I still work for one of the largest tech companies in the world, with this Covid madness been working to steer clear of the vaccine mandate and keep my head down. So it's been a journey.

I see most of my colleagues going in to get the jab. Its a shame so many can be fooled so easily.

It is sad to see so many buckle under. They are taking a horrible risk. We who will not take it are marked and will be in peril from different kind of virus (the State).

It definitely poses a significant challenge. I figure if I get fired for not taking the jab that I'll likely venture out to start my own tech consulting business. Having the company I currently work for on my resume could be an asset, at least for my technical expertise.

Hopefully you have some ducks in a row already. Leave the right way regardless. It doesn't hurt. I wished I could have left in a "Johnny Paycheck" kind of way. Former employer is my biggest customer...

Running your own business is a game changer. Yes there is risk but the rewards far outweigh them. When you get your own jobs, getting up in the morning is exciting and the hours go by fast. Just my experience.
