I am going to watch these videos tomorrow. I have been wanting to see how to fight the digital currency.

Now that I am renting again, I am a bit frightened for rent increases, but so far I guess the increases have not been too bad.

When you have a mortgage, even with a fixed rate, they go up on property taxes and insurance every year.

I am retired but think I need to do something at home to bring in a little money each month. Guess I will see if I can get some income from doing transcripts a few hours a month.

Everything is going up except my fixed retirement income.
