Preternatural experiences can and do happen to saints.
Some of those experiences are true miracles. When a person is being considered for canonization, there must be two verified miracles. (This rule may have changed since the Chair of Peter has been vacant since 1959.)
However experiences such as levitation are not considered a miracle and that is a common experience of saints. Also, I do not think that the stigmata is considered a miracle.
In the last days, there will be and are now many lying signs and wonders. Our duty is to not be fascinated with them or drawn to these evil workers of iniquity. I hope that MHFM's goal is to teach discernment, otherwise MHFM is just promoting a spiritually unhealthy fascination.
A good way to judge something that has happened that appeared to be supernatural is to ask - "does this increase my faith in Christ?
