Inflation doesn't happen when you ask for less rather than more
Merchants price goods solely in how fast they fly off the shelves.
We make purchases based on need. If we truly need something price is not a factor. Little of what society provides has anything at all to do with necessity and more having to do with successful marketing. Marketing suggests what you think you need but frankly could easily do without.
So how to combat inflation? The more prices are raised the less you ask for your labor . Then just live within the constraints of what you have left.
And as side benefits you get to report less income to dot gov and Chairman Joe gets to explain his failures to posterity.
