Two people close to me are having problems from it. One close older friend got a heart attack days after he got the Pfizer shot. He went to the hospital and needed two stents put in.
He is still having problems as of today with his blood and pain throughout his body.
My elderly mother just lost her hearing in the last few days on many tones, chimes, church bells and such, also she now has bad tinnitus.

Tucker: How many Americans have died after taking COVID vaccines?
'Tucker Carlson Tonight' host takes a look at the potential risks that come with taking vaccines

How many Americans have died after taking the COVID vaccines? Not Americans who’ve been killed by the virus, that’s a huge number, but how many Americans have died after getting the vaccines designed to prevent the virus? Do you know the answer to that question? Do you know anything about the downside? We know a lot about the upside of the vaccine. We’ve been completely in favor of vulnerable people taking vaccines.

But what about the potential risks? You’d think you would know more about that than you do. We talk about vaccines constantly, not just on this show, but in this country. Joe Biden was on TV yesterday talking about vaccines. He wants you to get one. Everyone in authority wants you to get one. In fact, you’ve probably already had your shot, and good for you. If you haven’t had your shot, you’re under enormous pressure to get your shot. You understand that soon you may not be able to fly on commercial airplanes or go to work at the office or send your children to school if you don’t have the shot. Meanwhile, the social pressure is enormous. Friends may have already informed you that you’re not welcome at their parties or weddings if you haven’t been vaccinated. There is a lot of pressure to comply. At some point, you probably will comply. It’s just too difficult not be to vaccinated in this country.

But before you make the appointment: do you know anything about the potential risks? Probably you don’t know much. We all assume the risks are negligible. Vaccines aren’t dangerous. That’s not a guess, we know that pretty conclusively from the official numbers. Every flu season, we give influenza shots to more than 160 million Americans. Every year, a relatively small number of people seem to die after getting those shots. To be precise, in 2019, that number was 203 people. The year before, it was 119. In 2017, a total of 85 people died from the flu shot.

Every death is tragic, but big picture, we don’t consider those numbers disqualifying. We keep giving flu shots, and very few people complain about it. So the question is how do those numbers compare to the death rate from the coronavirus vaccines now being distributed across the country? That’s worth knowing.

We checked today. Here’s the answer, which comes from the same set of government numbers that we just listed: Between late December of 2020, and last month, a total of 3,362 people apparently died after getting the COVID vaccines in the United States. Three thousand, three hundred and sixty-two — that’s an average of 30 people every day. So, what does that add up to? By the way, that reporting period ended on April 23. We don’t have numbers past that, we’re not quite up to date. But we can assume that another 360 people have died in the 12 days since. That is a total of 3,722 deaths. Almost four thousand people died after getting the COVID vaccines. The actual number is almost certainly much higher than that — perhaps vastly higher.

The data we just cited come from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System — VAERS — which is managed by the CDC and the FDA. VARES has received a lot of criticism over the years, some of it founded. Some critics have argued for a long time that VARES undercounts vaccine injuries. A report submitted to the Department of Health and Human Services in 2010 concluded that "fewer than one percent of vaccine adverse events are reported" by the VARES system. Fewer than one percent. So what is the real number of people who apparently have been killed or injured by the vaccine? Well, we don’t know that number. Nobody does, and we’re not going to speculate about it. But it’s clear that what is happening now, for whatever reason, is not even close to normal. It’s not even close to what we’ve seen in previous years with previous vaccines.

Most vaccines are not accused of killing large numbers of people. The Menveo vaccine, for example, is given to people around the world, often children, to prevent bacterial meningitis. In this country, only one person died from that vaccine in the entire period between 2010 and 2015. One. So, compare that to what’s happening now. In just the first four months of this year, the U.S. government has recorded more deaths after COVID vaccinations than from all other vaccines administered in the United States between mid-1997 and the end of 2013. That’s a period of fifteen and a half years. Again, more people, according to VAERS, have died after getting the shot in four months during a single vaccination campaign than from all other vaccines combined over more than a decade and a half. Chart that out. It’s a stunning picture. Now, the debate is over what it means. Again, there’s a lot of criticism of the reporting system. Some people say "well, it’s just a coincidence that someone gets the shot and then dies, possibly from other causes." No one really knows, is the truth. We spoke to one physician today who actively treats COVID patients. He described what we’re seeing now as the single deadliest mass-vaccination event in modern history. Whatever is causing it, it is happening as we speak. So you’d think someone in authority might want to know what’s going on.

If the vaccine injury reporting system is flawed — and it clearly is flawed — why hasn’t it been fixed? And more to the point, why has there not been an independent vaccine safety board to assess what’s happening. And reassure people who stumble across official government numbers on the internet. But amazingly, none of that has been done. No one even mentions the numbers. And in fact, you’re not allowed to. You’ll be pulled off the internet if you do. The people in charge do not acknowledge them. Instead, they warn us about what might happen if we don’t take the vaccine. Like Joe Biden.


JOE BIDEN: You know, there's a lot of misinformation out there, but there's one fact I want every American to know. People who are not fully vaccinated can still die every day from covid-19…This is your choice. It's life and death.

"People who are not fully vaccinated can still die every day from COVID -19," Biden said. As a factual matter, that is true. But it’s also misleading. Not all Americans are at a similar risk of dying from COVID-19. Some are at relatively high risk: the old and the sick. They might want to get vaccinated, and most do. Some are at very low risk of dying: the young and the healthy. Others appear to be at essentially no risk at all: anyone who’s had COVID and recovered. Virtually all of those people are immune. That’s true for many viruses. Those second two categories — the young and healthy, and the previously infected — may add up to hundreds of millions of people in this country. The funny thing is, the White House – the official policy-makers who are designing the vaccine rollout – do not acknowledge that those categories even exist.

Health Authorities are pretending that everyone’s health and risk potential is exactly the same as everyone else’s. That’s why Joe Biden has demanded that 70 percent of all American adults — regardless of age, regardless of health condition, regardless of pre-existing antibodies — get the COVID shot by the Fourth of July two months from now, or else.

This might be an acceptable policy – it would never be an ethical policy – but it might be acceptable to the country if COVID vaccines we could show conclusively came with no risk, and if we truly understood the long-term effects of those vaccines. But neither one of those things is true. We know that according to the government reporting system, thousands of people have died after getting the shot. That is true in this country, where it’s hotly debated when it’s talked about at all, but it’s also true in European countries, whose record-keeping is, if anything, more reliable than ours. Many thousands of other people appear to have been injured after getting the vaccine. VAERS records nearly 900 non-fatal heart attacks in people who just received the shot. 2,700 people reported unexplained chest pain. In all, the vaccine, according to the government reporting system, appears to have contributed to at least 8,000 hospitalizations.

Some of the side effects defy explanation. Researcher Alex Berenson has noted that coronavirus vaccines now account for almost one-third of all tinnitus reports in the VAERS database. That’s the ringing in your ears. The American Tinnitus Association says it's received "many questions" on the link.

Researchers at Oxford and UCLA have begun tracking coronavirus vaccine side effects across eight separate countries. They found, that "Women aged 18 to 34 years had a higher rate of deep vein thrombosis than men of the same age." They also found that heart attacks were "common" in people aged 85 and older who had taken the vaccine. They found serious potential side effects in some children, "anaphylaxis [and] appendicitis were more common in young people."

Vaccines are complicated medicines, and as with any drug, it can take a long time to get it precisely right. The dosage, for example. And this is not the first time people have been hurt during a vaccination campaign. That is bound to happen. What’s different this time, and so striking, is the reaction to these numbers. Here’s a contrast for you: in 1976, the U.S. government vaccinated 45 million people with a vaccine for the swine flu. Fifty-three people reportedly died after getting that shot. The U.S. government immediately halted the vaccination program. Authorities decided it was too risky, it wasn’t worth it.

Contrast that with what is happening now. This time, our health authorities have reserved their energy for anyone who dares to question vaccines.

"I challenged his use of the term ‘Vaccine Hesitancy,’" Ron Johnson told us in a conversation today. "I told him that based on the VAERS deaths, and my conversations with people who have chosen not to get vaccinated, a better description would be: ‘People who are hesitant to be coerced into participating in the largest drug trial in history.’"

Exactly. There’s a reason many states have more vaccine doses than they can use. Some people just don’t want the vaccine. That’s their right. Period. Not all of them are crazy. Health decisions used to be considered personal choices. We didn’t ask about them. They were considered personal as recently as last fall. In September of 2020, at the height of the presidential campaign, a CNN reporter asked Kamala Harris whether she'd be willing to take the coronavirus vaccine once it became available.

"Well, I think that's going to be an issue for all of us," Harris responded. "I will say that I would not trust Donald Trump." A month later, at the vice presidential debate, Harris was if anything more emphatic on the subject. "If Donald Trump tells us we should take" the vaccine, she declared, "I'm not going to take it."

Kamala Harris has, of course, since changed her mind. She’s no longer skeptical of the vaccine, nor does she tolerate the skepticism of others. Instead, she’s an enthusiastic participant in COVID theater. And that’s really the only name for it.

Just today, Harris and her husband made a point of kissing each other in front of photographers while wearing masks. They did this despite the fact they’re married, that they live together, that they were standing outside at the time and despite the fact that they both have been vaccinated.


A number of crude jokes come to mind, but for once we’ll pass. It is the crudest kind of propaganda, designed by the cynical for the benefit of a population they consider stupid and weak and malleable. It’s not just Kamala Harris. Everyone is in on it, even the corporate comedians.

It doesn’t make you laugh. It makes you nervous. Why are they talking to you that way? Why are they giving you the finger on TV? No matter how many fingers they give you, it doesn’t change what remains true for the country: If American citizens are going to be forced to take this vaccine or any other medicine, they have an absolute right to know what the effects of it might be. And they have an absolute right to ask that question. Without being silenced or censored or mocked or given the finger. No amount of happy talk or coercion or appeals to false patriotism can change that. Period.

Needless to say the reactions were disastrous, my hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks, I feared I would never play again, (I suffer with peripheral neuropathy and should never have gone near the needle.) But the propaganda said the vaccine was safe for everyone....

Then I met a member of this group, who counselled me to be careful and to have a look at what goes on with you guys...

I felt like a veil had been lifted, that I was no longer alone, that it was okay, in fact essential, to hold on to my intuition and follow my heart...

I continue to tread the path of passive rebellion and try to tow the line in order to be able to actively love my family, but it’s hard to bite my tongue with what I now know...

Yankees Suffer COVID Resurgence As 8 Fully-Vaccinated Players, Staff Test Positive

In an unsettling reminder that COVID-19 is still spreading, even as a scandal-scarred Gov. Andrew Cuomo pushes ahead with reopening the Empire State - and even as practically everybody in the organization has already been vaccinated - the Yankees have seen their starting lineup crippled (shortstop Gleyber Torres was kept out of Wednesday's starting lineup during a game against Tampa Bay) and a number of coaches and staff sidelined due to a sudden flareup of COVID-19.

But the surprising thing is that the Yankees have essentially required players and staff to get vaccinated, so this latest outbreak is afflicting staff and players who have already been fully vaccinated.

The Yankees - which, like the Mets, are reportedly planning to segregate fans in to "vaccinated" and "unvaccinated" sections - have tested all players and staff at least three times since Tuesday.

Manager Aaron Boone shared more information on the situation inside the team on Wednesday in a COVID-themed update that sounded like an unwelcome relic from last season.

...Boone said MLB's Joint COVID-19 Health and Safety Committee is waiting and reviewing a number of test results. The members of New York’s traveling party have been tested at least three times each since Tuesday.

"I know everybody is going to read into that but hopefully it’s nothing, it’s more just getting all the information," Boone said of Torres.

Boone said the Yankees expect to receive an update about Torres on Wednesday night. He added that Torres tested positive for COVID-19 in December and has been vaccinated.

Aside from Gleyber, seven staffers and coaches have tested positive, bringing the total to 8. Boone revealed that pitching coach Matt Blake has joined third base Phil Nevin and first base coach Reggie Willits as members of the coaching staff who recently tested positive. 2 additional staff members have tested positive, bringing the total for the non-coaching staff to four. In total, six of the seven coaches and staff were asymptomatic. He also offered some hopeful news:

"We’re seeing the vaccinations also kind of blunt the effects of the virus," Boone said. "We’re also learning as we go and getting informed as what we need to do exactly and just try to do as best we can to be able to make quick adjustments on the fly. Just doing the best we can with it all."

Pitcher Jameson Taillon said the team has been doing a good job of rolling with the punches.

"We've been dealing with this thing now for over a year," Yankees pitcher Jameson Taillon said. "We're just going to roll with the punches and try to protect each other, and do our responsibility to keep everyone safe. But we're here and we're to play."

Still, word about the positive tests has clearly become a threat to "the narrative", because in his Friday morning DealBook newsletter, Andrew Ross Sorkin (of NYT & CNBC fame) addressed the issue directly:

Eight fully vaccinated members of the baseball team tested positive for the virus. Some may interpret it as a lesson for businesses when workplaces loosen their protocols for things like masking, even if a majority of employees are vaccinated....Others argue that the Yankees’ frequent testing makes asymptomatic cases more likely to be caught, and given that only one of the eight has shown symptoms, it’s a sign that the vaccines are effective.

New York City is planning to "fully reopen" on July 1, and last night President Biden decreed that Americans who have been fully vaxxed can finally dispense with wearing masks.

While Pfizer and Moderna have confronted stories like this in the past by reminding the public that their vaccines are only 95% effective. But how can it explain larger outbreaks like this?

Or are these asymptomatic positives simply the result of false positives produced by high-cycle PCR thresholds?

The therapist asked her for her “stor,y”. After telling her, the therapist said she had a story she wouldn’t believe. My wife said try me. The PT proceeded to tell her about a close friend who was given the assignment to call 25 people who had not returned for their second “jab”. She was shocked to find out that 16 had died! (Natural News) Many more people than is being reported are suffering serious adverse events from Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines,” and some of them, including a trio of healthcare workers, are bravely coming forward to tell their stories and warn others.

In a recent episode of The Highwire with Del Bigtree, Shawn Skelton, CNA, Angelia Desselle, and Kristi Simmonds, RN, NP, revealed how they now suffer from tremors, seizures, headaches and other strange health abnormalities ever since getting injected for the Chinese Virus. And because these injuries were all caused by vaccines, their doctors are now refusing to help them because doing so would be too “controversial.”

You see, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Anthony Fauci and even Donald Trump all say that Wuhan Flu shots are safe and effective, even though tens of thousands are dying or becoming permanently injured from them. Because of this, physicians are too afraid, in many cases, to help their vaccine-injured patients for fear of getting “canceled” by the medical establishment.

In some cases, doctors are even going so far as to blame the vaccine injured as if they caused themselves to become sick. They are calling this a “conversion disorder diagnosis” because they do not know what else to call it without being dubbed a “conspiracy theorist.”

“On January 4, I was very pressured by my employer to get the vaccine,” Skelton revealed, explaining that she complied, only to immediately suffer adverse effects. “On January 5, I just had mild flu-like symptoms … but by the end of the day, my legs hurt so badly, my body hurt so badly, I couldn’t stand it. The next day I woke up, my tongue was spazzing and it just went on from there, the next day becoming full body convulsions and stayed like that for 13 days.”

Skelton’s video plea for help went viral and was one of the first to do so before other nurses and injured patients started to come forward with similar stories – watch below:

Desselle and Simmonds both had similar experiences of not only the full-body convulsions and tremors but also being refused treatment by their doctors.

“One doctor told me that it’s a diagnosis of ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with you so we’re going to blame you,'” Skelton explained about her experience.

“The doctors just don’t know how to treat a vaccine adverse reaction from the mRNA, and I feel like they’re too scared. I don’t have any other explanation as to why no doctor will help us.”

Desselle says she actually had a neurologist she had never even met deny her referral through email, claiming that his office was “very complex” and simply could not help her at that time.

“He was a movement disorder specialist, which I felt like I needed,” she says. “My primary care doctor said it looked like I had advanced Parkinson’s. And he emailed us back and said, ‘my office is very complex and I will not be able to see you at this time.'”

Desselle repeatedly tried to find someone who would help her but has been unsuccessful. Nobody wants to touch the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccination genocide with a 10-foot pole.

“I actually went to a neurologist and did not even mention the vaccine because I did not want them to turn me away, and it’s in my medical record because everything is electronic now,” Desselle lamented.

“And once he started looking, he came back in and said, ‘so, you took the vaccine?’ And I said, ‘yes sir, I did, but I did not want to give you that information because I need help.’ And I felt like maybe if that word was not involved, I could have gotten the help I needed, and now I’m actually being treated for migraines.”

Dickman was escorted off the Assembly floor after she refused to provide staff with proof she had been vaccinated.

“I refuse to share my private med info, particularly with politicians,” she tweeted in response to the incident.

The Assembly voted along party lines to strip Black of her right to vote or address the chamber until she apologized for violating the rules.

Okay, so looks like what happened with that guy (hoax or for real) is what Dr. Carrie Madej has been warning about when she has talked about hydrogel biosensors that she says are being injected into the people who get the vax. And it worked all these people did as they were told and went running out to get the little prick so they could fly and go on holidays. Yet others did research and saw that this was dangerous so they risked not being able to fly and go on holidays to save their life. These people sacrificed the chance of a holiday to be healthy.


Now comes the sting in the tail.


All the airlines are having meetings at the moment about the jab. What might you ask are they discussing?


Lets face a fact first! It has been known for so many years that anyone of any age who has a clotting risk and similar disorders can only fly under strict supervision and it is recommended they do not fly unless it is an emergency and preferably a life threatening emergency.


Why is this important it is because when you fly you are at greater risk of complications, stroke and death if you are susceptible.


We now have information that confirms that everyone getting the jab (does not matter which one) are having clotting and bleeding issues as one of the main reactions. These reactions are all similar to the ones known about that restrict you from flying.


So what are the airlines talking about?


They are discussing their liability and what to do about the v@cc3d as they should not fly as it is a health risk. These discussions have only just started and I do not know what the outcome will be.


So it looks like that everyone who took the Jab may not be able to fly.


All those unv@cc1nated might be the only ones able to fly in the end.


Now for the second sting in the tail.


It must have seen like a good idea at the time when the all the airlines (well most) got on board with this. They would have thought that the governments and the evil cabal would get what they would want and also the airlines would get a captive audience of certified travelers.


What has happened instead?


Every airline has reduced their customer base as the V@cc3d will not be able to fly. This will put financial pressure on them as there are now less people able to fly.


But there is even more to this.


For us plebs who only use flying for holidays we have nothing but for all those people who fly for their work and income and if they got V@cc3d because of the recommendation of the airline then they will have a quantifiable material loss.


A material loss crated by someone else, especially if they did something wrong like breaking human rights, breaking the Nuremberg code, is something that you can get compensation for.


So all airlines that supported this like Qantas just to name one are in for a hell of a rough time to survive.


Now all the airlines, who complied, if they want to survive they are going to have to bring court action against those who told them what to do. These people could be government or other deep state operators it does not matter they are going to have to do something to offset these court cases and recover their money to stay viable or go under.


This means they will have to name and shame all those behind the scenes that were telling them what to do. If you know enough about corporate law you will know that they do not have a choice or they themselves go down under corporate law for not defending the corporation.


This will be interesting to watch play out.


I do not have any idea how this is going to end but boy what a sub plot.

Our subsequent discussion went down another path. Based on a number of factors to be revealed at a later date, M&M told me that a second kill shot is indeed underway. M&M believes it is in the spike protein that will lead to a latency effect and mutate into an attack on the respiratory system. Eventually, this attack, will look like Ebola as the person bleed out of every cavity in their body. M&M believes that the responsible agent is anthrax and it has been weaponized to mimic Ebola in delayed response in the vaccine.

This medical professional was in a serious car accident. The mystery driver's insurance company sent her to a neurologist who she claims hypnotized her, presumably to see what she knew about this plot. As it turned out, she claims the neurologist and family is connected to a defense contractor that can find anyone and "hear any conversation, anywhere" as that was contained in their prospectus. I am withholding the name of the company which we plan to reveal when I interview this person in the near future.

I have a second person with a very similar story that approached me in January of 2020. I didnot believe the story until now.

This person told me that weaponized anthrax would be the weapon of choice and that nobody should take the vaccine.

Officials like Anthony Fauci are using the occasion to spread the message that vaccines for HIV, which is the virus said to cause AIDS, will soon be rolling out. Forty years of fruitless effort supposedly are suddenly successful thanks to the precedent of the lightening-speed and 'successful' development of Covid vaccines.

So far, at least 26 different mRNA shots (https://www.modernatx.com/pipeline) are on the way from Moderna, in addition to their three types of Covid jabs. The shots in development range from two for HIV to one 'personalized cancer vaccine.'

Among the main funders of Moderna's mRNA HIV-vaxx development (https://www.modernatx.com/pipeline) is the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. AIDS is a special focus of Gates's (https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/07/bill-gates-hiv-aids-covid19/), including through the Global Fund (https://www.theglobalfund.org/en/overview/) and especially for people in sub-Saharan Africa.

Vaccines are immensely profitable: the new, Covid jabs are topping (https://www.barrons.com/articles/wall-street-is-changing-its-mind-on-covid-vaccine-revenues-it-now-expects-big-sales-next-year-51620747011) the all-time charts for medical money-making (https://www.businessinsider.com/pfizer-could-sell-96-billion-dollars-covid-vaccines-morgan-stanley-2021-5?op=1). Plus vaccine makers have no liability (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/42/300aa-22) for the illnesses and deaths they cause. Therefore using the name 'vaccine' for all 'treatments,' no matter what they contain, is a formula for making huge amounts of money with very little downside.

And the potential market for HIV 'vaccines' alone is very large. For example, an October 2020 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7529856/) paper in the journal Lancet HIV -- on the use of two experimental HIV vaxxes made by Janssen in healthy, HIV-negative people, and funded by among others the Gates Foundation -- starts with the sentence, "Current estimates of 37.9 million people living with HIV worldwide and 1.7 million new infections annually, with no cure on the horizon, make development of an effective prophylactic vaccine a global priority." (The paper's authors reported very high rates of adverse events to the vaccines, but still assessed the shots as being "generally safe and well-tolerated.")

All of this is despite the fact that HIV has not been detected by anything other than indirect methods such as antibody, T-cell and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing. HIV also has not been clearly shown to cause disease. Nor has it been isolated or rigorously imaged via electron microscopy. Isolation is a necessary step before sequencing - because otherwise the resulting sequences reflect a heterogeneous mix of material rather than pure virus. Details on this are below.

This also holds true for the novel coronavirus.

Phalanxes of officials such as Fauci censor these inconvenient facts. And they keep the public captive, overloaded and off-balance with an avalanche of complex and contradictory jargon, modelling and scientific studies.

The Myth of HIV and of AIDS

Kary Mullis won the Nobel Prize in 1993 for inventing PCR. He died in August 2019. There are many videos of him demolishing Fauci and/or the HIV-AIDS hypothesis. He also discusses this in his autobiography Dancing Naked in the Mind Field (https://www.goodreads.com/work/quotes/1693477-dancing-naked-in-the-mind-field).

For example, Mullis said the following in one of his video interviews (https://www.bitchute.com/video/HKIu2DFKn0LV/): "He [Fauci] doesn't know anything really about anything, and I'd say that to his face. Nothing! ... He doesn't understand electron microscopy, and he doesn't understand medicine, and he should not be in a position like he's in.... Tony Fauci does not mind going on television in front of the people [taxpayers] who pay his salary and lie directly into the camera."

Indeed, falsely claiming (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4172096/) to have isolated HIV and imaged it with electron microscopy are key parts of the artifice (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0306987704002415) used by Luc (https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp038194) Montagnier and (https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp038194) Robert (https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp038194) Gallo (https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp038194) to assert in 1984 that they'd discovered HIV and that it causes AIDS.

The same applies to the novel coronavirus. For example, one of today's top electron microscopy experts - Duke University pathology professor Sara Miller -- herself failed (http://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8007326/pdf/20-4337.pdf) in an April 2021 paper to prove that an electron-microscopy image shows the novel coronavirus. She simply asserted it's the virus without giving information on, or even references to, the techniques used to show that it is. (If she had given information, it certainly would have relied on the use of antibodies, because they are the main tool for identification purposes. But as I document in my article The Antibody Deception (https://www.rosemaryfrei.ca/the-antibody-deception/), antibodies cross-react with many other things and therefore cannot accurately pick out the novel coronavirus.)

Mullis wrote the foreword to the very long but very important book Inventing the AIDS Virus (http://www.bookdepository.com/Inventing-AIDS-Virus-Peter-Duseberg/9780895264701). The book was published in 1996 and is by Peter Duesberg (https://mcb.berkeley.edu/faculty/bbs/duesbergp.html), a University of California, Berkeley, professor of biochemistry, biophysics and structural biology. It details the genesis of the HIV-AIDS myth and is still highly relevant today. (Note that Duesberg believes the virus exists but is harmless because it doesn't multiply in the body, while Mullis believed the virus doesn't exist at all.)

Mullis writes this in the forward:

"We [he and Duesberg] have not been able to discover any good reasons why most of the people on earth believe that AIDS is a disease caused by a virus called HIV. There is simply no scientific evidence demonstrating that it is true," wrote Mullis in that foreword. "... We know that to err is human, but the HIV/AIDS hypothesis is one hell of a mistake."

In the book, Duesberg documents that one main part of the trajectory toward the creation of the myth started in 1912, with the reorganization of the U.S.'s Public Health Service. Another key part was the creation in 1946 of the predecessor of the current CDC -- with its predilection for deeming 'outbreaks' to be due to infectious diseases, and then testing, tracking and quarantining people under the premise of stopping the spread.

(Two of many valuable insights by Duesberg are on page 137-138: "The CDC has ... continued to exploit public trust by transforming seasonal flus and other minor epidemics into monstrous crises and by manufacturing contagious plagues out of noninfectious medical conditions." And, "[E]pidemiologists have classically studied clusters of sick people as clues to subtle environmental hazards, not infectious agents. But when public health officials issue ominous warnings about mysterious disease outbreaks, they terrify the public with visions of deadly pandemics.")

Duesberg also details, on pages 174 to188, the failure of HIV to fulfill Koch's postulates. And on page 202 he concludes that, "AIDS fails all epidemiological criteria of an infectious disease."

(I believe the same is true for Covid.)

Duesberg points, in addition, to the reasons 'experts' give for why it's virtually impossible to directly detect the virus. For example, he writes on page 206 that:

"f little or no HIV can be found in the body, scientists propose hidden reservoirs and special routes of infection. If only antibodies against HIV [rather than HIV itself] can be found, researchers call them 'nonneutralizing' (or ineffective) antibodies and assert that the virus mutates too fast for the antibodies to keep up.... All these hypotheses are constantly being disproved or shown to be irrelevant, but the reservoir of new evasions is inexhaustible."

That of course parallels the pranks 'experts' are playing on the public with respect to the novel coronavirus and Covid.

There are many other prominent people who have spent decades exposing the HIV-AIDS hoax. They include: activist and journalist John Lauritsen in his many articles and his books (http://paganpressbooks.com/jpl/RA-SHORT.HTM) including [I]The AIDS War: Propaganda, Profiteering and Genocide from the Medical-Industrial Complex; microbiologist Eleni Papadopulos in, among others, a 2004 paper (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0306987704002415) detailing the fatal flaws in the HIV-AIDS hypothesis, a 1997 (http://rpoth.at/docs/papadopulos.html) interview and an October 2020 (http://www.bitchute.com/video/MVabU0seKNMH) interview; journalist Jon Rappoport in dozens of blog posts including his (http://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2021/03/08/my-hiv-aids-investigation-and-the-parallels-to-the-covid-hoax) March 8, 2021 one (http://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2021/03/08/my-hiv-aids-investigation-and-the-parallels-to-the-covid-hoax), and in his 1988 book AIDS Inc. (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3351293-aids-inc); and Duesberg's colleague (https://odysee.com/@DavidRasnick:f?view=about) David Rasnick (http://www.davidrasnick.com/index.html) in many formats such as a 2009 article (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0306987709004472?via%3Dihub) they co-authored, and his blog, including this May 2021 (https://odysee.com/@DavidRasnick:f/Cocktails-and-conversations-with-Dr.-Rasnick:c) post. (Rappoport and Rasnick, among others, also have pointed out the striking parallels in the politics and deception surrounding HIV and AIDS and the novel coronavirus and COVID.)

What Are the Real Causes of 'AIDS'?

Duesberg makes the strong case that 'AIDS' is actually 30 conditions inappropriately lumped into the single category. And he demonstrates that the main causes are: toxicity from AZT and other meds given to people who test positive for HIV (more on this below); toxicity from recreational drugs like nitrite inhalants -- AKA 'poppers'; and overuse of antibiotics.

In countries such as Africa, the causes also include poverty, malnutrition, lack of indoor plumbing and tropical infections.

Lauritsen (http://paganpressbooks.com/jpl/RA-SHORT.HTM) also details this in his 1993 book The AIDS War.

"'AIDS' ... is defined entirely in terms of other, old diseases, in conjunction with dubious test results and even more dubious assumptions. Although people are undeniably sick, 'AIDS' itself does not really exist; it is a phoney construct," Lauritsen states on page 180 of the book.

Yet virtually all the funding for the vast HIV/AIDS research-administrative-medical-industrial complex assumes HIV is the cause of 'AIDS.'

In 1984, just three years after the first report of what later would be dubbed AIDS, Fauci became the head of NIAID.

AIDS made him a star: he's good at grabbing the spotlight with his gift of glib gab, and under his tenure NIAID ballooned thanks to a huge inflow of AIDS-related funding.

Just three years later, in 1987, the first medication for HIV went on the market: AZT (http://paganpressbooks.com/jpl/RA-SHORT.HTM), which is highly toxic (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18690875/).

AZT has killed huge numbers of people, thanks in large part to Fauci pushing the message that it is 'safe and effective.'

"I would say there were hundreds of thousands of people killed by AZT. And many -- perhaps most -- of them were perfectly healthy before they were put on the drugs," Lauritsen told me in a telephone interview from his home in Boston. "They got a positive result on the worthless HIV tests, and then they were told to put time on their side and take AZT. And of course it killed them."

Fauci and other powerful officials have also pushed other deadly drugs, such as Bristol-Myers Squibb's didanosine (ddI).

Duesberg and Lauritsen detail how the U.S. Food and Drug Administration was pressured into giving ddI fast-track approval in 1991 -- despite clear evidence that it is toxic, and that there were no placebo-controlled safety or efficacy studies conducted on it.

Even Wikipedia (https://www.rosemaryfrei.ca/media/rosemary/Backup%20Plus/Vaccines/Articles%20June%2011%202021%20-%20/Bristol-Myers%20Squibb), which usually censors information that criticizes big pharma, states that about one-quarter of people taking ddI develop peripheral neuropathy. And in 2010 (https://www.fda.gov/drugs/postmarket-drug-safety-information-patients-and-providers/fda-drug-safety-communication-serious-liver-disorder-associated-use-videxvidex-ec-didanosine) the FDA issued a warning that a serious liver disease can occur in people taking ddI.

Today there are at least 46 FDA-approved drugs (https://hivinfo.nih.gov/understanding-hiv/fact-sheets/fda-approved-hiv-medicines) for people who have tested positive for HIV, according to this list (https://hivinfo.nih.gov/understanding-hiv/fact-sheets/fda-approved-hiv-medicines). (The list includes AZT -- but for some reason not ddI, even though it's apparently (http://www.aids.org/2010/09/didanosine/)still on the market (https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/drugsatfda_docs/label/2018/021183s028lbl.pdf)).

The most popular of these meds are for 'pre-exposure prophylaxis (https://www.hiv.gov/hiv-basics/hiv-prevention/using-hiv-medication-to-reduce-risk/pre-exposure-prophylaxis)' (PrEP)(also known as 'treatment as prevention' or TasP).

Sound familiar? It's like the billions of perfectly healthy people who are taking the Covid shots.

Most PrEP is combinations of several drugs, many of which are repurposed, older, HIV (https://hivinfo.nih.gov/understanding-hiv/fact-sheets/fda-approved-hiv-medicines) meds (https://hivinfo.nih.gov/understanding-hiv/fact-sheets/fda-approved-hiv-medicines).

The latter include drugs as tenofovir, lamivudine and emtricitabine. These are a type of drug known as nucleoside analogues (AKA nucleoside inhibitors or nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors). And they have the same, and potentially very dangerous, mechanism of action as AZT and ddI: that is, they stop DNA synthesis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nucleoside_analogue) from taking place in cells throughout the body.

[Full disclosure: in the mid- to late 1990s as a freelance medical writer I co-wrote marketing materials for HIV drugs such as lamivudine and tenofovir through a Toronto, Ontario, marketing agency called Jeffrey Simbrow Associates (https://strategyonline.ca/1999/04/26/25299-19990426/). Then later, until the mid-2000s, as a medical journalist I wrote many stories for trade publications about HIV drugs. I somehow was completely unaware of the controversy surrounding these drugs and HIV and AIDS.]

Today tens of millions of healthy people are taking PrEP because they've been led to believe this will either prevent infection, or lower their HIV levels to undetectable (the latter goes by the slogan 'U=U' for 'undetectable = untransmissible'). And information is suppressed (https://www.gscene.com/news/controversial-hiv-film-takes-prestigious-award-at-new-york-film-festival/) that many people who have tested positive for HIV but haven't taken any medication remain healthy for decades.

Over the last year, PreP sales have been sliding (https://www.croiconference.org/abstract/impact-of-covid-19-on-prep-prescriptions-in-the-united-states-a-time-series-analysis/) somewhat, as has HIV testing (https://www.croiconference.org/abstract/impact-of-covid-19-on-commercial-laboratory-testing-for-hiv-in-the-united-states/). Enter the news about HIV vaxxes being on the horizon -- and their potentially huge market.

There are tens of millions of people who have tested positive, and many many more being tested every day.

Cohen is director of the Institute for Global Health and Infections Diseases, and a prof of medical microbiology, immunology and epidemiology at University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Cohen also is co-principal investigator of the another of the four networks that form COVPN, the HIV Prevention Trials Network (https://www.hptn.org/) (HPTN (https://www.hptn.org/index.php/about/leadership/myron-s-cohen)). (The other two are the Infectious Diseases Clinical Research Consortium (https://idcrc.org/) and the AIDS Clinical Trials Group (https://actgnetwork.org/).)

They're testing PrEP drugs and antibodies. The latter includes the AbCellera/Eli Lilly antibody bamlanivumab (https://www.rosemaryfrei.ca/the-antibody-deception/).

The results of one of those studies, on bamlanivumab for workers and residents in care homes, were announced on Jan. 21 (https://investor.lilly.com/news-releases/news-release-details/lillys-neutralizing-antibody-bamlanivimab-ly-cov555-prevented) by Lilly via a press release. Baden's pushing both the HIV and Covid agendas forward at warp speed. I am a funeral director running his own funeral home - for the doubters this is me, I have been in the trade 15 years.

What I will say is last year the death rate was totally normal in fact many of my colleagues turned their fridges off before Christmas because there was no one to put in them.


We returned after Christmas and they began v… locally on January 6th and the death rate immediately went through the roof.

Then as suddenly as it began it ceased.


We haven’t seen a C… death for three months now.


I had a government sponsored pandemic guy who used to call me every Monday he would ask me two questions.


How many deceased have I collected that week where they come from and how many were C…. and this was in order to collect C..death numbers.


I explained I had collected people from care homes who were not C… but had simply passed to old age.
He then began steering me saying “but wasn’t there c.. in that care home or hospital”


Deliberate inflating C.. numbers despite me insisting they were not.


After some months he finally admitted to me he did not know why he was doing the job as everyone was saying the same thing – there were no C… deaths.


Some months ago I looked after a senior consultant who lost his wife.


We got quite close and he told me openly never to take a j@b and he told me they are very very dangerous.


When it first appeared like everyone else I was very concerned.


One of the first deceased I had in my care when the event started was a six-year-old girl who had passed due to cancer.

Reminds me of Jason Goodman's video where he visited a NYC funeral home. Apparently, there was a story in the Norwegian press (of all places) about NYC funeral homes basically being overwhelmed with bodies. So Jason visited one of the more well known ones in NYC (might have been in the article from Norway) and it was quiet, with nothing going on, and they were closed early, which made NO sense to Jason given the talk about how everyone was dropping dead from the fake virus and funeral directors were overwhelmed. Then Jason talked with people on the street who lived near the funeral home, and they said it was always quiet there, nothing going on, except one day when the local TV news was there with cameras (so basic idea was that they staged a crowd for the TV cameras, just like they staged lines at the outdoor testing tents for the TV cameras).

Also, I saw a comment somewhere from someone who was married to a woman who owned a flower shop and there was no uptick in flowers for funerals/dead people, so he thought that was suspicious.

Pfizer is about to seek U.S. authorization for a third dose of its COVID-19 vaccine, saying Thursday that another shot within 12 months could dramatically boost immunity and maybe help ward off the latest worrisome coronavirus mutant.

Research from multiple countries shows the Pfizer shot and other widely used COVID-19 vaccines offer strong protection against the highly contagious delta variant, which is spreading rapidly around the world and now accounts for most new U.S. infections.

Two doses of most vaccines are critical to develop high levels of virus-fighting antibodies against all versions of the coronavirus, not just the delta variant -- and most of the world still is desperate to get those initial protective doses as the pandemic continues to rage.

But antibodies naturally wane over time, so studies also are underway to tell if and when boosters might be needed.

On Thursday, Pfizer’s Dr. Mikael Dolsten told The Associated Press that early data from the company’s booster study suggests people’s antibody levels jump five- to 10-fold after a third dose, compared to their second dose months earlier.

In August, Pfizer plans to ask the Food and Drug Administration for emergency authorization of a third dose, he said.

Why might that matter for fighting the delta variant? Dolsten pointed to data from Britain and Israel showing the Pfizer vaccine “neutralizes the delta variant very well.” The assumption, he said, is that when antibodies drop low enough, the delta virus eventually could cause a mild infection before the immune system kicks back in.

But FDA authorization would be just a first step -- it wouldn’t automatically mean Americans get offered boosters, cautioned Dr. William Schaffner, a vaccine expert at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Public health authorities would have to decide if they’re really needed, especially since millions of people have no protection.

Currently only about 48% of the U.S. population is fully vaccinated — and some parts of the country have far lower immunization rates, places where the delta variant is surging. On Thursday, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said that’s leading to “two truths” — highly immunized swaths of America are getting back to normal while hospitalizations are rising in other places.

“This rapid rise is troubling,” she said: A few weeks ago the delta variant accounted for just over a quarter of new U.S. cases, but it now accounts for just over 50% — and in some places, such as parts of the Midwest, as much as 80%.

In laboratory tests, blood from several dozen people given their first dose of the Pfizer or AstraZeneca vaccines “barely inhibited” the delta variant, the team reported in the journal Nature. But weeks after getting their second dose, nearly all had what researchers deemed an immune boost strong enough to neutralize the delta variant — even if it was a little less potent than against earlier versions of the virus.

The French researchers also tested unvaccinated people who had survived a bout of the coronavirus, and found their antibodies were four-fold less potent against the new mutant. But a single vaccine dose dramatically boosted their antibody levels — sparking cross-protection against the delta variant and two other mutants, the study found. That supports public health recommendations that COVID-19 survivors get vaccinated rather than relying on natural immunity.

The lab experiments add to real-world data that the delta variant’s mutations aren’t evading the vaccines most widely used in Western countries, but underscore that it’s crucial to get more of the world immunized before the virus evolves even more.

Researchers in Britain found two doses of the Pfizer vaccine, for example, are 96% protective against hospitalization with the delta variant and 88% effective against symptomatic infection. That finding was echoed last weekend by Canadian researchers, while a report from Israel suggested protection against mild delta infection may have dipped lower, to 64%.

Whether the fully vaccinated still need to wear masks in places where the delta variant is surging is a growing question. In the U.S., the CDC maintains that fully vaccinated people don’t need to. Let me explain my theory...There are large pockets of people in our country that have not been vaccinated. It is believed the vaccinated are getting sick and will probably get sick form a new variant that is being produced by vaccinated people.

If it is found out later that these large groups of unvaccinated people are not getting sick from new variants and they did not get sick from covid, it might become obvious to the American people, that the vaccine never helped and it is the cause of the new variant viruses.

Now, if the government can get to those populations with their vaccine, they can blame everyone getting sick, is from a new virus and no one will notice their poison vaccine caused it

Also the 62% positive lab test results for blood clots are those who showed physical symptoms that could be from clotting that were tested for clotting, not 62% of those vaccinated. Edit to add: I re-watched the video. Nowhere does the Doctor mention mRNA vaccines “will kill most people” as Mike Adam's headline claims and an article Mike links to based off the video is headlined: Doctor: Heart Failure from mRNA Jabs “Will Kill Most People”. The Doctor does at 6:30 mention Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (a more serious side effect caused by blood clotting that some vaccinated people are experiencing) kills. Furthermore it is not clear that the claims 62% of vaccinated people already show microscopic blood clots as Mike also claims. To be fair to Mike the Doctor in the clip does appear to state this, although I expect he miss-spoke during the interview and did not do randomized testing on a vaccine recipient population but rather the 62% positive test results indicating clotting were obtained on those tested after showing physical symptoms (which is how the Canadian health care system works, he is a GP).

Jummai Nache, and her husband, Philip Nache, were born in Nigeria and came to the U.S. to settle in Minneapolis a few years ago, working with the Southern Baptists to plant churches among the African communities living in Minneapolis.
They were reportedly forced to leave Nigeria due to the “Boko Haram terrorist group,” and eventually ended up in Minneapolis serving as missionaries with the Southern Baptists.

Jummaci was working as a medical assistant in a clinic in Minneapolis and was instructed to take the COVID-19 “vaccines.”
She complied, and immediately after getting the second injection, according to her husband, “she started to experience chest pain at work.”
Things went down hill fast after that, as the all-too-familiar symptoms of blood clots, a known side effect of the Pfizer COVID-19 shots, were found in her heart, and today she has had both legs amputated, and will also have to have both of her hands amputated.
Her case is supposedly “rare,” as her husband reports that after the CDC and “70-80” doctors investigated her case, and reported back to him:
the CDC sent us a letter of their conclusions which stated that Jummai was infected with MIS-A and covid-19, but they cannot conclude whether the covid-19 vaccine contributed for now.

I was immediately reminded of the verse in the Bible from Hosea 4:6 which states: “My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.”
I also remembered what Dr. Sherri Tenpenny said in May of 2020 last year, more than 6 months before the COVID-19 “vaccines” were even authorized in an interview with Brian Rose (https://vaccineimpact.com/2020/dr-judy-mikovits-and-dr-sherri-tenpenny-a-new-covid-vaccine-could-kill-50-million-people-in-the-u-s/), where she agreed with Dr. Judy Mikovits that up to 50 million people in the U.S. could die from these “vaccines,” but that some people will survive and wish they hadn’t.

Three days after the chest pains I took her to Urgent Care on February 6, 2021. After the checkup, EKG and other tests, the doctor said there was nothing wrong with her chest and every test showed she was okay.
She took a covid-19 test and the next day was confirmed positive. Jummai and I were shocked when we received the result that she was covid-19 positive because she had not manifested any symptom before taking the shot.
But we later accepted that perhaps, the virus and the vaccine together contributed to the adverse reaction on her body based on the report of the Infectious Disease physician that Jummai was asymptomatic.
So Jummai followed the CDC guidelines but then a few days later she ended up at Fairview ER and then was transferred to U of M medical center.
The next day, 2/14/21 the doctor called and told me that her heart was deteriorating, her oxygen levels and blood pressure were low and she needed to be put on a ventilator. I gave approval for them to proceed with the ventilator as needed.
The Infectious Disease Dr considered the test results, Jummai’s condition, the timeline of the administered vaccine and the onset of covid 19, realizing the vaccine might have caused the adverse reaction.
But the Dr always concludes that this is just a theory which cannot be verified because they do not have testing equipment to clearly state that the vaccine has caused Jummai’s devastation.
Whatever the cause may be, my wife is suffering unbearable excruciating pain and permanent catastrophic damage. The consequences of the adverse event are as follows: 1. Arterial blood clot; 2. Respiratory distress—ventilator; 3. Cardiomyopathy; 4. Anemia; 5. Damage to fingers of both hands and toes of both feet; 6 Ischemia; 7. MIS-Multiple Inflammatory Syndrome.
As a result of the above complications, the Infectious Disease Dr decided to forward the case to CDC.
According to the Dr, after going back and forth with the CDC, they decided to meet to deliberate with many experts around the country in which about 70-80 doctors met on a virtual call to discuss Jummai’s case.
About 8 weeks after the meeting the CDC sent us a letter of their conclusions which stated that Jummai was infected with MIS-A and covid-19, but they cannot conclude whether the covid-19 vaccine contributed for now.
Since Jummai’s blood specimen which was taken at the onset of this nightmare is saved in the lab, we pray for God’s provision of a separate body of experts who could study Jummai’s very unique case to draw other conclusions.
As the CDC related, Jummai’s case is very unique. Since my request to be in that meeting was not granted, I submitted the following questions for the CDC experts’ response:
1. When her symptoms started, I was with her, eating and sleeping together, but I tested negative and did not have any symptoms. Why am I not positive?
2. If she got the vaccine before the virus or got them at the same time, did the clashing of the covid-19 and the vaccine cause such adverse reactions? Why didn’t the CDC or Pfizer let us know? Or why wouldn’t they ask everyone to be tested for covid-19 first, before taking the vaccine?
3. If the vaccine is meant to defeat the virus, either by destroying it or weakening its effect, why the adverse severe damage? If the vaccine did not work to defeat the virus, what role was the vaccine playing in Jummai’s body?
On one occasion, the doctor called and told me that Jummai could die at any moment, but God preserved my wife’s life in a miraculous way in response to all the prayers of the church.

Compelling any employee to take any current Covid-19 vaccine violates federal and state law, and subjects the employer to substantial liability risk, including liability for any injury the employee may suffer from the vaccine. Many employers have reconsidered issuing such a mandate after more fruitful review with legal counsel, insurance providers, and public opinion advisors of the desires of employees and the consuming public. Three key concerns: first, while the vaccine remains unapproved by the FDA and authorized only for emergency use, federal law forbids mandating it, in accordance with the Nuremberg Code of 1947; second, the Americans with Disabilities Act proscribes, punishes and penalizes employers who invasively inquire into their employees' medical status and then treat those employees differently based on their medical status, as the many AIDS related cases of decades ago fully attest; and third, international law, Constitutional law, specific statutes and the common law of torts all forbid conditioning access to employment upon coerced, invasive medical examinations and treatment, unless the employer can fully provide objective, scientifically validated evidence of the threat from the employee and how no practicable alternative could possible suffice to mitigate such supposed public health threat and still perform the necessary essentials of employment.

At the outset, consider the "problem" being "solved" by vaccination mandates. The previously infected are better protected than the vaccinated, so why aren't they exempted? Equally, the symptomatic can be self-isolated. Hence, requiring vaccinations only addresses one risk: dangerous or deadly transmission, by the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic employee, in the employment setting. Yet even government official Mr. Fauci admits, as scientific studies affirm, asymptomatic transmission is exceedingly and "very rare." Indeed, initial data suggests the vaccinated are just as, or even much more, likely to transmit the virus as the asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic. Hence, the vaccine solves nothing. This evidentiary limitation on any employer's decision making, aside from the legal and insurance risks of forcing vaccinations as a term of employment without any accommodation or even exception for the previously infected (and thus better protected), is the reason most employers wisely refuse to mandate the vaccine. This doesn't even address the arbitrary self-limitation of the pool of talent for the employer: why reduce your own talent pool, when many who refuse invasive inquiries or risky treatment may be amongst your most effective, efficient and profitable employees?

First, federal law prohibits any mandate of the Covid-19 vaccines as unlicensed, emergency-use-authorization-only vaccines. Subsection bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of section 360 of Title 21 of the United States Code, otherwise known as the Emergency Use Authorization section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, demands that everyone give employees the "option to accept or refuse administration" of the Covid-19 vaccine. (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/21/360bbb-3 ) This right to refuse emergency, experimental vaccines, such as the Covid-19 vaccine, implements the internationally agreed legal requirement of Informed Consent established in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. As the Nuremberg Code established, every person must "be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision" for any medical experimental drug, as the Covid-19 vaccine currently is. The Nuremberg Code prohibited even the military from requiring such experimental vaccines. (Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (D.D.C. 2003).

Second, demanding employees divulge their personal medical information invades their protected right to privacy, and discriminates against them based on their perceived medical status, in contravention of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (42 USC §12112(a).) Indeed, the ADA prohibits employers from invasive inquiries about their medical status, and that includes questions about diseases and treatments for those diseases, such as vaccines. As the EEOC makes clear, an employer can only ask medical information if the employer can prove the medical information is both job-related and necessary for the business. (https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/guidance/questions-and-answers-enforcement-guidance-disability-related-inquiries-and-medical). An employer that treats an individual employee differently based on that employer’s belief the employee’s medical condition impairs the employee is discriminating against that employee based on perceived medical status disability, in contravention of the ADA. The employer must have proof that the employer cannot keep the employee, even with reasonable accommodations, before any adverse action can be taken against the employee. If the employer asserts the employee’s medical status (such as being unvaccinated against a particular disease) precludes employment, then the employer must prove that the employee poses a “safety hazard” that cannot be reduced with a reasonable accommodation. The employer must prove, with objective, scientifically validated evidence, that the employee poses a materially enhanced risk of serious harm that no reasonable accommodation could mitigate. This requires the employee's medical status cause a substantial risk of serious harm, a risk that cannot be reduced by any another means. This is a high, and difficult burden, for employers to meet. Just look at the all prior cases concerning HIV and AIDS, when employers discriminated against employees based on their perceived dangerousness, and ended up paying millions in legal fees, damages and fines.

Third, conditioning continued employment upon participating in a medical experiment and demanding disclosure of private, personal medical information, may also create employer liability under other federal and state laws, including HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state tort law principles, including torts prohibiting and proscribing invasions of privacy and battery. Three members of my family got vaxed. I am worried about what will happen to them. I do know that any trials involve a certain percentage of placebos in order to have a comparison but I do believe a lot of people will die from the poison shots.
