Horrifying. Tragic about the man, prayers for his family. It's a good thing no bystanders were hit. I say that, because something very similar happened to me personally. A teenage prostitute (yes black), stole a car driving it from the passenger seat. She plowed into a parked car just a foot or two from me. I had actually just walked past that parked car a few seconds earlier. Had I stopped walking for any reason, I'd have been killed for sure.
