Here's my theory. Holidays come and go, we get to January.

The DNI report is released on Monday January 4th. Its really bad, all hell breaks loose.

Millions of people show up to DC on the 6th, when the electoral votes are being counted, demanding that Biden be removed.

At that point, there are a few options:



Alternate electors are chosen and Trump wins. I think its unlikely.
Congress can't agree on which electoral votes to count from the dueling electors, most likely I think.

From here it could go to a contingent vote of the states, or
Election could be re-done in the contested states


Congress decides to elect Biden. Unlikely I think. If this happens, Trump could still do martial law saying that the election has to be redone.


In all three scenarios, I think Trump will declare martial law during the ensuing chaos. So we just have to wait....2 more weeks....lol :(

Here's what someone is saying is going to happen:



Electors need to be sent starting from Dec 14 to Dec 23. Dec 23 is the key cut-off date (title 3 sec 1-21) for submitting electors to congress.
After that date Christmas Eve Dec 24, Vice President Pence will review electors for each of the contested states, he will request each state legislature address the contested election/electors, immediately forcing those legislatures to convene to address the contention.
State legislatures will be responsible from there to resolve the contention and address the contention (election fraud) to a resolution. This could lead to some states splitting electors, certifying a contested set of electors because of evidence, or doing a forensic audit to address any claims of fraud amongst options to allow currently certified to resubmit, etc..
If the above is not addressed by January 6th, the Constitution allows these contested states to be completely stricken from the Electoral College by Vice President Pence, should he refuse to accept them.
Should this happen, the number of Electoral College votes required to win would shrink dramatically from 270.
President Trump would for example win under a simple majority of Electoral College votes, 232-222 (if removing the 7 contested states), without any risk of triggering a contingent election (house/senate voting with 1 vote per state).

There may come a time when someone might pay $6.00 a round for that box of ammo.

The 45-70's hit hard and even with body armor a person hit with one of those rounds might not survive. I have quite a few of those rounds ready to go and powder, cases and bullets for more but I'm short on primers although I do have some. I have enough to last me for hunting for quite a few years. When I've shot deer with a 45-70 they drop right where they'er at or don't get more that 30 or 40 feet. It only takes one round to do the job.

I've seen a little 5.556/223 priced at .85 cents a round and up but I won't be needing any of that at that price. I stocked up a while back when it was costing a lot less.

I didn't watch but a half minute of the vid because she just seemed to be rambling and unsure about the whole event. This is why I say she doesn't seem very bright. So, the leader of the Oath Keepers was glowing in the dark, but what about Proud Boys? Well, what do you know: their leader is also an FBI informant, who used to work on undercover stings since 2012.

Moreover, the Oath Keeper guy was actually a former FBI agent, division chief, who held a top security clearance since the seventies.

Meanwhile, Ricky Vaughn, a memelord who helped Trump win the election in 2016 was indicted on conspiracy charges, after he was doxed by Christopher Cantwell and Paul Nehlen, who informed on him to the FBI.

MILO Yiannopoulos also was an FBI informant, as we learned via court documents from the Charlottesville civil lawsuit. The bizarre “The Base” aka AtomWaffen terrorist group was exposed as being run by a CIA glow-in-the-dark agent with an active CAGE code.

A few days ago, the New York Times quietly “updated (https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/08/us/brian-sicknick-police-capitol-dies.html)” its report, published over a month earlier, asserting that Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick had been killed by being struck with a fire extinguisher during the January 6 riot.

According to the update, “new information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police.” As I detailed in a column last week, what the Times calls “new information” actually began emerging the same day the paper filed its January 8 report...

My aforementioned column noted that Fox News’s Tucker Carlson (relying on a report from the website Revolver News (https://www.revolver.news/2021/02/maga-blood-libel-why-are-they-hiding-the-medical-report/)) had just reported that Sicknick was not taken to the hospital directly from the Capitol. To the contrary, not only had the officer made it back to police headquarters; he had texted his brother hours after the siege, stating that although he had been “pepper sprayed twice,” he was “in good shape.” Moreover, Carlson pointed to a CNN report on February 2 (https://www.cnn.com/2021/02/02/politics/brian-sicknick-charges/index.html), to the effect that, according to unidentified law-enforcement officials, medical examiners had found no evidence of blunt-force trauma on Sicknick’s body and concluded the fire extinguisher account was not true.

...the death of Officer Sicknick became a building block for the House’s impeachment of former President Trump and of the allegations posited by the Democratic House impeachment managers that were publicly filed in their pretrial brief on February 2. By then, there was already substantial reason to question the fire-extinguisher allegation.

Prosecutors have an obligation, rooted in due process and professional ethics, to reveal exculpatory evidence. That includes evidence that is inconsistent with the theory of guilt they have posited. Even if Sicknick’s death was causally connected to the rioting, prosecutors would be obligated to correct the record if it did not happen the way they expressly represented that it happened. The House impeachment managers had not done that last week when NR published my column raising that issue, and to this day, although the impeachment trial is now over, we are still in the dark about the circumstances surrounding the officer’s tragic death at age 42...

Which brings us back to the original Times report. The “updated” version is, to put it mildly, confusing. At first, it attributes to unidentified “authorities” the claim that Sicknick “died from injuries sustained ‘while physically engaging’ with pro-Trump rioters.” The Times then describes Sicknick as “only the fourth member of the force to be killed in the line of duty since its founding two centuries ago.” That assertion is published as if it were an established fact, with no source.

But has it been established that Sicknick was “killed”? Has it been established that he died from injuries sustained while physically engaging with pro-Trump rioters? To my knowledge, it has not. And even the Times implicitly admits that it is unsure of what it is saying. A few paragraphs later, the same report now states:

The circumstances surrounding Mr. Sicknick’s death were not immediately clear, and the Capitol Police said only that he had “passed away due to injuries sustained while on duty.”

This seems very lawyered. “Sustained while on duty” is not the same as a “sustained ‘while physically engaging’ with pro-Trump rioters.

Seems familiar, in a Judith Miller NYT 'reporter' way. Corrupt politicians, public servants and corporate fake-news media committed war crimes against foreign nations. Now, with the January 6 election theft scamriot distraction, attempted similar terrorist slander against hundreds of thousands who showed up to show support for election transparency and over 70 million voters!!

The New York Times today issued an extraordinary mea culpa over its coverage of Iraq, admitting it had been misled about the presence of weapons of mass destruction by sources including the controversial Iraqi leader Ahmad Chalabi.

In a note to readers published today under the headline 'The Times and Iraq', the editors of the newspaper said they had found "a number of instances of coverage that was not as rigorous as it should have been".

"In some cases, information that was controversial then, and seems questionable now, was insufficiently qualified or allowed to stand unchallenged.

"Looking back, we wish we had been more aggressive in re-examining the claims as new evidence emerged - or failed to emerge," they continued.

House Sergeant at Arms Paul Irving said he wasn’t comfortable with the “optics” of formally declaring an emergency ahead of the demonstration, Sund said. Meanwhile, Senate Sergeant at Arms Michael Stenger suggested that Sund should informally seek out his Guard contacts, asking them to “lean forward” and be on alert in case Capitol Police needed their help...

It was the first of six times Sund’s request for help was rejected or delayed, he said. Two days later on Wednesday afternoon, his forces already in the midst of crisis, Sund said he pleaded for help five more times...

Just before 2 p.m., the pro-Trump mob entered the Capitol, sending lawmakers and staff scrambling for safety. D.C. police had quickly dispatched hundreds of officers to the scene. But it wasn’t enough. At 2:26 p.m., Sund said, he joined a conference call to the Pentagon to plead for additional backup.

“I am making an urgent, urgent immediate request for National Guard assistance,” Sund recalled saying. “I have got to get boots on the ground.”

On the call were several officials from the D.C. government, as well as officials from the Pentagon, including Lt. Gen. Walter E. Piatt, director of the Army Staff. The D.C. contingent was flabbergasted to hear Piatt say that he could not recommend that his boss, Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy, approve the request.

“I don’t like the visual of the National Guard standing a police line with the Capitol in the background,” Piatt said, according to Sund and others on the call...

Despite Sund’s pleas, the first National Guard personnel didn’t arrive at the Capitol until 5:40 p.m...

Minutes later, aides to the top congressional leaders were called to Stenger’s office for an update on the situation — and were infuriated to learn that the sergeants at arms had not yet called in the National Guard or any other reinforcements, as was their responsibility to do without seeking approval from leaders...

Sund said he called Irving twice more and Stenger once to check on their progress. At 1:50 p.m. — nine minutes before the Capitol was breached — Sund said he was losing patience. He called Walker to tell him to get ready to bring the Guard. Irving called back with formal approval at 2:10 p.m. By then, plainclothes Capitol Police agents were barricading the door to the Speaker’s Lobby just off the House chamber to keep the marauders from charging in.

Sund finally had approval to call the National Guard. But that would prove to be just the beginning of a bureaucratic nightmare to get soldiers on the scene...

Piatt, dialed in from across the river at the Pentagon, pushed back, according to Sund, saying he would prefer to have Guard soldiers take up posts around Washington, relieving D.C. police, so that they could respond to the Capitol instead of guardsmen...

“[Washington Police Chief Robert Contee] was definitely — I hate to use this term, but there’s no other term for it. He was pleading,” Falcicchio said. “He was pleading with them to fulfill the request that Capitol Police was making.”..

At one point, according to a defense official, Contee said, “Let me be clear, are you denying this?” To which Piatt responded that he wasn’t denying the request; he simply didn’t have the authority to approve it...

Over thirty House Democrats are asking President Biden to consider renouncing his authority to launch nuclear weapons.

“As president, two of your most critical and solemn duties are the security of the country and the safeguarding of its nuclear arsenal,” the letter reads, noting the president’s sole authority to order the use of nuclear weapons assures keeping them under civilian control.

They took that number. From what I understand, they gave it to the people at the Capitol, which is controlled by Pelosi. And I heard they rejected it because they didn’t think it would look good. So, you know, that was a big mistake."...

According to a Jan. 22 Vanity Fair article, Christopher Miller, then the acting defense secretary, said he met with Trump the night before the attack...

The president, Miller recalled, asked how many troops the Pentagon planned to turn out the following day. "We’re like, ‘We’re going to provide any National Guard support that the District requests,’" Miller responded. "And (Trump) goes, ‘You’re going to need 10,000 people.’ No, I’m not talking bullshit. He said that. And we’re like, ‘Maybe. But you know, someone’s going to have to ask for it.’" At that point Miller remembered the president telling him, "‘You do what you need to do. You do what you need to do.’ He said, ‘You’re going to need 10,000.’ That’s what he said. Swear to God."

PORTLAND, Ore. — Federal prosecutors have dismissed more than one-third of cases stemming from last summer’s violent protests in downtown Portland, when protesters clashed with federal agents. KGW reviewed federal court records and found 31 of the 90 protest cases have been dismissed by the U.S. Department of Justice, including a mix of misdemeanor and felony charges.

Some of the most serious charges dropped include four defendants charged with assaulting a federal officer, which is a felony. More than half of the dropped charges were "dismissed with prejudice," which several former federal prosecutors described as extremely rare. “Dismissed with prejudice” means the case can’t be brought back to court.

The dismissal of protest cases runs counter to the tough talk coming from the U.S. Department of Justice last summer.

Turns out one of the most iconic "armed insurrectionist" used as boogieman by the Federal government and corporate and communist press, "zip tie guy", found the zip-ties on the floor of the capital building, was only in the building 15 minutes, was there with his mother, and yelled at other protestors not to damage anything. However I have seen a photo of him standing on a chair so there is that.

Government prosecutors successfully fought to keep both behind bars pending their trial although they committed no violent crime and had remained in the building for less than 15 minutes; on January 24, the D.C. federal judge presiding over the Capitol investigation ordered (https://ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov/doc1/04518332654) both defendants transported from Tennessee to a Washington jail to await their day in court.

Prosecutors darkly warned (https://lawandcrime.com/u-s-capitol-siege/zip-tie-guy-might-be-prime-candidate-for-exceedingly-rare-sedition-charge-prosecutors-reveal/) in late January the two Americans could be the first Capitol defendants to be charged with sedition, a crime almost never applied to U.S. citizens...

The only felony the government could come up with to charge Munchel and Eisenhart—who are being charged together—is “obstruction of an official proceeding,” which is an enhancement count filed against defendants charged with misdemeanors.

After the court’s spanking, the government withdrew its detention order on March 29: Munchel and Eisenhart will now live under the same home detention rules a Tennessee judge ordered more than two months ago and that the government successfully appealed...

The government also will have to contend with the long-term legal consequences of continuing to pursue obstruction charges that will criminalize future political dissent. As I explained in this column, the vague charge, initially aimed at white-collar criminals not political protesters, has been applied to more than 130 defendants so far.

In recent days, judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys have all indicated that they expect few of these “MAGA tourists” to face harsh sentences.

There are two main reasons: Although prosecutors have loaded up their charging documents with language about the existential threat of the insurrection to the republic, the actions of many of the individual rioters often boiled down to trespassing...

Lower-level Capitol riot defendants scored a significant victory Friday when a federal appeals court said judges need to sort out the most serious, violent offenders from those who simply walked in amidst the chaos.

“Two individuals who did not engage in any violence and who were not involved in planning or coordinating the activities — seemingly would have posed little threat,” D.C. Circuit Judge Robert Wilkins wrote.

If there’s even a faint silver lining to this situation, it’s that my employees might be more politically engaged in the future. One of my housekeepers asked why her stimulus check was delayed; a former employee asked why his unemployment compensation had decreased.

Just as with the Russia Bounty debacle, they will never acknowledge what they did. Their audience wants to be lied to for partisan gain and emotional pleasure.

It was crucial for liberal sectors of the media to invent and disseminate a harrowing lie about how Officer Brian Sicknick died. That is because he is the only one they could claim was killed by pro-Trump protesters at the January 6 riot at the Capitol.

So The New York Times on January 8 published an emotionally gut-wrenching but complete fiction that never had any evidence — that Officer Sicknick’s skull was savagely bashed in with a fire extinguisher by a pro-Trump mob until he died — and, just like the now-discredited Russian bounty story also unveiled by that same paper, cable outlets and other media platforms repeated this lie over and over in the most emotionally manipulative way possible.

As I detailed over and over when examining this story, there were so many reasons to doubt this storyline from the start. Nobody on the record claimed it happened. The autopsy found no blunt trauma to the head. Sicknick’s own family kept urging the press to stop spreading this story because he called them the night of January 6 and told them he was fine — obviously inconsistent with the media’s claim that he died by having his skull bashed in — and his own mother kept saying that she believed he died of a stroke.

But the gruesome story of Sicknick’s “murder” was too valuable to allow any questioning. It was weaponized over and over to depict the pro-Trump mob not as just violent but barbaric and murderous, because if Sicknick weren’t murdered by them, then nobody was (without Sicknick, the only ones killed were four pro-Trump supporters.

Biden Goes All In On ADL, FBI Hype Over ‘White Supremacy’

Since assuming office, President Joe Biden has hysterically hyped the purported threat of domestic violent extremism, using the largely peaceful yet disorganized and chaotic Capitol protest on Jan. 6 as a justification.

In a recent inaugural address, Biden decried “a rise in political extremism, white supremacy, [and] domestic terrorism,” largely manufacturing and exaggerating threats which he claimed the country “must confront” and ultimately “defeat.”

The Biden White House has launched an all-out war on domestic violent extremism, including reviews to existing policies within the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the National Security Council, and the U.S. military designed to analyze, address, and tackle the purported threat.

Almost immediately after Biden was sworn in as president, he announced a massive government-wide campaign to combat far-right extremism, supposedly the most persistent and lethal threat of “domestic violent extremism” facing the country, according to the FBI and the DHS.

In order to address this “massive threat” facing the country, the Biden White House and national security team “urgently reached out to the Anti- Defamation League (ADL) for help,” according to a revealing article published by Time magazine in mid-March.

“We expected to be contacted,” Ryan Greer, a former DHS official who now works for the ADL, told Time. “We just didn’t expect it that quickly. The change in tone and urgency could not be more stark from prior years.”

The ADL constantly hypes “threats” emanating from the political dissident community, particularly those coming from the America-first movement. Earlier this month, the ADL released a report stating that “white supremacist propaganda” reached an all-time high in 2020, a talking point that dovetails nicely with the FBI and DHS’s regular threat assessment reports highlighting the threats facing the American homeland.

“White supremacists appear to be more emboldened than ever, and the election year, the pandemic and other factors may have provided these extremists with additional encouragement,” ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt stated following the report’s release, again underscoring and echoing the same exact talking points spewed out by the FBI and DHS.

Apparently, the entire apparatus of the U.S. federal government is now engaged in a coordinated campaign to root out “domestic extremism,” which, according to governmental sources, merely amounts to individuals or organizations frustrated with or critical of the prevailing political situation.

The Biden administration has stepped up its consultation with biased grievance organizations such as the ADL and is using every tool, including intelligence agencies, at its disposal to combat domestic extremism. This possibly violates long-standing laws prohibiting the U.S. intelligence community—in particular the CIA—from engaging in domestic operations.

A recently published report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence entitled “Domestic Violent Extremism Poses Heightened Threat in 2021” specifically notes that the CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency contributed to the report, in addition to the National Counterterrorism Center, the FBI and the DHS.

The CIA has a storied and nefarious history of infiltrating, manipulating, and instigating domestic American political groups, as does the FBI and other federal law enforcement agencies, often in an attempt to manufacture the very threat their spokespersons are hyping.

When I was in office we were known as the Peace Presidency, because Israel’s adversaries knew that the United States stood strongly with Israel and there would be swift retribution if Israel was attacked. Under Biden, the world is getting more violent and more unstable because Biden’s weakness and lack of support for Israel is leading to new attacks on our allies. America must always stand with Israel and make clear that the Palestinians must end the violence, terror, and rocket attacks, and make clear that the U.S. will always strongly support Israel’s right to defend itself. In one of the most iconic images of January 6, a man is pictured with his feet up on a desk inside House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) office.
Richard Barnett, 60, traveled from his home in Arkansas to hear Donald Trump’s speech then made his way to the Capitol complex. He entered Pelosi’s office, where a few photojournalists just happened to be stationed; Barnett put his feet on the desk, posed for the cameras, and left Pelosi a note. (He is quite a character, I can safely say after a lengthy phone interview.)
Two hours later, the photos went viral. Pelosi’s daughter, Christine, posted the picture of Barnett at 3:21 p.m. that afternoon. “The Trump rioter did vandalize her office,” she tweeted (https://twitter.com/sfpelosi/status/1346945003919036416?s=20). “The trash will be removed and the seditionists will be prosecuted.”

By the time Barnett arrived home on January 7, his family already had received death threats and the FBI was at his door. Barnett was arrested January 8; he was indicted (https://www.justice.gov/opa/page/file/1364156/download) January 29 on various trespassing and disorderly conduct charges, including possessing a “dangerous or deadly weapon,” a walking stick that can also be used as a stun gun. (It had no batteries.)
“I was transported to a prison in Oklahoma City for two weeks,” Barnett, who goes by the nickname “Bigo,” told me in a phone interview Tuesday afternoon. “I had never been to prison before, it was my first experience. I thought how awesome it was that even though you’re in prison, you’re treated with respect and everyone follows the rules.”
But Barnett’s inaugural experience in America’s prison system quickly soured after he was transported to the nation’s capital. Like dozens of people charged with offenses related to the Capitol building protest, Barnett was ordered to remain behind bars in a D.C. jail with no chance to make bail even though he has no criminal record and faces no violent charges.
Joe Biden’s Justice Department, nonetheless, is seeking pretrial detention orders for many Capitol Hill protestors; in some cases, prosecutors argue the defendants pose a threat to society because they doubt the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
This has led to the creation of a Shawshank of sorts (https://amgreatness.com/2021/05/17/shawshank-for-january-6-detainees/) for January 6 detainees. The government, according to Barnett, opened up a shuttered jail facility specifically to house January 6 detainees. The accused are in restrictive housing, ostensibly to protect them from the jail system’s general population—but the conditions are anything but special.
Upon arrival at the D.C. jail, January 6 defendants are ordered to quarantine for two weeks to follow COVID-19 rules. Detainees are not allowed to leave the quarantine cell for any reason.
Once the quarantine period is over, detainees are moved to another permanent unit, which is not unlike the quarantine quarters. “First off, all the cells are contaminated with black mold, even the sink we are supposed to drink out of,” Barnett said. “The guards gave us some kind of cleaner but it didn’t really work.” The cells are roughly 70 square feet with a concrete slab for a bed, a toilet, and a sink.
Detainees are held in solitary confinement conditions for 23 hours a day. Breakfast, Barnett said, arrives at 3:30 in the morning and is inedible “slop.” Dinner usually consists of bologna.
During their one hour of free time each day, detainees must attend to all personal business including hygiene such as a shower. The men don’t have access to shaving gear or haircuts. “The barbershop is closed. The best we could do was use a toenail clipper they gave us.”
Most detainees, however, spend the hour on the phone with family. “They are worried about their family, about their finances.” Barnett, a former firefighter and bull rider, said he counseled the younger inmates whenever he could. “Nothing fazes me but these men are worried about losing their homes and this was three months ago. Many of them are young and have never been in jail before. I prayed with them when I could, tried to talk them through it.”
The guards, Barnett said, go out of their way to make life harder for the detainees. “It is purposeful and deliberate collusion, to make every facet of your existence miserable,” Barnett said. This includes instances of physical abuse; guards slammed Barnett’s face into the concrete floor at one point. After confronting the guards for not following prison rules—Barnett read the Department of Corrections inmate handbook when he arrived—and accusing one guard of sexual harassment, Barnett was placed in the D.C. prison’s general population as punishment.
Another detainee, Barnett recounted, was attacked in his cell in the middle of the night, handcuffed and beaten “senseless,” Barnett said. He suffered extensive injuries. “They damn near killed him.” Another young man with evident emotional issues was heavily maced by guards one night when he had some type of breakdown. “I shouted at them to leave him alone.”
Religious services are not allowed so Barnett and a few others organized a Sunday morning service. The guards, Barnett said, were “nasty and insulting” about their attempts to practice their religion. “We couldn’t even talk about God.” There is “no doubt” in Barnett’s mind that the January 6 detainees are treated differently because of their political views.
The prison’s library, the guards told the detainees, is closed. Access to law books and other reading material is nonexistent, Barnett said. The detainees started their own newsletter with paper and pencils purchased through the commissary. They also sing the National Anthem at 7:00 each night to lift morale. “These guys are patriots.”
Attorney-client privilege also is nonexistent, Barnett and his lawyers, Joseph McBride and Steven Metcalf, told me. There is no privacy during discussions and video calls can take up to two weeks to schedule.
Barnett’s experience supports descriptions by other inmates; earlier this month, I wrote (https://amgreatness.com/2021/05/17/shawshank-for-january-6-detainees/) about Jacob Lang, who has been imprisoned in the D.C. jail since his arrest in January. Lang told his parents the detainees are “being abused mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, legally, and spiritually.”
I asked Barnett what he would like to tell the American people about what’s happening. “Very simple, pray for the guys who are still in there,” he said. “They’re not working and have a family to support. Help pay their bills.”
Barnett and his lawyers will soon launch a website where people can donate and learn more about his experiences and follow his trial. (GoFundMe, his lawyer said, won’t permit accounts to help raise money for January 6 defendants.)
“Freedom is not free,” Barnett said.

Once the quarantine period is over, detainees are moved to another permanent unit, which is not unlike the quarantine quarters. “First off, all the cells are contaminated with black mold, even the sink we are supposed to drink out of,” Barnett said. “The guards gave us some kind of cleaner but it didn’t really work.” The cells are roughly 70 square feet with a concrete slab for a bed, a toilet, and a sink.
Detainees are held in solitary confinement conditions for 23 hours a day. Breakfast, Barnett said, arrives at 3:30 in the morning and is inedible “slop.” Dinner usually consists of bologna.
During their one hour of free time each day, detainees must attend to all personal business including hygiene such as a shower. The men don’t have access to shaving gear or haircuts. “The barbershop is closed. The best we could do was use a toenail clipper they gave us.”
Most detainees, however, spend the hour on the phone with family. “They are worried about their family, about their finances.” Barnett, a former firefighter and bull rider, said he counseled the younger inmates whenever he could. “Nothing fazes me but these men are worried about losing their homes and this was three months ago. Many of them are young and have never been in jail before. I prayed with them when I could, tried to talk them through it.”
The guards, Barnett said, go out of their way to make life harder for the detainees. “It is purposeful and deliberate collusion, to make every facet of your existence miserable,” Barnett said. This includes instances of physical abuse; guards slammed Barnett’s face into the concrete floor at one point. After confronting the guards for not following prison rules—Barnett read the Department of Corrections inmate handbook when he arrived—and accusing one guard of sexual harassment, Barnett was placed in the D.C. prison’s general population as punishment.
Another detainee, Barnett recounted, was attacked in his cell in the middle of the night, handcuffed and beaten “senseless,” Barnett said. He suffered extensive injuries. “They damn near killed him.” Another young man with evident emotional issues was heavily maced by guards one night when he had some type of breakdown. “I shouted at them to leave him alone.”
Religious services are not allowed so Barnett and a few others organized a Sunday morning service. The guards, Barnett said, were “nasty and insulting” about their attempts to practice their religion. “We couldn’t even talk about God.” There is “no doubt” in Barnett’s mind that the January 6 detainees are treated differently because of their political views.
The prison’s library, the guards told the detainees, is closed. Access to law books and other reading material is nonexistent, Barnett said. The detainees started their own newsletter with paper and pencils purchased through the commissary. They also sing the National Anthem at 7:00 each night to lift morale. “These guys are patriots.”
Attorney-client privilege also is nonexistent, Barnett and his lawyers, Joseph McBride and Steven Metcalf, told me. There is no privacy during discussions and video calls can take up to two weeks to schedule.
Barnett’s experience supports descriptions by other inmates; earlier this month, I wrote (https://amgreatness.com/2021/05/17/shawshank-for-january-6-detainees/) about Jacob Lang, who has been imprisoned in the D.C. jail since his arrest in January. Lang told his parents the detainees are “being abused mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, legally, and spiritually.”
I asked Barnett what he would like to tell the American people about what’s happening. “Very simple, pray for the guys who are still in there,” he said. “They’re not working and have a family to support. Help pay their bills.”
Barnett and his lawyers will soon launch a website where people can donate and learn more about his experiences and follow his trial. (GoFundMe, his lawyer said, won’t permit accounts to help raise money for January 6 defendants.)
“Freedom is not free,” Barnett said.
Unfortunately for dozens of political prisoners held hostage by their own government, freedom appears to be a long way off.

Especially if such agents or informants enjoyed extremely senior-level positions within such groups.

One of the key consensus points among the FBI-DOJ and the regime media is the idea that, while 1/6 is primarily the fault of Trump-supporting QAnon-infused “domestic terrorists,” it is secondarily the fault of so-called “intelligence failures.”

Klobuchar’s own question at the March 2, 2021 FBI hearing (above) reinforces this “intelligence failure” narrative, but she is not alone. A five-month “bipartisan” Senate investigation recently arrived at the very same “intelligence failure” narrative to explain the breach of the Capitol and associated events on 1/6:

It is unsettling to entertain the possibility that the federal government knew of a potential for violence on 1/6 and did nothing to stop it. It presents the question: why would agencies, or certain elements within, sit back and let something like this happen on purpose?

A still more disturbing possibility arises from a careful study of the unindicted co-conspirators listed throughout the various charging documents of individuals facing the most serious charges related to 1/6.

Hey Republicans, you can crack open the entire story of January 6, 2021 (“1/6”) with one simple, relentless question: what is the FBI and Army Counterintelligence’s relationship with Stewart Rhodes?

Stewart Rhodes is the founder, boss and kingpin of the Oath Keepers.

The Oath Keepers, we are told, are America’s largest militia, the most prominent antigovernment group in the United States, and the preeminent right-wing domestic extremist insider threat to the entire U.S. military.

Whatever the truth of these hyperbolic claims, the fact remains: the Oath Keepers are the most extensively prosecuted paramilitary group alleged to be involved in 1/6. Indeed, it was the alleged “pre-planned assault” on the Capitol by Stewart Rhodes’s alleged Oath Keepers lieutenants that was used as the key talking point to try to convert the day’s events from a protest into an “insurrection.”

But Stewart Rhodes is not simply a key figure in the Oath Keepers. Stewart Rhodes is the Oath Keepers, according to Oath Keepers board member Richard Mack.

Elmer Stewart Rhodes III — a one-time Army paratrooper, disbarred Yale lawyer, constitutionalist, gun enthusiast, and far-right media star — founded the group called the Oath Keepers in 2009. Since then, he has ridden crosscurrents of American anger and strife that ran from scrubby Western deserts to angry urban protests right into the Capitol rotunda.

Mack said he and others also raised concerns about the Oath Keepers’ participation in violent protests…

He said it had become clear that the board had no real power. “[Stewart Rhodes] is the Oath Keepers. It’s hard to separate the two,” Mack said. “It’s his organization, and he can do what he wants to do.”

Other dissenting voices found that they were no longer welcome. Jim Arroyo, the vice president of the Arizona chapter, said relations began to fray over Rhodes’ insistence on total control... [Buzzfeed]

A mere indictment of Stewart Rhodes, today, for the same conspiracy charges alleged against his underlings, would collapse the entire “threat” of the Oath Keepers that the country has heard so much about. From NPR:

Rhodes is the central figure of the organization. He is the founder, leader and center of gravity for the group. In theory, then, an indictment against Rhodes could lead to the group’s collapse.

The Justice Department argues that Stewart Rhodes both substantially organized and activated an imputed plan to use violence, on 1/6, in real-time, through a series of encrypted Signal messages beginning at 1:38 p.m., as Trump concluded his rally speech on the National Mall, and 62 minutes before Oath Keepers lieutenants allegedly formed a “military stack” to rush the Capitol doors.

These facts alone, as alleged, are more than legally sufficient to secure an indictment of Stewart Rhodes. We will walk you through the mountains of direct and circumstantial evidence built on top of these allegations, but readers must understand this: the only reason Stewart Rhodes is not in jail *right now* is because of a deliberate decision by the Justice Department to protect him.

Indeed, it is unclear whether the FBI has even sought to search Stewart Rhodes’s residence, personal belongings, or electronic devices, other than a single iPhone allegedly seized on the streets from agents in unmarked FBI vehicles in late April (since returned). For reasons discussed below, there is good reason to suspect the FBI will pursue a tightly controlled and very limited scope of investigation into Stewart Rhodes,. Beyond that narrow scope, they may not want the information they are likely to find.

Why doesn’t anyone at the FBI or DOJ want him?

If 1/6 was an “insurrection,” why protect the one man who, more than any other individual referenced in the charging documents of the 530+ open criminal cases, comes closest to the media’s ravenous description of a “lead insurrectionist?”

Is it possible that the Oath Keepers, the most prominent antigovernment group in the United States, has been run, in effect, by the United States government itself — and nobody has mentioned it until now?

Revolver News generated tremendous discussion and controversy with our previous piece exploring the possibility that some of the unindicted individuals referred to in the 1/6 charging documents may be undercover agents or informants.

With this piece, we intend to focus this discussion on a single individual, Person One; i.e., Stewart Rhodes — the leader of the Oath Keepers.

If it turns out that Stewart Rhodes has had a relationship with the federal government, the implications would be nothing short of staggering.

For Stewart Rhodes is not just a senior member of the Oath Keepers, he is the Oath Keepers. Given the fact that the Oath Keepers are the major paramilitary organization imputed (by government and media alike) to be responsible for the most serious and egregious elements of the so-called 1/6 insurrection, it follows that it would not only be fair, but necessary to conclude that in an essential respect the 1/6 event was planned and orchestrated by elements of the government itself.

In other words, 1/6 was not the result of an intelligence failure as FBI Director Christopher Wray, the US Senate, and the media tells us. Rather, 1/6 was the result of an intelligence set-up.

The following questions should be shouted from every megaphone, every street corner, and every Congressional lectern until the American people get full and complete answers:

Does the FBI now, or has it ever, maintained a formal or informal relationship or point of contact with Stewart Rhodes, whether directly or indirectly, including through intermediaries?
Do any other Federal counterintelligence equities, whether in military, intelligence or law enforcement, including but not limited to Army Counterintelligence, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), or otherwise, maintain or have they ever maintained a formal or informal relationship with Stewart Rhodes, whether directly or indirectly, including through intermediaries?
If such a confidential relationship did exist between Stewart Rhodes and one or more U.S. counterintelligence equities, how do the FBI and other responsible agencies reconcile the enormous gravity of this omission from their previous deflections, non-answers, and boilerplate that they had “no actionable intelligence” before 1/6?
If such a confidential relationship did exist between Stewart Rhodes and one or more U.S. counterintelligence equities, does this explain the FBI and Justice Department’s failure to pursue criminal actions against Stewart Rhodes in similarly high-profile “right-wing conspiracy plots” in which Rhodes appears to have played a similarly driving role?
More specifically, did the FBI or any other U.S. counterintelligence equities maintain a discrete or confidential relationship with Stewart Rhodes during the 2014 Bundy Ranch standoff? Was this fact dispositive in the Justice Department’s decision to charge 19 defendants — including certain of Stewart Rhodes’s alleged Oath Keepers underlings — for conspiracy to obstruct a legal proceeding, and to spare Rhodes of similar charges?
Has the FBI even procured a search warrant for Stewart Rhodes’s personal residence and home electronics? If so, on what dates and what specific categories of evidence were sought?

Dear Patriots,
According to our Constitution, everyone is entitled to a defense when all the power and might of the United States is brought to bear against an individual. It’s a fundamental right to counsel long recognized by the Supreme Court.

Defending the Republic is stepping up to assist as much as we can with coordination, resources, and consultation with the lawyers who are defending those still accused and those still incarcerated—and in many cases, likely wrongly accused of any offense regarding their presence at, near or in the Capitol Building on January 6.

First, I must note bald-faced lies spread about me. I had nothing to do with the events at the Capitol that day. I was not in Washington. I encouraged anyone who would listen—and many who did not—to leave Washington, to stay out of Washington, and not participate in any way.

January 6 was too late for people to show their disgust, in Washington DC, with the obvious fraud in the past election. I fully expected a “false flag” operation created by someone on the left. It was a trap for Trump supporters.

I have never encouraged violence. I abhor it. Anyone who accuses me with “having blood on my hands” or otherwise having any role in January 6 is lying and defaming me.

Second, those who actually broke into the Capitol, who destroyed property or stole property, who attacked an officer, should be held accountable. That said—so should all who burned buildings, looted, rioted, assaulted police, and took over parts of cities, beat people and committed countless other atrocities much of the last year of the Trump administration.

Of the hundreds now who have been arrested, many were held for days without being allowed to shower, speak to a lawyer or anyone, and many more have been held in solitary confinement for days, weeks, and now months.

They are our fellow citizens entitled to a defense and humane treatment, yet they have been treated worse than international terrorists and illegal aliens.

A FOURTH law enforcement officer who responded to the January 6 Capitol riots has died by suicide.

Officer Kyle DeFreytag, 26, was found dead on July 10, with Metropolitan Police confirming his death in a statement on Monday.

The news comes just hours after a spokesperson from MPD confirmed that another officer who was at the riots, Gunther Hashida, 43, was found dead at his home on Thursday.

With DeFreytag and Hashida included, four officers who responded to the attempted insurrection at the Capitol have now taken their own lives.

Twelve-year MPD veteran Jeffrey Smith and US Capitol Police Officer Howard Liebengood, a 16-year Capitol Police veteran, also responded to the insurrection and later died by suicide.

Smith, 35, killed himself just three days after the riot and Liebengood, 51, shot himself in his patrol car on his way to work on January 15.

The Metropolitan Police Department confirmed the deaths of DeFreytag and Hasida in a statement to Reuters on Monday.

Hashida had joined the department in 2003 and DeFreytag joined in November 2016.

On the day of the riots, DeFreytag reportedly helped crews enforce the curfew put in place after the Capitol building was breached, while Hashida was part of an Emergency Response Team within the department’s Special Operations Division.
OTHER OFFICERS TESTIFIED ABOUT PTSD AFTER RIOTS

The news comes just days after multiple officers testified about the horrific violence, racial slurs, and trauma they were subjected to when protecting the Capitol from the mob of MAGA fans on January 6.

Donald Trump's supporters stormed the US Capitol building in an attempt to stop Congress from certifying Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 election.

Four protesters died during the riot and one Capitol Police Officer, Brian Sicknick, suffered two strokes and died of natural causes a day after confronting the violent mob.

More than 550 people have been arrested and charged for their roles in the riots.

A number of the officers told lawmakers that they suffered both lingering physical and psychological pain - including PTSD - in the attack's wake.

“What makes the struggle harder and more painful is to know so many of my fellow citizens, including so many of the people I put my life at risk to defend, are downplaying or outright denying what happened,” MPD Officer Michael Fanone told a House select committee.

"I feel like I went to hell and back to protect them and the people in this room.

"But too many are now telling me that hell doesn’t exist or hell actually wasn’t that bad. The indifference shown to my colleagues is disgraceful."

Police Officer Harry Dunn also testified that he was racially abused during the riots and that the trauma of the violent event left him in a "low place."

Telling lawmakers that he is currently in therapy himself, Dunn added: "There is absolutely nothing wrong with seeking professional counseling.

"What we all went through that day was traumatic, and if you are hurting, please take advantage of the counseling services that are available to us."

During a viral new documentary released on Tuesday, Conservative Talk Show host Nicholas J Fuentes discussed the legal repercussions he has faced after he simply attended former President Trump’s speech on January 6th.

Fuentes never entered the capitol building and remained approximately 200 yards away from the nearest entrance. The 23-year-old talk show host says he went to the capitol building following Trump’s speech because the former President said he would also be giving a speech outside the front of the building.

“Currently the FBI is pursuing an investigation against me for my involvement at the capitol, I had done nothing wrong at the capitol, I committed no crime, I went there for the Trump rally at the Elipse which is just outside the White House,” Fuentes said during the documentary.

“I walked to the capitol with hundreds of thousands of other people for a civil first amendment protected demonstration. I didn’t participate in any violence or illegal criminal activity. So on the one hand I knew I had done nothing wrong but on the other hand, I knew that in this new country that we have, that doesn’t necessarily protect you from law enforcement.”

In the film, Fuentes noted that days later he noticed his credit card was declined for a subscription he signed up for. After checking his bank account, he found that his balance went from almost half a million dollars the day before, to zero dollars.

“I went through my transaction history and I saw a legal order that subtracted my entire bank balance,” Fuentes said. “Both my credit cards and my entire checking account were frozen.”

Fuentes said that what made this so crushing is that the Department of Justice and the FBI are immovable.

“Because of the war on terror, because of the Patriot Act, because of how the federal government operates, they really can do whatever they want to whoever they want, and there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Fuentes was also recently banned from flying on U.S. airlines by the United States Government, put on the official no-fly list, and permanently banned from Twitter following his attendance at the Trump speech on January 6th.

Fuentes was on his way to a press conference where he was intending to address political censorship online, only to find out that he had been censored by the U.S. government and banned from flying there.

Fuentes speculates that the mass action taken against him is due to his large effective reach, gigantic audience size, his ability to turn out hundreds of people at a moment’s notice, and his vocal support of former President Trump.

Fuentes suggests that he is a true ‘threat to the system’ because of this.

Operation Choke Point was a 2013 initiative of the United States Department of Justice that led to the investigation of banks in the United States and the business they did with firearm dealers, and other companies the government claimed to be at ‘high risk for fraud and money laundering.’

This is already happening to a large degree to American citizens like Fuentes, Andrew Torba, Vincent James, Alex Jones, and thousands of others who are having their bank accounts banned, credit cards frozen, and are banned from nearly every social media platform, payment processor, and ridesharing app.

America’s new social credit system has just now begun to affect those who refuse the COVID vaccine.

Soon, many Americans will not be able to enter bars, restaurants, or supermarkets because they are unvaccinated. Many also won’t be able to travel, go to school, go to work, financially transact, and maybe even access streaming services without having to show or upload their vaccine certificates first.

Perhaps the most terrifying part is that millions of Americans are simply falling in line with this new status quo.

WASHINGTON, Aug 20 (Reuters) - The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.

Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump, according to the sources, who have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the wide-ranging investigations.

"Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases," said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. "Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages."

Stone, a veteran Republican operative and self-described "dirty trickster", and Jones, founder of a conspiracy-driven radio show and webcast, are both allies of Trump and had been involved in pro-Trump events in Washington on Jan. 5, the day before the riot.

WASHINGTON, Aug 20 (Reuters) - The FBI has found scant evidence that the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol was the result of an organized plot to overturn the presidential election result, according to four current and former law enforcement officials.

Though federal officials have arrested more than 570 alleged participants, the FBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters of then-President Donald Trump, according to the sources, who have been either directly involved in or briefed regularly on the wide-ranging investigations.

"Ninety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases," said a former senior law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation. "Then you have five percent, maybe, of these militia groups that were more closely organized. But there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages."

Stone, a veteran Republican operative and self-described "dirty trickster", and Jones, founder of a conspiracy-driven radio show and webcast, are both allies of Trump and had been involved in pro-Trump events in Washington on Jan. 5, the day before the riot.

Dear Fellow Americans –
I never thought I’d write a letter like this, but we’re living in very different times. This is my cry for help.
My name is Nathan DeGrave, and as a non violent participant at the Jan 6th rally, I’ve spent the last 9 months detained as a political prisoner in pod C2B at the DC DOC…otherwise known as DC’s Gitmo.
The conditions here for Jan 6ers have been inhumane. In fact, some inmates are even begging to be transferred to GUANTANAMO BAY, where even THEY have more acceptable standards.

Class action LAWSUITS are being filed against this prison; and even the ACLU has gotten involved. Senators Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene have since attempted to gain access to this facility and inspect the conditions of the jail, only to be denied.
The vile filth of what has become our daily life is being illegally HIDDEN from the members of OUR OWN CONGRESS.
So…let me tell you about what me and many of the other Jan 6ers have been experiencing in DC’s Gitmo. It is my hope that with MEDIA EXPOSURE and the awareness of the American public, that SOMETHING may be done and this never happens to anyone ever again.
OUR CONDITIONS
For the first 120 days in DC’s Gitmo, Jan 6ers experienced DAILY LOCKDOWNS for 23-24 HOURS before being allowed to leave our small 120 sq. ft cell. The PHYSICAL and MENTAL ANGUISH that results from this kind of SEVERE ISOLATION has caused many people to go on a RAPID mental decline.
As a result, a large percentage of us are HEAVILY MEDICATED with anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drugs, which helps to cope with the psychological and mental ABUSE we endure.
Many times, the little rec we DO receive is STRIPPED AWAY if our cell isn’t up to the standards of the guard on duty. This changes from day to day. Jan 6ers have lost rec time and out of cell activity ANY TIME news interviews about the jail are aired on TV, people speak up about our conditions, or rallies are held in our name. We’ll probably have a lockdown upon the publishing of this letter. So I have already warned those I know in advance..
Masks are WEAPONIZED and used against us, even though we NEVER leave the facility. Officers have walked in with the SOLE INTENTION of needing to write 20-30 disciplinary reports against Jan 6ers, which adversely effects our chances of release and causes loss of privileges, phone time and commissary. Masks need to be covering both the nose and mouth AT ALL TIMES or we are threatened and locked down in our cells. Jan 6ers are always respectful to the employees around us, but C.Os maintain the need to invent reasons for discipline.
PRIVILEGED LEGAL DOCUMENTS have been CONFISCATED and gone missing from various cells, and HIGHLY SENSITIVE discovery (video evidence under attorney/client privilege) is watched by employees during our legal calls.
Jordan Mink, for example, had all discovery TAKEN by ERT officers on August 23rd despite the objection of his attorney. They handcuffed him, searched his room, and then proceeded to take all video evidence in his possession. Additionally, legal visits take 2-3 WEEKS or more to be scheduled, leaving little time to discuss our defense and prepare for trial.
The EXTREME medical neglect in this facility has caused a variety of adverse illnesses and disease. Some show signs of scurvy. And some even have Covid like symptoms, but medical personnel have refused to treat it.
Christopher Worrell, for example, is an inmate with Cancer, who also broke his hand in prison and requires surgery. Both have been completely ignored. Federal judge Royce Lamberth got to the point where on October 12th, he filed contempt of court charges against the warden of the DC DOC, claiming that Worrell’s civil rights have been violated, and demanding the U.S attorney general inquire further about his and other possible violations.
Another inmate, Peter Stager, WAITED FOUR MONTHS to receive his CPAP breathing machine, and has needed an MRI since spring, which has also been ignored by staff.
The harsh, unlivable conditions of our unit has caused health hazards that defy Department of Health regulations. And on at least five occasions, RAW SEWAGE has overflowed our unit, causing human fecal matter to flood the floors and rooms. That’s also in addition to the MOLD on cell walls, as well as the rusty pipes, and DIRTY WATER that flows from these sinks. White rags TURN BROWN when exposed to the water from our faucets.
We are undergoing SEVERE NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES and STARVATION. For breakfast this morning, I received a tray of flavorless paste, two slices of bread, and a slice of bologna. Lunches usually consist of rice and beans, but we’ll get cold chicken/beef patties if we are lucky. For dinner, we are sometimes fed a diet of cheese sandwiches, and bologna and cheese 4 to 5 times per week.
Without commissary, people like myself are FORCED TO STARVE. I suffer from HEADACHES and NAUSEA on an almost REGULAR BASIS from the malnutrition and constant hunger I am subjected to. I have lost ALMOST 15 POUNDS since I’ve been detained.
Our rights to personal hygiene are also totally neglected. Razors are PROHIBITED, and inmates are forced to either go unshaved, and grow long beards, or use a razor-free cream that BURNS and IRRITATES the skin. But many other jails have allowed the use of razors without incident. Haircuts are also PROHIBITED from unvaccinated inmates. For me, it’s been nearly 9 months. I look VIRTUALLY UNRECOGNIZABLE in the condition I’m in. I fear even my family would not recognize me.
Contact with the outside world, from legal visits to seeing loved ones is HIGHLY RESTRICTED. After in-person visits, legal or otherwise, we are forced to undergo humiliating STRIP SEARCHES, despite ALL visitors being thoroughly checked for contraband. If it’s a legal visit, we are placed in a 14-day quarantine, with no out of cell time; EVEN IF your attorney is VACCINATED and tests NEGATIVE for Covid. Visits with friends or family members, for unvaccinated inmates, are NEVER ALLOWED.
As a result, many people have skipped critical meetings with their council and NEVER get an opportunity to see friends or family. VIDEO VISITATION, while available to the rest of the jail, is RESTRICTED in the Jan 6 pod. Mail is delayed for MONTHS, and phone calls are limited to a MAXIMUM of pre-approved 12 numbers. If there’s anyone else in our extended family or otherwise we’d like to call, we’re pretty much out of luck.
RELIGIOUS SERVICES, protected by the 1st amendment, are NOT provided to Jan 6ers. Neither are in-person classes or other activities available to the rest of the jail. An inmate named Ryan Samsel, instead attempted to organize his own bible study inside the pod, until he was viciously BEATEN and LEFT FOR DEAD by correctional officers. He suffered a broken eye socket and brain damage as a result of the vicious attack. He’s now permanently blind in one eye. On another occasion, Scott Fairlamb was confronted by an officer in the middle of the night, and his life was threatened, once the officer’s body cam was disabled. Many, like myself, are afraid they could be the next victim.
And last but not least, we experience racism from many guards on a daily basis, being the ONLY WHITE REPUBLICANS in the entire jail. The false narrative is has been passed around the jail and to corrections officers that we are “white supremacists” (we are NOT). The inmate population is predominantly black, so we are at risk being here because of this false narrative. The guards are mostly liberal migrants from Africa who have been conditioned to hate us, and hate America. Jan 6ers have been mocked, beaten and ridiculed by guards for singing the National Anthem. The Corrections Officers despise our politics and the love we have for this country. At one point, an officer even yelled “FUCK AMERICA!”, and threatened to lock us down FOR A WEEK if we attempted to sing the National Anthem again.
THE TRUTH ABOUT MY STORY
Finally, I feel like I should touch briefly on the government and prosecutor’s portrayal of who I am as a person.
No, I am not a terrorist, extremist, or any of the other names I’ve been called by the government. More than anything, I am a red-blooded patriot and I love this country more than anything.

I am being unfairly prosecuted and definitely overcharged. I never assaulted anyone, destroyed property, or stolen anything. I walked through wide open doors to enter the Capitol, along with my camera crew hoping to get the rally on video. I was never even armed at any point inside the Capitol.
Our goal was to make a documentary, and get likes and shares on social media. Yes, I wore a costume (that the prosecutor refers to as paramilitary gear and body armor) but it was for the movie and was nothing of the sort.
And yet, 9 months later here I sit, with 10 years worth of charges and no hope for a future. The surveillance footage shows absolutely no signs of assault, and despite attempts by media companies to get it released to the public, the government has denied it.
I think that’s because they are fully aware that this footage is questionable at worst, and exonerates me at best. Please don’t be fooled by the media. I am a loving and peaceful person with no history of violence.

This weaponized DOJ and their blatant resentment of my respect for President Donald Trump is putting me in a situation that makes me feel helpless in my current situation.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Despite me and other Jan 6ers experiencing these unthinkable conditions, all of us remain POSITIVE and HOPEFUL that, in the end, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL. We maintain a LOVE for this country and the Constitution like no other. The only thing keeping us going is our undying patriotism, the camaraderie between one another and our faith in God.

The truth HAS to get out. And the jail MUST PAY for what they are doing to this country’s citizens.

As a result of this unlawful detainment for the last 9 months, I have lost everything. The successful business I spent 13 years of my life working on, my apartment in Las Vegas, social media accounts with a lifetime of memories…you name it.

The government has essentially CANCELLED ME. Not only that, but following the arrest, my best friend of 12 years robbed my apartment, stole my cat, and hacked my personal Instagram with 100,000+ followers.

Since then, I often go between feelings of hopefulness and moments of depression. I wonder if I can ever recover from this, but I have to remind myself to never give up.
There are major medical complications I now struggle with as a result of the jail’s neglect of my health since being here.
If there is any way I hope to recover, my only hope are the ones who are reading this. I was on top of the world once upon a time, and that life seems now only like a distant memory.

Charles Flynn, who served as deputy chief of staff for operations on Jan. 6, and Lt. Gen. Matthews has never publicly discussed the chaos of the Capitol siege.

On Jan. 6, Matthews was serving as the top attorney to Maj. Gen. William Walker, then commanding general of the D.C. National Guard. Matthews’ memo defends the Capitol attack response by Walker, who now serves as the House sergeant at arms, amplifying Walker's previous congressional testimony about the hourslong delay in the military’s order for the D.C. The attorney for several Jan. 6 detainees said video shows an individual who "is clearly a law enforcement officer" handing out weapons to protesters near the U.S. Capitol "tunnel."

Joseph McBride told Fox News host Tucker Carlson that the individual, identified online as "Red-faced 45" was entrapping Trump supporters.

Meanwhile, Jessica Watkins, a Jan. 6 detainee who said she has been held for nearly a year, noted in court documents shared with The Gateway Pundit: "The reality of January 6th has yet to be fully appreciated by the American public."

Watkins, a former Army Ranger and veteran of the Afghanistan war, said Jan. 6 "was not one single protest, but three separate events. The former Senate sergeant-at-arms who oversaw security during last year’s Capitol insurrection has died — one day before Tuesday’s hearing to present new evidence.

The Marine Corps veteran, 71, spent 35 years in the Secret Service before joining the Senate sergeant-at-arms team in 2011. He was later appointed to the post in 2018. Former colleagues were notified of his death Monday afternoon, Politico reported.

A woman who answered the phone early Tuesday at Stenger’s home in Falls Church, Virginia, declined to comment when reached by The Post.

“The family is not here, it’s nobody’s business,” she said. “It has nothing to do with Jan. 6 at all.”...

A Senate Rules Committee report cited Sund and Stenger’s inaction in the Capitol violence, finding that Sund never submitted a formal request to Capitol Police for National Guard support ahead of Jan. 6. CONDOLENCES— Former Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger died Monday morning. A Marine Corps veteran, Stenger spent 35 years in the Secret Service before joining the Senate SAA team focused on protective services and continuity in 2011. He was promoted to serve as deputy under SAA Drew Willison and then served as chief of staff to SAA Frank J. Larkin. He was appointed to the top job himself in 2018. It has always been my contention, and I’m sure of many of you as well, that in a country that has enjoyed God-given freedoms throughout its history like America, the bigger a lie gets, the quicker it falls apart. This is not so in countries that have had a history of totalitarianism like many European countries, but it’s that very totalitarianism that drives people to escape here to America to enjoy our freedoms, and, those that do come here see the direction our country is headed and they don’t like it.

The Democrat Party is the party of the Big Lie and, as such, is an absolute entity of evil. Its titular standard bearer, crazy Joe Biden, is a lying, pitiful example of the failure of the freedom-killing socialism his party wants for the rest of us.

Claiming roles of leadership in a country they no longer accept even though they were born here, political creatures like Nancy Pelosi, a professed Catholic, become complete hypocrites on the issue of infanticide. Chuckie Schumer, supposedly a Jew, reveals his true Bolshevik Communist nature with his tirades against Supreme Court justices who seek to return the US to the rule of law as provided by the US Constitution.

Pelosi’s January 6 commission is a wonderful example of the Big Lie. And yes, we can see it for what it is, a Soviet-style show trial to attempt to render America’s recent greatest president, Donald Trump, ineligible to run for that office again and paint his followers as terrorists.

If it’s a trial, then why are cross examinations not allowed? If it’s bipartisan, why are no Republicans there appointed by the GOP, and, if it’s an honest attempt to arrive at the truth, why haven’t the FBI agents and informants who acted as agent provocateurs been paraded before the committee to give sworn testimony and be cross-examined?

Why lie to try to keep up the facade of protecting democracy when the whole aim is to destroy that democracy and turn America into a squalid member of the Liberal World Order. It’s an act of desperation!

The document dump included hundreds of pages of transcripts of interviews with an assistant US Attorney, FBI Agents, and their “Confidential Sources,” that infiltrated the Kansas City Proud Boy Group for over a year and a half before the January 6th event keeping the FBI informed of the group’s activity. That’s not bad police work, and we hope they approached the Antifa and BLM terrorist with the same enthusiasm, but, it’s what the corrupted FBI leadership and DoJ does with the information that makes it so odious and opens our eyes to the state of totalitarianism America is now entering. To explore the idea that Ashli Babbitt may not have actually been killed and even may not be a real person with that as her real name. I listened to a few minutes of it with an eye to try to see if I could discern any hints in his behavior that might indicate that he is a crisis actor. The jury is out.

He does not show in overt signs of faked emotions in the part I listened to, but there is something about his demeanor that is very calm, intelligent, and kind of a faint constant smile on his face.
He mentioned that they had 3 dogs and the screen showed one of those large cain corso dogs I think. He said he lost all 3 of those dogs since January 6. He did not elaborate. He said something like "it's been a tough few months since January 6." I do not know if he was signaling that someone hurt and killed his dogs or what. Just seemed a bit odd.

I was wondering if anyone else detected any hint in his behavior that might be consistent with that of a crisis actor.

U.S. Capitol complex security footage shows the Secret Service brought Vice President-elect Kamala Harris into a garage at the Democratic National Committee headquarters on Jan. 6, 2021, just a few yards from where a pipe bomb had been planted the night before by an unidentified suspect.

The video footage, obtained by Just the News and released on Friday, raised immediate concerns with experts on presidential security and top lawmakers in Congress on how the explosive device was overlooked during security sweeps.

"I'm still trying to make sense out of what we're seeing," Rep. A former FBI agent said that the Bureau quickly believed that it tied the person who planted pipe bombs at the Democrat National Committee and the Republican National Committee to a particular Metro fare card and license plate, but did not allow him to interview the person of interest and pulled his team off of the lead.

The allegation raises more questions about the pipe bombs, which were by far the most violent aspect of the January 6 protests, but which Democrats and authorities have seldom mentioned since.

Kyle Seraphin, who led FBI surveillance teams, told The Daily Wire that shortly after January 6, a counterintelligence team met him at a firehouse in Falls Church, Virginia to brief him on his next surveillance target: They had used security footage to follow the person into a Metro station after he planted the bombs, and identified the fare card that was used.

That fare card then allowed them to determine that the person got off at a Metro stop in Northern Virginia, where surveillance footage showed the person entering a car. Both the car and the fare card were in the name of the same person — a retired Air Force chief master sergeant who was now working as a contractor with a security clearance, they said.

Seraphin and his team were assigned to stake out the person’s row house for days, but the FBI blocked his request to interview the person, he said. Then they were called off the target completely and told to pore through low-priority leads about minor January 6 participants, he said.

“Allegedly someone threw bombs around the Capitol which could have killed congressmen or a busload of nuns or anything, and the answer is you can’t follow this guy around — you have to go to headquarters and read ‘leads’ where someone said ‘I might’ve went to high school with some guy that was standing around the Capitol?’” Seraphin told The Daily Wire.

Seraphin said the bomber wasn’t necessarily the same person of interest to whom the car and card were registered to, but that it was a highly specific lead that, if pursued, had a good chance of leading investigators to the suspect...

He said the case was being run by the counter-intelligence division, which are not “manhunters” used to apprehend people and build prosecutable cases. He said that team called in his surveillance team, only to go ahead and quickly cut it off...

Both bombs were purportedly planted around 8 p.m. the night of January 5, and remained unreported until both were discovered within minutes of each other at the exact time that the Capitol was being breached. Capitol Police have said that January 6 got out of hand because they were forced to divert resources to the bombs instead of crowd control.

In the document The Count specific actions are spelled out to prevent Trump from receiving the 270 Electoral College vote count in a Constitutional Crisis in the even of a contested election. The fear was that if neither Joe Biden nor Trump could receive 270 electoral votes then it would roll over into a process where one vote per state votes on the 46th President of the United States. In this scenario they calculated given the political allegences of states that Trump would win and become the next President. They would not accept this possibility and so they planned to disrupt the electoral vote count at the Capitol building on January 6th by taking over the building.

National Guard has accused Army officials of retaliating against him for asserting to Congress that two top Army officers lied about why deployment of the Guard was delayed during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, according to a complaint filed with the Defense Department and obtained by The New York Times.

Col. Earl Matthews, who previously served in the Trump administration and was the top lawyer for the D.C. Guard during the Jan. 6 assault, said in the complaint that he was retaliated against after he accused two generals in a report to Congress of making false statements about the delayed deployment, an issue that has produced multiple and often conflicting accounts.

“It’s textbook whistle-blower retaliation. I wrote that memo because I saw real wrongdoing,” Colonel Matthews said in his first interview since the incident. “I love the United States Army. To me, this is about Army values.”

The colonel and Army lawyer challenging the Army's official narrative of the events and leadership decisions during the Capitol Hill protests on Jan. 6, 2021—a narrative relied upon by the Colorado Supreme Court when it struck President Donald J. Trump from the ballot — told RedState then-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley was the black hand operating outside his legal authority to delay the District of Columbia National Guard from responding the protests that day.

“Milley is the Don Barzini of the Deep State," said Col. Earl G. Matthews, the Harvard Law School graduate, who was the senior legal advisor to Maj. Gen. William J. Walker, the D.C. National Guard's commanding general from March 2018 through April 2021...

He said that [Secretary of the Army Ryan D.] McCarthy was a former Army Ranger captain who naturally deferred to Milley.

The colonel said it is essential to understand that, unlike the National Guards in the states and territories in the nation's capital, the National Guard is not controlled by a governor; instead, it is under the president's direct control. In practice, Trump and other presidents delegated active control of the D.C. National Guard to the Army Secretary.

Matthews said Milley was always joking about this unique command and control structure. "When Milley would call over, he would always say: 'I've got your governor on the line,' which meant it was McCarthy."

Matthews said he was with Walker throughout J6, and the D.C. National Guard was poised to respond to the crisis on Capitol Hill, but the Army’s official record does not align with what he witnessed and experienced that day.

For most of the crisis, he said the Guard was ordered not to approach the Capitol beyond 9th Street, which is the block where the FBI headquarters sits.

One prime example is McCarthy’s testimony that he tried Jan. 6, 2021, to call Walker to talk to him about mobilizing his Guardsmen at 4:35 and 5 p.m., which was relied upon by Professor William C. Banks in his testimony at the Colorado court proceedings that led to Trump’s removal from the state’s primary ballot, he said.

Matthews said Walker turned over his phone to prove McCarthy did not call him.

“The Army lied about it. Walker actually pulled the phone calls,” he said. “McCarthy didn’t have any record of the call, so those calls didn't exist.”

The colonel said Walker tried to set the record straight in his own March 2021 testimony when he appeared before the House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack.

At 1:49 p.m., I received a frantic call from then Chief of U.S. Capitol Police Steven Sund, where he informed me that the security perimeter at the Capitol had been breached by hostile rioters. Chief Sund, his voice cracking with emotion, indicated that there was a dire emergency on Capitol Hill and requested the immediate assistance of as many Guardsmen as I could muster.

Immediately after the 1:49 p.m. call with Chief Sund, I alerted the Army senior leadership of the request. The approval for Chief Sund’s request would eventually come from the Acting Secretary of Defense and be relayed to me by Army senior leaders at 5:08 p.m. – three hours and 19 minutes later. We already had Guardsmen on buses ready to move to the Capitol. Consequently, at 5:20 p.m, (in under 20 minutes) the District of Columbia National Guard arrived at the Capitol. We helped to re-establish the security perimeter at the east side of the Capitol to facilitate the resumption of the Joint Session of Congress.

Matthews said when he spoke up to defend Walker and the record as he lived it, he went from being colonel-promotable, meaning he was on the list for brigadier general, to being shunned by peers and leaders and with little chance of pinning his first star.

“They lied in front of Congress to claim they moved quickly, but they didn't—they could have moved much quicker,” he said.

“I got retaliated against. That's the bottom line,” he said.

IMO, it really seems like the Protocols are in action. I can't remember the exact phrasing about providing all leaders, but totally seems operative.
