Modeling and simulations are useful when observed data needs an explanation. A model allows eigenvalues to be modified so that changes to the model can be made with an expectation of a desired result.

You world is mostly memory and an expectation that Alzheimer's hasn't advanced too far. Memories are from the past. The future is uncertain. Your memory cannot be relied on and your senses only tell you what is happening now.

Now for the bad. If your senses are directed at a box where national policy and propoganda is seen and heard your world isn't expanded but rather is castrated.

Interesting vid. This has been discussed here before. Where the thread lies is as much a mystery as quantum mechanics itself. I could more easily figure the spin on a given electron than use the search function to find the thread, although Keehah seems well able to use it.

Somebody engineered our reality. This said, it leads one to the conclusion that many realities must need exist. If a universe is created and the denizens become adept at artificial intelligence, then they will create worlds within their own and thusly these worlds themselves will most certainly breed intelligence that will create more worlds within, creating a hall of mirrors effect. The real question is, can one transend the realities and come to face the raw existence of the primordial reality that spawned it all.

Everything/Nothing bro. When everything realized it could not exist without the mutually exclusive concept of nothing, reality came to be. Observation is another word for awareness and that is another word for God. Excuse me while I crack open another beer.
