Persona means mask. My theory is that pressuring/shaming/mandating the wearing of face diapers is to have everyone adapt a new persona and all that they intend to accompany that.

Yes, and a stage prop to help sell and reinforce the narrative that there's a virus out there (Just like those empty testing tents- stage props to sell the psyop narrative)
Otherwise, people would be walking around without any visible sign of anything being different from any other day.
