Arms are flags.

Arms are coats of arms.

Arms are seals.

Arms are not mechanisms intended to propel particles at high velocity.

Your right to question authority is an arm. The one saying he has authority might have a coat of arm (a badge). He might have a flag. But does he have a raised seal appointing him?

In Las Sietes Partidas (Spanish civil law) the first law of the defendant is to not answer until your opponent produces a carte de persona ...a raised seal document.

In Iowa sheriffs take their oath of office to a county board of supervisors. Law requires they give their oath to the chief magistrate of the state instead. This would be the governor in his common law capacity.

The color of authority is not authority.

Now for a short quiz. Where in the Constitution does your right to question authority appear?

One response ... If you believe the 2nd amendment is about firearms there is no Bill of Rights provision for questioning authority.

Another response ... Questioning authority would be a 2nd amendment right and you rely on the law of necessity for firearm access.
