Hitch had posted a link to Garrett cartridges in another thread where they still had 45-70 cartridges for $4.00 a round. I was going to check and see if they still had ammo but I can't log in to their site. These commie jew bastards that are taking over are probably going to cut off all the ammunition soon.

Before this last run on ammo started I'd bought several boxes of Underwoods +P extreme penetrators with the machined brass bullets and some +P 430 gr Hard cast that would probably be comparable to Garretts Hammerheads. At the time I think they were a little under $3.00 a round. I've also got some of the Hornady Lever Evolution in 45-70 and they are pretty devastating too.

You see, we have had a period of 80 or 90 years of not having to suffer hard times. The majority of our country has never seen real hard times.
Because we are used to having it so easy, people are not quick to risk everything they have and have worked hard for. No one is ready for the suffering a civil war will cause.
There is a breaking point, someone will touch it off eventually.

I feel very fortunate to have lived in such a long prosperous period of time. In 10, or 20 years I might not be saying that anymore?

Currently NO 00 buck found on ammoseek, even the $6/round stuff sold out. I suppose a whole lot of people are planning on relying on a pump shotgun.

I did check gunjoker, and there seems to be a lot of 00 buck available for $2+/- per round and up, but I've never seen ammoseek give no results for 00 buck even in 2013.
