I caught myself wondering today---

Is the income tax a tax on the Use or the Usufruct?

Biden seems to be in charge of the charitable trust called the United States and trusts operate in the world of uses and usufructs.

From what I gather the 'income tax' is an excise tax on a corporate privilege or activity.

Truly corporations seem to like to prey on other corporations. It seems a bit like cannibalism to me, drawing ones sustenance from the flesh of another just like you.

But the country was never set up to be a profit/loss type thing and charitable trusts survive the Rule Against Perpetuities without having to worry about profit or bankruptcy (the State of a Bankrupt).
