The good news is that American's are still sovereign, but they have to stand up and claim their rights.
This is about the best and most succinct explanation of how we got here.
More deception by the banksters and their lieyer counterparts.

Well after listening to Ralph Winterrowd, it is apparent that some of these constitutional guardians, have left down their guard.
Since almost everyone volunteers to be U.S. Citizens the congress they are electing is outside of The Constitution. There have been many court decisions that U.S. Citizens have no political rights and as such can not elect any representative that is a member of our constitutional republic.
All of our representatives are by virtue of the status of those who vote for them, are outside of the constitution. As are all the Agencies outside of The Constitutional govt.
A proper election requires people who are State Nationals who have elective rights and they choose the representatives of our republic.
That is why they call it a democracy; because they are not using the constitution.
And dumb John Birchers are none the wiser or maybe they are providing cover?
I did not mean to attack your idea, it is a good idea, but something more nefarious is going on.

We the People have not done our part at governing ourselves beginning shortly.after the Constitution was ratified.

Well I think that also was by design.
Good old Geo Washington took both offices of president.
There is an office of President for The United States of America and another office of President for the United States.
I think there should have been two Presidents one for the Republic and the other for the Federal (constitution) Government.

I didn't watch the JBS video. Honestly I don't know how they got into my email. I am not a fan.
My understanding the of the Federal system = 1. General Government, President, Congress & Judiciary,
2. States, 10th Amendment powers State Constitutions
3. The People, The Militia of the several States

My understanding of the supposed to be govt:
Founding document: Declaration of Independence; All men are created equal, We the people form this Republic.
We the people formed 13 States out of the 13 colonies.
13 States set up a federation under the articles of confederation.
The States decided they needed a more centralized control and created a constitution for the united States of America and gave that federal govt 19 enumerated powers.
We the people voted to accept that constitution. At that time The United States of America had been meeting and running the confederation from Philadelphia for xx years (12 i think).
There was a president chosen every 2 years, so by the time GW showed up there had been 6 presidents.
Now comes Federal govt, congress at the bottom of the pile.
With "We the people" on top.
