the candidates certified as winners did in fact win.
