I've been reminded of this interview with recent events in the news coming from Seattle and other liberal cities. I'm sure it was posted here before but the search did not find. I expect most here have come across this before. One of the best insider whistle-blower interviews/reports on one aspect of what I refer to as the Western Stasi and their community-street harassment of political targets. Transcript of first 15 minutes can be found here at the Avalon forum (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?103369-Gang-Stalking-V2K-Testimony-by-Private-Security-Whistleblower).

the larger phenomenon of TIs that is usually a person in America that's being targeted by the technology and as being gang stalked by members of their community and a specific program that I am whistleblowing on. Those specific program I am whistleblowing on involves the actual abduction of TIs from around America. They’re put on a Greyhound bus and they are shipped to Seattle where there are made homeless. They live in one of the homeless shelters where they are housed and experimented on with voices scull technology. And then they become and are funneled into SIS to work as low-level security guards. Where they are experimented on even more so that is a specific program.

And that's what I detail in my blog in my website. But because I am familiar with that program it utilizes the same tactics of gang stalking and the use of this technology against individuals of my knowledge on that program applies to what all TIs are going through the exact same technology and the exact same gang stalking tactics that are used against them.

Going to post news events in this thread related to the possibility politicians, public servants and leftist activists and others with the program are or are being used to decompose and/or invert the tools and techniques good citizens may soon need to protect themselves. As if they want to mentally 'vaccinate' the public from doing or supporting the things that could empower and protect citizens.

Discredit 'Sovereign citizens'

Other reports describe the group as homeless or street-people and that the group 'Moorish Sovereign Citizens' has been around since the 90's.

KIRO-7 News: ‘Sovereign citizens’ claiming waterfront homes in Woodway, Edmonds (https://www.kiro7.com/news/local/sovereign-citizens-claiming-waterfront-homes-woodway-edmonds/6L7YQR6OAJCUNPHQTNO6XQI5XE/)

SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — A group of people is walking up to families’ front doors in Snohomish County, saying they are the rightful owners of waterfront homes.

The group has taken over homes in different parts of the country, claiming legal ownership of the land beneath it.

In one case, they told a homeowner she was being evicted.

Edmonds detectives say the group knocked on doors in the most upscale neighborhoods in Woodway and Edmonds, identifying themselves as Moorish Sovereign Citizens. They carry official-looking documents, say they own the property and announce they’re moving in.

“They have basically come to say that they’re from this particular group and they’re there to repossess the home and want the people to vacate the premises,” said Edmonds police Sgt. Josh McClure.

In every case, police were called, and the group cooperated when they were told they were trespassing and could be arrested.

In North Carolina, a couple who identified with the Moorish sovereign movement moved into a multimillion dollar home for sale, holding a quit claim deed, and barricaded themselves inside. Their contentious arrest for trespassing rattled neighbors.

Police say the group hasn’t committed a crime, but that it’s visited the same house twice and they expect the takeover attempts to continue.

“Because we’ve had contacts with this group over the last couple of years, we’ve also notified our local partners with the FBI. They have them on the radar as well, so this has been a collaborative effort with law enforcement in the area,” said McClure.

In every case so far, the homes where this has happened have all been recently put on the market, so police are keeping an eye on vacant homes around Snohomish County as well.

Discredit the middle classes from organizing neighbourhoods to prevent people being evicted if economy collapses in the near future.

This is not some middle class family that lost their job in the scamdemic, the eviction process started almost a year ago and the house is a boarded-up crackhouse. The arrested people were not the owners or their neighbours and are blocking streets.

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — More than a dozen people were arrested and a crowd barricaded a road as police and protesters clashed Tuesday outside the “Red House” on Mississippi Avenue in North Portland.

Early Tuesday evening, Mayor Ted Wheeler said he was authorizing police to use “all lawful means to end the illegal occupation on North Mississippi Avenue” and said there would be “no autonomous zone” in Portland...

During the 5 a.m. incident, at least seven people were arrested, mainly on second-degree trespassing charges. By 1 p.m., Portland police, which had responded to the scene to assist Multnomah County deputies and allow the house to be re-boarded-up, said they had used pepper spray at least once, arrested six more people and reported rocks and paint-filled balloons thrown at officers as they tried to disperse the protesters.

Protesters broke police vehicle windows and popped the tires of two police vehicles, according to officials. Officers said that after they pulled back, the crowd stockpiled rocks and used fencing to block North Mississippi Avenue. ..

North Mississippi remained blocked into Tuesday night as protesters barricaded the street...

The house in question does not fall under the emergency eviction moratorium active in Oregon through the end of December because the moratoriums “do not apply to evictions based on post-nonjudicial foreclosures,” according to the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.

A local fellow who led a chapter of the North American Militia was in the habit of wearing a layer of tinfoil over his hat. It was kind of humorous to see him wearing it around like it was natural. He claimed the government was stalking him and it may very well have been true. It could of been his imagination also.

I am curious if people who have been targeted have figured out any way to neutralize the technology or at least lessen its effect. This same fellow had his walls and ceiling covered with foil also. I would think an engineer could come up with an electrical device that would confound incoming signals. I would also think that some type of Faraday technology would provide relief from wireless bombardment.

I expect I was microwaved a few times. Last time (years ago) I took detailed notes on what the physical effects were and how they changed as muscle tissue healed over the next 2 weeks. Detailed enough that a medical expert could tell if I was actually microwaved or not. Went to my Doctor with the pages of notes, he was not interested at all, did not even want to touch them.

Also then I bought a $200 detector that also detects up to 8G so I can measure wifi exposure as well. Great to have, whenever I'm concerned I can check the environment and confirm all is fine in a few seconds. Still being assault daily IRL. Just via other means.

Interestedly, with all the microwave and 5G wifi exposure fear mongering from many content creators claiming to fight the good fight, I have never once seen these people nor anyone other that forum comments over 5 years ago talk of such a simple direct measurement solution to all this fear mongering! Nor as they fear monger of 5G a block away do they mention that your home wifi is dual band including 5G! Or your largest wifi exposure is probably coming from your computer or phone if you use wifi regularily!

NewYorkTimes: Pentagon Asks Personnel to Report Any Symptoms of Mysterious Ailments (https://www.nytimes.com/2021/09/15/us/politics/havana-syndrome-pentagon.html)

Sept. 15, 2021
WASHINGTON — The Pentagon is asking all military personnel, civilian officials and contractors to report any anomalous health episodes similar to the illnesses that have befallen diplomats and C.I.A. officers at the American Embassy in Havana, according to a new departmentwide message.

The message, signed by Defense Secretary Lloyd J. Austin III, is an effort to step up reporting from around the globe, and in the United States, to get treatment to those who need it and to help counterintelligence investigators gather more information about the rash of episodes that have injured at least 200 Americans.

The memo, along with other documents provided to military counterintelligence officials, lays out suspected signs of the attacks from accounts of the injured, including heat, pressure and noise. It also details symptoms associated with the so-called Havana syndrome such as nausea, headaches, pain and vertigo.

Crucially, defense officials emphasized, the memo, which was sent to 2.9 million military service members and Defense Department civilians, outlines how to respond: Quickly move away from the area.

“Timely reporting is essential and starts with knowing what to do if you experience A.H.I.,” Mr. Austin wrote, using the abbreviation for anomalous health incident.

Military personnel must then report the episode to the chain of command, security officers and medical providers, Mr. Austin wrote.

Read the document www.nytimes.com/interactive/2021/09/15/us/politics/pentagon-memo-on-mysterious-health-episodes.html (http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2021/09/15/us/politics/pentagon-memo-on-mysterious-health-episodes.html)

In a memo, Defense Secretary Lloyd J. Austin III urged military personnel and civilian officials to report symptoms associated with the so-called Havana syndrome.

The memo is part of a governmentwide effort to collect more information about the episodes and comes as intelligence officials continue to struggle to make clear attribution on who is responsible. Intelligence agencies are getting closer to making some conclusions, but the government is not close enough to make an “analytic judgment,” David S. Cohen, the deputy C.I.A. director, said this week.

“There’s a classic intelligence problem, and we are approaching it with the same techniques,” Mr. Cohen said at the annual Intelligence and National Security Summit. “This is a serious issue. It’s real, it’s affecting our officers, it’s affecting others around their community and in government.”

“We’re going to figure it out,” he added.

There are various reasons the United States has struggled to identify who, and what, is responsible for the episodes. Officials have considered that intelligence services from multiple countries could be involved, each with varying motives and equipment causing the illnesses, according to some U.S. officials.

Officials stress that the possibility of multiple adversaries remains only a theory, and that intelligence officials have yet to draw hard conclusions.

But Cold War-era surveillance technology developed by the Soviet Union proliferated to other countries, each of which has equipment that could prompt symptoms similar to previous attacks.

In at least some of the Havana syndrome cases (https://www.nytimes.com/2021/09/21/us/politics/havana-syndrome-house-bill.html), the technology was used by the G.R.U., Russia’s military intelligence agency, to eavesdrop but not to deliberately injure, according to some American officials. But other later episodes look more like deliberate attacks by the G.R.U., these officials said.

In other cases Russian intelligence may not be involved at all, beyond having shared the technology. Some intelligence agencies may have used faulty or badly calibrated microwave-based surveillance technology and inadvertently injured the American officials they were spying on.

The first batch of cases occurred at the American Embassy in Havana in 2016 and 2017. The next group occurred at diplomatic outposts in China, a country where it would have been difficult for Russian intelligence to operate, according to officials briefed on the intelligence.

Since then, officials have tracked cases in Europe and Asia.

Representative Adam B. Schiff, Democrat of California and the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said in an interview this summer that multiple countries could be involved and that it was critical not to dismiss various explanations.

“I don’t think we can exclude any possibility here, that there are multiple causes of these injuries and that there are multiple players involved in these injuries,” Mr. Schiff said. “I think any of that is feasible.”

The House is considering a Senate-approved bill (https://www.nytimes.com/live/2021/06/07/us/biden-news-today#the-senate-approves-a-bill-to-compensate-victims-of-mysterious-health-incidents) that would expand assistance to current and former government officials injured in anomalous incidents and suffering from the Havana syndrome. A vote scheduled in July was delayed by partisan fighting, but some officials say another chance to vote could come by the end of the month.

In July, William J. Burns, the C.I.A. director, told NPR that there were roughly 200 Havana syndrome cases (https://www.npr.org/2021/07/22/1017900583/transcript-nprs-full-conversation-with-cia-director-william-burns), half of which involved agency personnel. Since then, additional episodes have occurred, including one in Vietnam (https://www.nytimes.com/2021/08/24/us/politics/havana-syndrome.html) that temporarily delayed Vice President Kamala Harris’s visit to the country. Other cases have been removed from study, with officials believing they do not fit the syndrome’s pattern.

Additional reports can help investigators learn more about the attacks, detect patterns and get closer to determining a cause, a senior defense official said.

The Pentagon memo to the work force was delayed for months as officials installed procedures to better investigate episodes and smooth the path to medical care for the injured.

While the most serious cases among military officials will be treated at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, less grave cases could be treated locally.

In the memo, Mr. Austin urged service members and others to report any episodes, particularly ones that have similarities to the Havana syndrome affecting diplomats and C.I.A. officers stationed in Cuba.

Mr. Austin’s memo said the episodes had occurred “predominantly overseas.” But Pentagon officials and documents have acknowledged that while that is the case, some of the anomalies have occurred in the United States.

Administration officials have previously said that two episodes in the Washington, D.C., area could be possible examples of Havana syndrome.

Throughout the year, White House and other government officials have tried to raise awareness of the episodes and encourage people to report symptoms of the syndrome but also avoid creating panic.

The new Pentagon advice is based on the experience of military personnel who have been injured and have symptoms of Havana syndrome.

That includes one case, in the fall of 2020, when a military officer serving overseas pulled his vehicle into an intersection, then was overcome by nausea and headaches (https://www.nytimes.com/2021/05/12/us/politics/biden-cia-brain-injury.html). His 2-year-old son, sitting in the back seat, began crying. When the officer quickly pulled away from the intersection, his nausea stopped and the child stopped crying, a chain of events that helped solidify the military advice that troops move out of the contact area as quickly as possible.

Regarding the microwave memo (above post) the employer could, probably for under a hundred bucks, give any employee a keychain size broadband microwave monitor and alarm, as there are radiation detectors (i.e. Nukalert). Include a six or more level display from safe to temporarily safe to 'move out of area.' But they also use microwaves to spy and torture, and their employes would be getting all like ‘I’m being attacked!', but it's just normal work environment and ‘wtf! when I’m home sitting in my living-room, with a multiple-band wifi setup by the TV, the detector says ‘move out of area!’’ and 'why does my laptop wifi spike like this so much of the time, even when I’m not downloading or uploading anything?’ etc.

Tip for any such future employee: ensure ‘temporally safe’ is triggered by less than microwave cooking.
