This curriculum is dedicated to the memory of our dear colleague Barbara Huberman, Advocates’ Director of Education and Outreach from 1994 to 2014.

Barbara had a tremendous influence on our collective work here at Advocates for Youth. It was she who coined the term Rights, Respect, Responsibility to reflect findings from her decade long efforts coordinating the European Study Tour. Hundreds of youth-serving professionals participated, traveling to the Netherlands, France and Germany in an effort to better understand the values, attitudes, policies and programs that helped young people in northern Europe have much better sexual health outcomes than their peers in the United States. It is through this work that Barb helped Advocates to shape the values that underpin our mission to this day:

We don’t teach Critical Race Theory! But how dare you try to stop us from teaching what we don’t teach!

That’s pretty much the argument you will find at almost all school districts. As explained a gazillion times, you will not find a third-grade book called Critical Race Theory. Instead, you find the race-focused principles of CRT under other names, such as “antiracism,” “equity,” and “culturally responsive learning.”

Ramona Bessinger, the Providence Middle School teacher subject to retaliation for blowing the whistle on CRT subterfuge, detailed this linguistic gamesmanship in her column at Legal Insurrection, I’m A Middle School Teacher And See How Critical Race Curriculum Is Creating Racial Hostility In School:

I love being a teacher and I care a great deal about my students, almost all of whom are non-white. This past 2020/21 school year was a sad and worrisome turning point for me as an educator. Providence K-8 teachers were introduced to one of the most racially divisive, hateful, and in large part, historically inaccurate curriculums I have ever seen in my teaching career.

Yes, I am speaking about the controversial critical race theory that has infiltrated our public schools here in Rhode Island under the umbrella of Cuturally Responsive learning and teaching, which includes a focus on identities. You won’t see the words “critical race theory” on the materials, but those are the concepts taught. The new, racialized curriculum and materials focuses almost exclusively on an oppressor-oppressed narrative, and have created racial tensions among students and staff where none existed before.

One key in all this is the teacher training.

Judicial Watch reports that it obtained a document from a whistleblower regarding Westerly School District in Rhode Island and found training materials that fit right in with what we have come to expect.

Judicial Watch announced today that it received a 53-page training document from a whistleblower in the Westerly School District of Rhode Island which details how Westerly Public Schools are using teachers to push critical race theory in classrooms.

The training course was assembled by the left-leaning Highlander Institute and cites quotes from Bettina Love, from whom the Biden administration distanced itself publicly after her statements equating “whiteness” to oppression.

The school district continues to deny that it teaches critical race theory.

Highlander Institute is named after the Highlander Folk School, a social justice leadership training school and cultural center located in New Market, Tennessee known for its role during the Civil Rights Movement.

The training course claims that there are “unfortunate truths” about the history of Rhode Island and the United States.”

The training course notes that there is “systemic inequity” that must be overcome in the school system.

The training course asks teachers “How does systemic racism manifest itself in the education experience for students?”

The training course links to a video called “Systemic Racism Explained” from Act.TV, a far-left YouTube channel.

The course instructs teachers to ask themselves, “How do I challenge systemic inequity as an educator?”

The course goals are to “foster and sustain cultural pluralism, ultimately for the purpose of social transformation.” Further, its stated goal is to, “disrupt the impact of educational inequity and empower students to transform their own lives, their communities, and society.”
The course highlights “A Framework for Culturally Responsive & Sustaining Pegagogy” which includes:

“Awareness” that “we all operate within an inequitable system”

“Cognitive Development” where teachers “leverage students’ identities and interests …” and “scaffold and develop students’ thinking skills”

“Critical Consciousness” where the goal is that students are motivated to “critical action so they can transform their lives, communities, and society.”

The course teaches that teachers should focus on collectivism over individualism.

In order to promote collectivism, it states that teachers may have to “gather information about students’ identities …” in order to have them reflect. These activities link to a journaling activity where students are prompted to write about the demographics of their neighborhood.

Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, summarized:

“This whistleblower document shows yet another school district, under the rubric of critical race theory, that wants to use teachers to abuse their positions to turn children into Marxist agitators,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Rather than threatening parents, the Justice Department should be investigating this rampant racism being pushed by lefitst extremists in schools across America.”

Whistleblowers are key, because school districts play games on public records requests. State legislators need to improve educational transparency, so that it’s not necessary for whistleblowers to leak documents about what is being taught and how teachers are being trained.

The Westerly School District Superintendent declined to comment in response to the Judicial Watch press release.

Looks like Virginia schools and school boards are the vanguard of the communist takeover of education, Fairfax county and Louden county.

Remember communist tactics always involve the Hegelian strategy of first creating a crisis or capitalizing on a naturally occurring crisis so as to use it to build up chaos and division and people starting to act out in physically violent ways. This is where they bring in some crisis actors or some drugged up patsy players.

Fairfax County, VA – A Virginia mom who endured Mao’s Cultural Revolution before immigrating to the U.S. said the National School Boards Association and the Justice Department are using tactics similar to ones she saw Communist China use to stop parents from speaking out.

"When I was in China, I spent my entire school years in the Chinese Cultural Revolution, so I'm very, very familiar with the communist tactics of how to divide people, how they canceled the Chinese traditional culture and destroyed our heritage," Xi Van Fleet told Fox News. "All this is happening here in America."

"They call(ed) them racists for a long time, but that did not work," Van Fleet said, referring to the parents who have spoken out about critical race theory. "So, they have to upgrade to domestic terrorists."

Attorney General Merrick Garland last week announced, among other efforts, a task force to determine how "federal enforcement tools" can be used to prosecute criminal conduct directed toward school personnel. He said harassment and violence against school employees had increased and that "threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values."

A coalition of 17 state attorneys general is demanding that the U.S. Department of Justice immediately rescind a recent memo they say would “chill lawful dissent by parents voiced during local school board meetings.”

The DOJ memo, which has been the center of much criticism since its Oct 4 release, directs the FBI to work with state and local governments to address an alleged “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence” against teachers and school leaders. It came shortly after National School Boards Association (NSBA) urged the Biden administration to invoke counter-terrorism laws to handle “angry mobs” of parents seeking to hold school officials accountable for the teaching of the Marxist critical race theory and for imposing COVID-19 restrictions on their children.

In a letter (pdf) sent on Monday to President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland, the chief legal officers argued that the memo doesn’t appear to be based on facts, but on a flawed NSBA narrative, which described disruptions at school board meetings as violent threats akin to “domestic terrorism.”

“The vast majority of incidents that NSBA cites involved disruptive and disorderly conduct rather than threats,” the letter reads. “In fact, in no known instance, has there been anything like the burning, looting, police assaults, vandalism and other criminal activity that occurred in the summer of 2020.”...

“Actual threats and violence towards school administrators, board members, teachers, or staff are rare,” the attorneys general noted, adding that there are already sufficient criminal and civil remedies available, without the need for FBI to intervene in “what is a quintessential local issue.”

Virginia is shaping up as ground zero in the battle over schools and Critical Race Theory. The “theory” is pure poison, a hard-edged identity politics from the radical Left teaching that America is an irredeemably racist country suffused by white supremacy. Students must—must—acknowledge this, or pay the price. Dissent will not be tolerated. Parents are in an uproar, particularly in Virginia, where CRT has become a major issue in the gubernatorial contest between Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin. Polls show a tight race.

The CRT fight in Virginia has been brewing all year. “Perhaps nowhere has the debate over critical race theory grown so heated as in Loudoun County” in Northern Virginia, the Washington Post reported in May. Loudoun put nearly half a million dollars into a consulting firm for teacher training and raising “racial consciousness.” Parents grew alarmed and tensions increased. CRT “is teaching kids to see other kids through a strictly identity group lens as opposed to seeing each other as individuals with their own stories to tell that are not dependent on their skin color or their ethnicity,” a Loudoun County parent told the Post.

In July, in Fairfax County’s Thomas Jefferson High School—rated as one of the top public schools in the nation—newly elected anti-CRT members of the parent-teacher association were threatened with removal of their charter by the state’s governing PTA association. In September, chaos broke out at a Prince William County School Board Meeting when parents started shouting at each other. Cops had to clear the room.

Sparked by parent passions, CRT appears to be gaining traction with Virginia voters. A recent Emerson Poll showed that a big majority of Virginians, 86%, were familiar with the CRT debate. 47% said they would support a state ban on teaching CRT in the schools.

Youngkin, the GOP candidate, says he will ban CRT in the schools “on day one” of his administration. He has made CRT a top issue in the race and hammers McAuliffe on it at “Parents Matter” events around the state. Virginia is shaping up as ground zero in the battle over schools and Critical Race Theory. The “theory” is pure poison, a hard-edged identity politics from the radical Left teaching that America is an irredeemably racist country suffused by white supremacy. Students must—must—acknowledge this, or pay the price. Dissent will not be tolerated. Parents are in an uproar, particularly in Virginia, where CRT has become a major issue in the gubernatorial contest between Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin. Polls show a tight race.

The CRT fight in Virginia has been brewing all year. “Perhaps nowhere has the debate over critical race theory grown so heated as in Loudoun County” in Northern Virginia, the Washington Post reported in May. Loudoun put nearly half a million dollars into a consulting firm for teacher training and raising “racial consciousness.” Parents grew alarmed and tensions increased. CRT “is teaching kids to see other kids through a strictly identity group lens as opposed to seeing each other as individuals with their own stories to tell that are not dependent on their skin color or their ethnicity,” a Loudoun County parent told the Post.

In July, in Fairfax County’s Thomas Jefferson High School—rated as one of the top public schools in the nation—newly elected anti-CRT members of the parent-teacher association were threatened with removal of their charter by the state’s governing PTA association. In September, chaos broke out at a Prince William County School Board Meeting when parents started shouting at each other. Cops had to clear the room.

Sparked by parent passions, CRT appears to be gaining traction with Virginia voters. A recent Emerson Poll showed that a big majority of Virginians, 86%, were familiar with the CRT debate. 47% said they would support a state ban on teaching CRT in the schools.

Youngkin, the GOP candidate, says he will ban CRT in the schools “on day one” of his administration. He has made CRT a top issue in the race and hammers McAuliffe on it at “Parents Matter” events around the state. A former Loudoun County Public Schools counselor has been arrested on felony charges of taking indecent liberties with a child after police say she carried on a sexual relationship with a Loudoun County student over a span of multiple years. The arrest marks just the latest scandal to rock the disgraced school district, which has attracted national attention on news stories ranging from critical race theory to transgender bathroom rapes.

Ann M. Barrett, 42, reportedly turned herself into police at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on Thursday, after being brought up on child sex charges related to an “inappropriate relationship” with a former student at Freedom High School that lasted several years. She was released on a $10,000 bond to await trial shortly thereafter, despite her charges constituting child rape.

The arrest came following an investigation that began in May, with law enforcement finally securing charges against Barrett this week. A victim has not been named, due to the victim’s privacy rights and juvenile status at the time of the alleged crimes.

According to police and local media reports, the predatory “relationship” between the two lasted from 2013 to 2015, during which time Barrett was employed as a school counselor at Freedom High School, though she later moved on to become an eighth-grade counselor at a Loudoun County middle school.

It appears unknown, at this point, if any other Freedom High School students or middle school students were affected by her alleged predatory behavior during her time as a public school employee.

Many school counselors have closed-door access to students, often meeting with them on issues ranging from their hopes of post secondary education, to more serious and personal things, like disagreements with other students, issues at home, or even psychological problems.

Barrett’s arrest marks just the latest in a long string of scandals to rock Loudoun County Public Schools, a district located in Northern Virginia’s D.C. suburbs that was once considered one of the best public school systems in the United States.

Led by a far-left school board, the county’s education system became a key issue in this year’s Virginia Governor’s race, as local parents took on the implementation of far-left, anti-white Critical Race Theory, as well as radical “trans-affirming” policies that led to the bathroom rape of a young girl, for which a male Loudoun County student who donned a skirt and claimed to be “gender-fluid” was convicted.

The same student also faces charges in a subsequent school rape, which took place at another Loudoun County high school following the initial assault.

In the aftermath of the rape, the county school board engaged in a documented cover-up and even arrested one of the victim’s fathers when he demanded answers and accountability.

Loudoun County’s teachers have also faced arrest on numerous occasions, including multiples for public intoxication during the school day, as well as sexual assaults and sexual activity with students. Over one short period in 2019, a total of 3 teachers in the district were arrested and charged with various crimes related to their jobs, including on-campus alcohol and sex offenses.

The Scottsdale Unified School District’s administration is scrambling to do damage control after a group of mothers discovered Governing Board President Jann-Michael Greenburg had access to a Google Drive full of personal information, documents, and photos of about 47 people, including children...

We cannot allow anyone in a leadership position to secretly compile personal documents and information on moms and dads who have dared speak out publicly or on social media about their grievances with the district,’ said Carney, who is running for a seat on the Scottsdale Governing Board in November 2022...

In addition, some parents say that despite Jann-Michael’s denial of involvement with the dossier, they believe there appears to be evidence that Jann-Michael has complete knowledge of the Google Drive files and had shared some of its contents in an effort to intimidate SUSD parents. Parents are calling that an “unacceptable abuse of power.”

The Google Drive files also included information on parents from neighboring school districts, as well as popular conservative radio show host, James T. Harris...

“These allegations are deeply troubling, especially as concerns the photography of a minor child without parental consent and the taking down of license plate numbers of parents who Mr. Greenberg supposedly perceived as political opponents,” Kolodin said. “Mr. Greenberg is an elected member of the school board. If such a photograph was taken with his express or tacit consent, he would potentially be liable for violations of Arizona’s Parents’ Bill of Rights, which recognizes a parent’s ‘fundamental’ right to consent before the government makes a video or voice recording of the minor child.”

But Kolodin says there are more concerns beyond the mere existence of the Google Drive file, including reports that Jann-Michael Greenberg’s father engaged in some acts while keeping his face hidden under a helmet and while wearing motorcycle gear.

“Both Arizona and the federal government have laws prohibiting both intimidation generally and voter intimidation in particular such as ARS Titles 13 and 16, the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871, the Civil Rights Act of 1957, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965,” Kolodin said. “If these allegations are true, Mr. Greenberg and his father might be liable for violating one or more of these laws – though it is difficult to say from the limited facts that have been reported and they must, of course, be presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.”

Police are investigating after an Arizona school board president was accused of compiling a dossier on parents opposed to CRT and other political opponents. Scottsdale Unified School District President Jann-Michael Greenburg allegedly catalogued social security numbers, property records and divorce decrees, among other things.

On Saturday, the Scottsdale Police Department said they were aware of the allegations and announced that an investigation was underway. “We are conducting an investigation into the matter and will report our findings once it is complete,” police said in a brief statement. The allegations came to light after Superintendent Scott Menzel revealed Friday that Greenburg accidentally shared the document via Google Drive.

Greenburg had sent an email to district parent Kim Stafford that included a screenshot and link to a Google Drive file in which he accused her of being anti-Semitic over comments she made about George Soros, according to the Daily Caller. From there, Stafford shared the link with numerous parents, including Amanda Wray, who then told the Daily Caller.

According to Wray, the Google document contained images of her young daughters. “When I first saw the contents of the Google Drive and I saw my 8- and 10-year-old’s photos, that was terrifying. And like, what’s he doing?” Wray told AZFamily.com. “But he has pictures of my vacation home, property records. I’m not a political opponent, I’m an involved parent and that is threatening to me and it makes me wonder why and what he was planning to do with those photos,” she said.

The Google document has since been deleted but was previously available to anyone who had the link. All told, it is believed that Greenburg had compiled information on at least 47 people. Folders included in the drive were labeled “SUSD Wackos,” “Anti Mask Lunatics” and “Press Conference Psychos.” One of these folders included a video showing parents holding signs reading “CRT is Racist” and “SUSD We Demand Transparency,” the Daily Caller said.

On Wednesday, the district sent parents an email seeking to assure them that their personal data was safe. The district also placed blame for the dossier on Greenburg’s father, Mark. “While the existence of the site and its public record contents may raise concern, such activities are not within the purview of the Scottsdale Unified School District to control and are unrelated to the district’s task of providing future-focused, world-class learning opportunities to our 22,000 Pre-K-12 students,” the district said.

A video obtained by the Daily Independent allegedly showed Mark Greenburg snapping photos of parents and kids without their knowledge on Aug. 24, hours before a school board meeting. Though Mark Greenburg is listed as the author of the document, Jann-Michael previously admitted to sharing a computer with his dad, according to AZ Free News.

Many are calling for Jann-Michael Greenburg to step down following the revelations.

“[N]o one is being jailed for this type of offense due to Covid-19 precautions. A special exception was made to seemingly target these men,” CBS affiliate KTVN noted.

“In short, a school district’s police department coordinated with the sheriff’s department to arrest parents at their homes under orders from a school board,” Gonzalez claimed.

On Wednesday, Rufo revealed via leaked documents that the FBI is allegedly using its resources after all to investigate parents contrary to assertions made by U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland during recent Capitol Hill testimony in the aftermath of the infamous National School Boards Association letter, which the organization has since retracted.

The latest and most egregious example comes from Round Rock, Texas. In a series of school board meetings this fall, two fathers—a minister named Jeremy Story and a retired Army captain named Dustin Clark—spoke out against alleged corruption and school officials’ hostility toward parents. Journalist Pedro Gonzalez reported that at an August meeting, Story had calmly “produced evidence that the board had covered up an alleged assault by the superintendent, Hafedh Azaiez, against a mistress.” The superintendent and school board president cut him off midsentence and ordered officers to remove him from the premises.

At the next meeting, in September, with the district’s controversial mask mandate on the agenda, the school board locked the majority of parents out of the room, preventing them from speaking. Clark and other frustrated parents asked the board to open the nearly empty room to the public. Instead, school board president Amy Weir directed officers to remove Clark from school property. As he was dragged out by two officers, Clark shouted to the audience: “It’s an open meeting! Shame on you. Communist! Communist! Let the public in!”

A few days later, the school district, in coordination with law enforcement, sent police officers to the homes of both men, arrested them, and put them in jail on charges of “disorderly conduct with intent to disrupt a meeting.”

Reminded me of similar sort of experience I had when I got involved in local municipal meetings and had the 'audacity' to somewhat competently point out local public servant error and/or incompetence.

In 1978 the legislature outsourced its responsibility for sentencing guidelines to an appointed committee, called the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission (MSGC). One of their stated purposes is to maintain “rational and consistent sentencing standards.”


As if on cue, at a time when crime is skyrocketing, on Thursday Dec.16th at 1pm, the MSGC will meet to rethink incarceration and recommend putting more convicted criminals back on the streets on probation!


Let us be clear: when criminals face no consequences for their actions, what stops them from committing more crimes? Will probation stop child sexual abuse predators? Experts tell us that by the time a person is hooked on viewing the defilement and sexual abuse of children, they have already become a psychopath. They have crossed all lines. By that time, they have no conscience, no empathy, and no remorse. Only a real fear of consequences constrains them. Nothing else. And counselors cannot work with them if they are roaming free in our communities. The only thing they fear is prison.


The Minnesota legislature must rein in the radical MSGC! Legislators must take their authority, our authority, back. Now is the time to speak up loud and clear to the MSGC and our legislators. We the people, the parents, the grandparents, the community, the teachers – we reject the proposed MSGC plan to soften the sentences of all criminals and reduce prison beds in Minnesota by 536 beds! Almost 90% of people convicted of child sexual abuse imagery related crimes are let go on probation already! Their plan would move this number closer to 100%!

The teachers led a workshop called “How we run a ‘GSA’ in Conservative Communities,” and described the obstacles that they face as activist teachers to conceal the activities of GSA clubs from parents.

Konen claims that one of the teachers coaxed her daughter to join a lunch-hour “Equality Club” and began affirming her daughter as transgender.

Near the end of sixth grade, Konen’s daughter told her she might be bisexual, and by the middle of the seventh grade, Konen was called to the school for a meeting with her daughter, a teacher, and the school principal.

The teacher told Konen her daughter was “trans fluid.”

“I sat across the table, and I was crying. I was trying to absorb everything.”

“They kept looking at me angrily because I kept saying ‘she,’ and that it was going to take me time to time to process everything,” she said. “I was very confused. … I was very upset. I was blindsided—completely blindsided.”

The teacher accused Konen of not being “emotionally supportive” of her daughter, who was to be called by a new name and male pronouns and would be using the unisex restroom at school.

“I felt she completely coached my child,” Konen said.

Konen said she was hurt that her daughter had not come to her first and the teacher acted in mean-spirited “smirking” way towards her.

“It made me feel very, very small as a parent. I was unaware of anything. Not one time had she mentioned to me ‘Oh, I think that I want to change my name,’ or ‘I’m transgender’ or anything. Nothing. I only heard bisexual one time, and that was it,” Konen said.

Within a few days of the meeting, the King City Police Department showed up at her door and told her that there had been a complaint made to Child Protective Services (CPS). The police questioned her two children and asked them if they wanted to be removed from the home.

If you feel like you live in an alternative universe where reductionism replaces logic and superficiality trumps character, here’s more evidence that you may be right. We might just be living in a racist version of The Twilight Zone.

The Mankato School Board in Minnesota voted unanimously to pay non-white teachers “additional stipends” based only on the color of their skin, according to BizPac Review. If you happen to be born black or Native American and teach for the school district, you ostensibly deserve to be paid more than your peers.

You don’t have to earn the raise for going the extra mile to help students or for actually doing anything at all. The pay raise is based upon the accident of skin color and nothing else. Forget the fact that nobody gets to determine the color of skin they’re born with.

The chair of the board, Jodi Sapp, is no stranger to controversy. She raised eyebrows when she required parents to give their name and address before commenting on school matters, The Daily Wire reported.

In this latest move, Sapp led the charge to amend district policy so that only non-white teachers are eligible for additional stipends to become mentors to other non-white colleagues.

Whites need not apply. If this isn’t racist, what is?

Not everyone was happy with the vote. Republican state Rep. Jeremy Munson criticized the policy, saying, “Our largest local school district just voted to pay people differently, not on merit, or by the content of their character, but based solely on the color of their skin.”

“This is allowed and encouraged under a revision to Minnesota state Statute 122A.70,” Munson continued. “Mankato Area Public Schools Policy number 466 provides pay for black and native American school staff above which is paid to white employees.”

Board member Erin Roberts defended the policy by saying the policy isn’t a form of segregation.

Vice-chair Kenneth Reid joined Roberts in defending the vote by claiming that, “It creates global citizens at the end of the day.”

Aha! Now it begins to make sense. It’s not The Twilight Zone unless a neo-Marxist move to strip U.S. citizens of the individual human dignity guaranteed by the Constitution can only happen in an alternative universe. In the neo-Marxist world, there are no individuals. Each person is put in a group based on something outside of their control.

Maybe it’s becoming more like The Outer Limits where the audience must relinquish control of the television screen.



Is this a world you would choose to live in? Neo-Marxists are doing everything in their power to strip the individual of the power to choose.

You can’t choose what skin color you are born with, who your parents happen to be or whether you are born rich or poor. But, in America, you are born with the freedom to choose how, as an individual, you will navigate your God-given life. In America, no two lives are the same. Even identical twins experience the world uniquely. Each individual is one of a kind.

Does the radical left promote racism?

The Mankato School Board decision is akin to saying all German Shepherds are more deserving to be police dogs than their cousin Belgian Shepherds. The individual dog doesn’t matter. No need for contests. No need for training. The German Shepherds, by accident of birth, are more deserving. You get the picture. Don’t let these people do this to your children. You can’t.

I wonder what Martin Luther King, Jr., the gold standard in race relations and the American Dream, would say. Bearing in mind MLK’s signature quote, “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character,” it’s safe to say he would call it what it is: racist.

MLK’s vision of America is one of a work-in-progress. We’re not there yet, but we’re on the way. The radical left seeks to undermine King’s legacy with policies that are anti-American and blatantly racist.

When formally adopted, the new requirements must be met to become or

The Minnesota teacher licensing board is called the Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board or PELSB. Each board member was appointed by Gov. Walz and PELSB is putting the finishing touches on new teacher licensing requirements.



The new standards will embed basic Marxist principles and practices such as critical race theory (CRT), fluid sexual identity, and gender politics into all Minnesota schools.



Standard Marxist practices and dogma divide people into opposing groups so that students and teachers must view themselves not as individuals, but as members of groups—oppressor groups or oppressed groups, and oppressed groups must be liberated from the exploitation of their oppressors.

Teachers must:



-Help students develop social identities based upon their social grouping (Group identities will usurp individual identities.)



-Comply with the construct of “multiple identity formation” (This means they must identify which identity groups a student belongs to, the scale of power assigned to each identity group and how their ‘identities’ intersect. This is called “intersectionality.”)



-Incorporate “Social and Emotional Learning” (SEL) into all classes (SEL seeks to transform the values, attitudes, and beliefs of students and achieve full compliance with equity and gender ideology.)



-Understand “systemic trauma,” including racism and micro & macro aggression (Trauma is presumed to have been inflicted upon victims from the oppressor classes.)



-Be “inclusive” to reflect “diversity of cultures” (Teachers will have to affirm homosexuality, transgenderism, sexual identity (gender as a choice not biology), and the absence of moral standards for sexual practices which will set the stage for the normalization of pedophilia.)



-Fully affirm and incorporate identity politics into the school, including race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, economic status, and ethnicity



-Focus on implicit bias and systemic racism, including “white privilege”



-Prioritize materials from “traditionally marginalized voices that offer diverse perspectives on race, culture, language, gender, sexual identity, religion, nationality, migrant/refugee status… and other identities traditionally silenced or omitted from the curriculum.” (Identity politics will drive curriculum content)



-Teach materials that “empower learners to be agents of social change and promote equity. (“Equity” means required equal outcomes, not equal opportunity. Marx said it this way: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.”)



-Train students in social activism through service learning; Connect students with local and global political activists



-Understand that Minnesota’s laws were created to oppress by race, class, gender, sexual orientation, language, and nationality; (This is the Marxist interpretation of history through presumed identity group power.)



-Understand white supremacy, and how racism operates institutionally (the Marxist assumption that our institutions are fundamentally racist)



-Understand “enthnocentrism” and “eurocentrism” as undermining “equity” (“Eurocentrism” and “ethnocentrism” form the core of America’s cultural, religious, and political heritage and are presented as racist and oppressive. Young people will be stripped of their history and instead be told their heritage is oppressive: racist, “white” and “heteronormative.”)

I would point out that when the DOJ highest level of law enforcement in the USA says he is authorizing his lieutenants to go in to local school boards to "assess" the extent of the problem of “violence and threats of violence” that is just about the same as making unjustified and illegal frightening threats against parents of children in local public schools. This power play is intended to scare parents and shut them up so that they cannot, or are afraid to, exercise the Constitutional right to free speech and redress of grievance and right to assemble. That is trashy low-life thuggery politicization behavior from the august position of U S Attorney General.
