First a little philosophy. The virus as autonomous infectious agent is controversial. Some scientists believe that viruses are small units of nucleic acid produced by the human and part and parcel of metabolism and health. I an unaware of any purported virus that has satisfied Koch's criteria for an infectious agent. So when we refer to COVID-19, we are considering it in generic terms, as a marker or proxy for a disease state.

I question whether the "vaccines" against COVID are active against a virus per se. COVID-19 as identified is only a short genetic sequence found in crude biological samples containing untold multitudes of genetic sequences. From a practical standpoint, the important consideration is that the COVID sequence likely represents a key subcode within the human genome and likely has important functions in the immune system. I believe that the mRNA vaccines (they are not vaccines by definition but rather genetic operating systems) are in some manner interfering with or blocking the function of the COVID sequences. This is analogous to editing machine language on a PC OS without booting the PC to find out what effects such have on OS performance. Small edits to machine code can render an OS virtually inoperable. The mRNA vaccines are IMHO potentially inactivating critical immune regulation pathways. Evidence for this is empirical: the mRNA vaccines are purported to mitigate the symptoms of COVID infection without preventing acquisition or transmission of the agent.

On the latter observation, it is critical to note that every symptom and sign of a disease state represents a alarm or warning signal akin to the service engine light on a car dash board. When we get a fever, the fever is a key way that the body fights the infection or other disease. When we get elevated blood pressure, the body is upregulating pressure in response to an underlying disease as an adaptation. Older patients with arteriosclerosis will have elevated blood pressure because rigid blood vessels require greater pressures to insure adequate perfusion of critical tissues such as the brain. The great failing of modern drug-based medicine is the emphasis on treating symptoms without addressing the underlying disease process. When we treat elderly hypertensives with vasodilator and diuretic drugs, we lower pressure but often cause syncope, dizziness, strokes, fall injuries and renal failure because these downregulate perfusion of the brain and kidney. When we give arthritics non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the joint pain is reduced but the joint continues to undergo slow destruction from excessive use (the pain is the body telling you to stop using the joint).

So the COVID mRNA injections are deranging selective immune responses to COVID. The danger is not knowing the potential long term consequences of this partial immune suppression in the “vaccinated.” My fear is that the latter could suffer a cataclysmic immune system failure in the coming months. If COVID is indeed a mutable virus, then the vaccinated could lose the ability to clear the virus and become fertile ground for selection of mutant strains that have gain of function, being more contagious and more pathogenic. If this is true then the entire human population is in grave danger.

On a positive note, my study and experience as a physician inform me that no infectious agent can gain ground or flourish in a healthy body having a strong innate immunity. The problem is that the large majority of us is not healthy. The population today has come of age on mineral-deficient low quality foods often corrupted by processing, chemical degradation and harmful additives. The epidemics of obesity and diabetes are in fact mineral and nutrient deficiency diseases. If you are overweight then you are not healthy by definition. If you are taking a prescription drug you are not healthy. If you have back and joint stiffness and pain you are not healthy. If you have hair loss and/or graying hair you are not healthy. If you have allergies you are not healthy. If you get colds or seasonal flu symptoms you are not healthy. We are facing a potential real pandemic of a deadly highly contagious agent created by the ill-advised injection of experimental mRNA operating systems to many millions. If you want to survive the best chance for survival is to boost your innate immunity. The latter is achieved by a diet that is nutritionally complete and devoid of toxins and unhealthy foods.

A strong innate immunity requires a healthy well fed and nutrified body. The healthy vertebrate requires 90 known essential nutrients: 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 2 fatty acids. These nutrients cannot be obtained in sufficient amounts or proper proportions from today’s low quality foods: you must supplement. I will outline here a general dietary guideline here. The dietary variations that can provide for health are infinite. Centenarians occur internationally and have highly varying diets. Upon closer examination, these long livers have in common a diet and environment that provides most or all of the 90 essential nutrients to maintain health. Ageing is a deficiency disease and can be forestalled for decades. The oldest human documented was a Chinese man who lived to 253 years.

Eliminate the bad foods and substances:


No gluten (nothing with barley, wheat rye or oats). Gluten is an enterotoxin an slowly destroys the absorption ability of the intestines over the years. No absorption means deficiency of minerals and vitamins in time. Deficiency of a mineral and/or vitamin for a prolonged time will result in any of a number of characteristic diseases.
No fried foods: frying of fats and carbohydrates produces acrylamides, polycyclic hydrocarbons and trans fats which are highly carcinogenic. Similarly, no burned animal fats.
No luncheon or processed (smoked, nitrated) meats
No vegetable oils – ALL bottled oils are rancid and toxic. No margarine: it is pure trans fats and the singular largest cause of arteriosclerotic vascular disease.
No sugar – sugar imply put is cancer food, immunosuppressive and depletes the body of B vitamins, chromium and vanadium.


The bulk of calories are obtained from healthy fats and proteins. Carbohydrates are nonessential and to be minimized. The higher the ratio of dietary minerals to carbohydrates the longer you live and the healthier you are.

Healthy fats are obtained from whole foods: eggs (free range best), raw milk, nuts and seeds (walnuts and pistachios are excellent; peanuts and cashews are not good – this area requires personal research), avocados etc.

Excellent sources of protein include: eggs, clean animal meats (boiled, baked or roasted, never fried), rice and beans, fish (increase selenium intake to offset mercury load), chicken, pork, bison etc.

Supplementation with the 90 essential nutrients, most especially the 60 minerals is required. The minerals are best in colloidal (or plant derived) form because only these are 100% absorbed. Chelated minerals are a poor second at 20-30% absorption. Inorganic minerals are worthless as a dietary supplement (i.e. calcium salts, iron salts, copper salts etc).

Vitamin D3 (5000 IU per day or liberal sun exposure at low latitudes)

The Nov. 13 version, however, focused entirely on vaccination and said “'herd immunity’, also known as ‘population immunity’, is a concept used for vaccination, in which a population can be protected from a certain virus if a threshold of vaccination is reached.”...

So yes, the WHO changed the definition for herd immunity on one of their Q&A pages. But no, it wasn’t a secret.

Unvaccinated Canadians can now be barred from grocery stores in accordance with a new set of pandemic measures unveiled by the government of one Canadian Province.

New Brunswick, one of Canada’s easternmost island Provinces, deployed its Winter Action Plan (WAP) on Dec. 3 in response to a marginal rise in Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases.

The WAP is composed of three tiers of alert levels with increasingly stringent social distancing, masking requirements, and business lockdowns, according to the Provincial Government’s website.

The Plan comes into effect at 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 4 and will place all regions in the province in the first alert level. The government’s website is vaguely worded, stating only that a requirement of “physical distancing in spaces that do not require proof of vaccination, such as retail stores, malls, salons and spas” is in play.

But the website adds, “If these locations require proof of vaccination for all patrons, distancing is not necessary.”

The rules, however, contain an oblique public health exception that states “salons and spas will not require distancing between the patron and the service provider.”

New Brunswick, like the rest of Canada, has a vaccine passport mandate in place for businesses such as restaurants and bars, gyms, and entertainment centers.

However, under a section on the website titled “business/retail,” Level 1 restrictions are defined as, “Open with physical distancing of 2 metres, or can require proof of full vaccination 12 and older.”

Under Level 2, a 50 percent fire code capacity reduction is added to the measures, while under Level 3, all non-essential businesses will be forced to close.

The Government of New Brunswick’s WAP website does not specifically note the provision allowing grocery stores to require health papers by name. Employment Minister Carla Qualtrough says it's likely that people who lose their jobs for not complying with employer COVID-19 vaccine policies will not be eligible for employment insurance (EI).
