A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT relating to proposing a referendum to the people of the State of Texas on the question of whether this state should leave the United States of America and establish an independent republic.

1. Leaving ... This act is what a home owner expects of an unwanted guest. Who would burn the house down or put it on the market because you don't see any other way to get the guest to leave? The smart money would tell him there is a ticket to Tahiti at the airport with his name on it.

2. "This state" is a legal concoction that means the FEDERAL ZONE within the EXTERIOR BOUNDARIES of THE STATE. This would be like telling your unwanted houseguest that he is welcome to stay so long as he changes his clothes!!

Are the People of Texas this CLUELESS?

if they actually vote for secession, I will be down there so fast to help them- alot more than Golead is coming this time. It is a cause worth dying for. Just think of the target rich environment along the border!

A federation is not a nation. No federation has any element of sovereignty. Mexico is a federation. The EU is a federation. The UK is a federation. The Soviets are a federation
