Ballot images are crucial for election records and are required by both federal and state law to be retained for 22 months and 24 months, respectively.
Seventy-four of Georgia’s counties has not been able to produce original images of ballots from the November 2020 election, according to an election integrity group.
VoterGA, an election integrity nonprofit organization, received confirmation through Open Records Requests (ORRs) from 56 counties that either most or all of the images that the Dominion voting system automatically created for tabulating results have been destroyed.
Images of ballots are crucial for election records and are required by both federal and state law to be retained for 22 months and 24 months, respectively.
The images automatically created by the Dominion voting system for in-person ballots are on compact flash memory cards, while mail-in ballot images are on memory flash drives. The drives or cards are later manually uploaded to the Election Management Server in the county, and the more densely populated ones use high-speed scanners to directly transfer images to the Election Management Server.
“At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals,” According to VoterGA.
The organization noted that recount images do not have original time stamps that may be used for auditing nor the original meta data showing how the votes were originally interpreted. Recount images are invalid for an election audit because they can be changed by tampering between scans.
A total of another 28 counties admitted to VoterGA admitted they do not possess a complete set of original images. “Various counties were missing all in-person voting images, all absentee images, all Election Day images or a substantial portion of one or more of those groups,” the nonprofit noted.
Over a two-month period, there were another 18 counties that didn’t comply with repeated ORRs. While most didn’t respond, some requested “exorbitant fees for images that most counties provided for around $25-$50,” with the most being $1,700. There were six counties that claimed to mail VoterGA images that they haven’t received.
VoterGA possesses written confirmation from former State Election Director Chris Harvey that granted permission to erase from the memory cards images from in-person ballots.
“These violations are yet another glaring reason why Georgians cannot trust the Secretary of State’s office,” Garland Favorito, co-founder of VoterGA, said in a statement. “We desperately need a multi-county audit of the 2020 election to resolve these serious problems before 2022.”

Constitutional experts are raising doubts about the legality of the bill approved by the lame-duck New York City Council Thursday that will grant 800,000 non-citizens the right to vote in municipal elections.

Mayor Bill de Blasio — who has raised legal concerns about the measure and is leaving office at year’s end — said he will still allow it to become law, declining to veto the measure.

It will give legal, non-citizen residents such as green card holders the right to vote in local races but not state or federal elections.

The state Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, grants the right to vote in all elections to “every citizen” 18 years of age or older...

James McGuire, a former appellate court judge and chief legal counsel to three-term Gov. George Pataki, said, “It is difficult to reconcile the City Council’s position with the fact that the provision in the state constitution that grants the right to vote distinguishes between a citizen and a resident.”

In the course of the 2018 elections, a large group of former military-intelligence operatives entered capitalist politics as candidates seeking the Democratic Party nomination in 50 congressional seats—nearly half the seats where the Democrats were targeting Republican incumbents or open seats created by Republican retirements.


Some 30 of these candidates won primary contests and became the Democratic candidates in the November 2018 election, and 11 of them won the general election, more than one-quarter of the 40 previously Republican-held seats captured by the Democrats as they took control of the House of Representatives.

In 2020, the intervention of the CIA Democrats continues on what is arguably an equally significant scale: besides the reelection campaigns of the 11 representatives who won seats in the House in 2018, half a dozen of those who lost 2018 races are running again in 2020. Some of these are running for House seats again, while others have been promoted by the Democratic Party leadership and are running for the US Senate. And an entire new crop of military-intelligence operatives is being brought forward, some running for Republican seats targeted by the Democratic leadership as possible takeovers, others in seats not currently considered competitive.


The bottom line: at least 34 Democratic candidates for the House of Representatives have a primarily military-intelligence background, up from 30 in 2018, as well as three of the party’s 35 candidates for the US Senate, compared to zero in 2018. For each branch of Congress, this represents about 10 percent of the total.


As we explained in 2018, the extraordinary influx of candidates coming directly from the national-security apparatus into the Democratic Party is a two-sided process: the Democratic Party establishment welcomes such candidates as a demonstration of the party’s unshakeable devotion to the interests of American imperialism; and military-intelligence operatives are choosing the Democratic Party over the Republican Party in large numbers because they are attracted by the Democrats’ non-stop campaign against the Trump administration as too “soft” on Russia and too willing to pull out of the Middle East war zone....[names names]

The number of contested congressional seats in 2018 was unusually large, as the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee targeted 115 seats, about half of those in the Republican caucus. Candidates from military-intelligence backgrounds won the nomination for 30 of those seats, making them the largest single occupational group, ahead of lawyers (20), state and local politicians (26), businessmen (15), and others (24).


The likely takeover targets have shrunk in number because of the Democratic success in 2018. Only 31 seats are on the DCCC’s “red-to-blue” shopping list, and even of these, one is held by a Democrat already. That leaves 30 seats now held by Republicans but targeted for potential takeover. Of these, five have military-intelligence operatives as the Democratic nominees: Feehan, Jones, Jacobs, Kulkarni and Johnson, profiled above.


Another 18 military-intelligence candidates are running in districts held by Republicans that are not currently considered competitive but could become so in some cases if the Democratic edge in the election widens significantly—it is currently averaging about seven percent in the polls. The number of CIA Democrats in the House of Representatives could rise to as many as 20, depending on political shifts between now and November 3.


Reviewing the biographies of these candidates, based on the information they themselves chose to present on their campaign websites, gives a glimpse of the social types who are being attracted to and mobilized by the Democratic Party’s campaign against Trump, and particularly by the incessant claims that Trump is a Russian stooge and that his victory in 2016 was the product of “Russian meddling” in the elections.
