"The State" comprises all elements contained by the organ known as "the skin"
In contrast to
"This State" which is defined as all elements of the universe within the exterior of the boundary established by the organ known as "the skin".
This State includes lice, fleas, ticks, mosquitos, EPA, CIA, FBI, CDC, Homeland Security, Congress, Supreme Court, Executive branch as well as known and unknown administrative agencies and other less lethal entities
When This State breaches or attempts to breach "the skin" boundary by scapel, needle, Proboscis or other means The State has a duty to repel the invader by whatever means needed to maintain the integrity of The State.
