A gunman killed at least 19 children and two adults at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, about 90 miles west of San Antonio, on Tuesday.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott said May 24 the shooter, a local 18-year-old, has died, believed to have been killed by responding law enforcement. He identified the attacker as Salvador Ramos, saying he was armed with a handgun, and possibly a rifle.

The governor added, “It is believed that two responding offers were struck by rounds, but have no serious injuries.”

Some students and staff are being treated in nearby hospitals.

The incident is believed to be the worst school shooting since the 2012 attack at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, in which in the attacker killed 26.

Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller of San Antonio tweeted, "God have mercy on our children, their families, their communities. Darkness is dense with one more shooting in our country. Let us help one another to spark light and warmth. May we keep each other in company. Prayers are needed."

And Bishop Michael Olson of Fort Worth has tweeted, "Let us pray for the families of these children killed or traumatized by this evil action and let us take serious steps forward in protecting vulnerable life and promoting justices for the safety of our children."

I do not know anything at all about this particular event, however, I did judge it worthy of posting on this forum.

The teenage madman who slaughtered 19 kids and two teachers in a Texas school spent more than 40 minutes inside as witnesses desperately urged police to charge into the building, it was *revealed Wednesday.

Salvador Ramos barricaded himself inside the classroom before opening fire on students and teachers inside. Border Patrol agents finally breached the door about 40 minutes to an hour later when a staff member gave them a key.

Now a father of one of the dead children is blaming officers at the scene for not acting sooner to stop the gunman.

Jacinto Cazares raced to Robb Elementary School when he heard about the shooting and arrived while police were still gathered outside.

While he watched anxiously at the officers standing outside his daughter’s school, he suggested storming into the school building himself alongside other civilian bystanders.

“Let’s just rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to,” he said he told other onlookers. “More could have been done.”

“There was at least 40 lawmen armed to the teeth but didn’t do a darn thing [until] it was far too late,” Cazares, the father of 10-year-old victim Jackie Cazares, told ABC News.

A witness who lived across the street from the elementary school, said onlookers begged officers outside the school to do something as bullets rang inside the building.

“Go in there! Go in there!” nearby women shouted at the officers who did not go inside, 24-year-old Juan Carranza said.

Local police, state police and 80 Border Patrol officers swarmed to the scene. Four of the 80 Border Patrol officers entered the school building and killed Ramos, according to a Customs and Border Protection official.

Carranza felt the officers should have barged into the school quicker.

“There were more of them, there was just one of him,” he said.

U.S. Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz said in a Wednesday interview with CNN that as soon as the Border Patrol officers arrived, “they didn’t hesitate.”

“They didn’t hesitate. They came up with a plan,” Ortiz told the outlet. “They entered that classroom and they took care of the situation as quickly as they possibly could.”

Carranza said he first watched Ramos crash his truck in a ditch outside the school, grab a AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle and shoot at, and miss, two people outside a nearby funeral home.

The mass shooter then fired at a school district security officer, ran inside the elementary school and shot at two arriving Uvalde police officers outside the building, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety spokesperson, who added that all three officers were injured.

It’s unclear whether the school security officer shot back at Ramos.

Ramos barged into one classroom, locked the door behind him and allegedly began massacring fourth-grade students and their teachers, according to the public safety department.

Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw said it was “within 40 minutes or so” from when the 18-year-old opened fire on the school security officer to when the Border Patrol team shot him.

The specialized, SWAT-like team known as the Border Patrol Tactical Unit struggled to breach the classroom door and had to get a staff member to open it with a key, a law enforcement official who requested anonymity told the Associated Press.

Cazares said the officers needed better tactical training and and were unprepared.

“The situation could’ve been over quick if they had better tactical training, and we as a community witnessed it firsthand,” he told ABC News.

He also said young people like the 18-year-old who killed his daughter shouldn’t be able to buy guns.

“I’m a gun owner and I do not blame the weapons used in this tragedy. I’m angry how easy it is to get one and how young you can be to purchase one,” he said.

Beto O’Rourke, a Democratic candidate for Texas governor, interrupted a press conference led by Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) on Wednesday before being escorted out of the event by law enforcement.

After Abbott opened the press conference and handed off comments to Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, O’Rourke approached the stage and began yelling at the Texas governor. Law enforcement stopped O’Rourke short of the stage.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), standing behind Abbott on the stage, told O’Rourke to “sit down and don’t play this stuff” as O’Rourke approached the stage scolding Abbott.

“The time to stop the next shooting is right now and you are doing nothing. You are offering us nothing,” O’Rourke said. “This is totally predictable when you choose not to do anything.”

“Please get his a** outta here,” a man on stage can be heard telling law enforcement.

“Sir, you are out of line. Please leave this auditorium” the man yelled down to O’Rourke. “I can’t believe. You’re a sick son of a b****, you would come to a deal like this to make a political issue.”

O’Rourke has been a vocal advocate for extensive gun control measures up to government confiscation of AR-15 rifles. He has since backed off that position.

A mass shooter killed at least 19 children and two adults at an elementary school in Uvalde on Tuesday. A Border Patrol agent engaged and fatally shot the gunman. Three law enforcement officers were injured while engaging the gunman.

Abbott called the press conference to give the public an update on the state of the investigation into the Uvalde shooting. Before O’Rourke’s interruption, the governor said that the shooter was an 18-year-old and reportedly a high school dropout with no criminal history, though the shooter may have a juvenile record.

The only red flag from the shooter’s past so far that may have foretold the shooting came in the form of several posts on social media the day of the shooting, Abbott said. One post sent roughly 15 minutes before the shooting said, “I’m going to shoot an elementary school,” according to the governor.

Abbott said that law enforcement and local officials in the Uvalde community requested help in dealing with mental health issues in the community.

“Some physical wounds that were sustained by the officers, they’re going to heal in the coming days. The mental and emotional wounds are far harder to see, and last far longer. The state of Texas working with federal and local officials in agencies, we’re going to be here for a long, long time,” Abbott said. “And one key point that we will focus on is making sure that everybody in this community has the access they need – for as long as they need it – to address the mental and emotional healthcare needs that they have.”

Well, it turned out he was not on campus. He drove on to the campus, but he was not on campus, as we were told and led to believe. No one mentioned the fact that there was this 45 minute-to-an-hour hold by the chief of the police of the school district while there were still shots being fired. Now, we believe that most of those shots were being fired into the door of the wall to hold back law enforcement. But we don't know.

And so imagine the parent who has to go through this for the rest of their life and they will be thinking, 'Was my child still alive and could have been saved?' So that was another fact that we weren't told. And so this is heartbreaking. This is horrendous. With these shootings, one of the parts of this job that you don't ever want is to have to go to a funeral of, particularly a child, but anyone killed in a shooting or one of our police officers killed in the line of duty.

We've had a lot of funerals, a lot of memorial services, a lot of hospital visits. So I take this personally, and I know the governor takes it personally. And for me, it's 140 or 150 people killed in Texas in the last six or seven years of collective anger when we're not told the truth.

Biden Suggests Having Federal Government Tear Down Robb Elementary School in Uvalde to Put Up New Building
Joe Biden reportedly told State Sen. Roland Gutierrez that he is looking into having the federal government tear down Robb Elementary School in Uvalde and replace it with a new building.

They sure are using most of the main features of the Sandy Hook playbook. They tore down the school building there and paid for the construction of a new multi million dollar buidling.

Biden arrived in Uvalde to meet with families of the shooting victims on Sunday.

Sen. Gutierrez, who represents Uvalde, detailed the conversation that he had with Biden during an interview with KSAT 12.

The Democrat said Biden told him that “we’re going to look to raze that school and build a new one.”

Gutierrez welcomed the idea, saying “I can’t tell you how many little children that I’ve talked to that don’t want to go into that building. They’re just traumatized. They’re just destroyed.”

The senator added that Biden also told him, “I’m not going away … I’m going to bring your resources. … We’re looking to get real money for health care.”

Gutierrez interrupted a press conference from Governor Greg Abbott on Friday, demanding that he call a special session of the Texas Legislature to address the shooting.

“My colleagues are asking for a special session. You’re getting a letter tomorrow. We’ve asked for gun control changes. I’m asking you now to bring us back in three weeks,” Gutierrez said during the question portion of the press conference.

I listened to Dr. Fetzer five all his evidence of Uvalde being a "a totally fake" event but he did not comment on any possible facts to speak strongly about there being no dead children.

I think Dr.. Fetzer said that just like Sandy Hook event, there were no ambulances or emergency vehicles and responders at the Uvalde school but I do not know of any facts to support that assertion but I would like to see that evidence.

I think Dr. Fetzer said that armed parents of the Uvalde school children showed up at the school during the tie of the shooting and were cursing at the cops there imploring to be let in to the school to save their child. To me that evidence, and I have seen a few short video clips support that as fact, was something that could have been performed by crisis actors.

It seemed seemed convincing to show that there really were real parents there who were really angry and carrying guns and fighting desperately for their child.

So neither Dr. Fetzer nor any other coverage I have seen so far convinces me that the deaths of the children did not happen. And real proven deaths of real children as presented in the official narrative of the event is evidence that is so far absent, not present.

Nevertheless, Uvalde event meets my definition of "real" even if there is no good evidence that the deaths of children did not happen.

I agree that there was much evidence that at Sandy Hook and Parkland and even at Boston, there was overwhelming facts discovered that show the deaths and the victims were not real.

I wonder if anyone knows anyone who lives in Uvalde and who can give more information directly related to the deaths of the purported victims and evidence that they were presented in the official narrative as real people.

We definitiely need more facts about the Uvalde event.

It is totally illogical to me for people to be clamoring for gun control session in the Texas legislature no matter what evidence is found and no matter what is true and what is false.

The justice of the peace apparently had the "haunting" task of IDENTIFICATION of the deceased for Uvalde county, TX.

I would like to know exactly THE DETAILED PROCEDURE BY WHICH A POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION IS MADE INCLUDING RULES OF CHAIN-OF-CUSTODY OF THE EVIDENCE EXAMINED.

Brilliant expose of faking feelings that do not exist, where many of these actors appear to be illegal migrants who are glad to play along for cash and benefits. Paul Biener invited me back on his "Logical Thinking" show to discuss Uvalde, where I laid out proof that it was a staged event preceded by a drill two months earlier. (They often use the claim it was "just a drill" to CYA if they are outed as a fake event where nobody died.) So I reviewed the earlier drill and some of the oddities about the purported shooter and his equipment, which ran about $5,000 for a guy who could not hold a job as a mop boy at Wendy's! I use the LAW ENFORCEMENT FALSE FLAG / STAGED EVENT CHECKLIST as a background, where Uvalde scores high in virtually every category. The use of crisis actors was bungled when they had two "dads" for the same girl. They all had studio-quality photos, which were perfectly framed. And bringing in a B-list Hollywood guy did not help them out, where his performance was ridiculous beyond belief--and where his wife was even wearing the green Converse sneakers of the same kind that had just come out of the box as the only way one set of parents could identify their child! This has gotten ridiculous beyond belief.

The Times reported recently that Border Patrol agents had been told by an unknown officer at the scene not to breach the door but ignored that order and went in anyway. Arredondo’s lawyer claims he didn’t give the order. Who did?

Another reason cited by his attorney for why he couldn’t be the incident commander was because he didn’t have his police radio on him, preventing him from coordinating with officers outside the hallway. But the reason he didn’t have the radio is inexplicable, in the words of one expert on police tactics:"

Alex has 30 years of law enforcement experience including 15 as a detective. I wanted to review the recent discussion of the Uvalde parents by "Harrison Hanks", who exposes their lack of authenticity, which is one of the most powerful indicators that we are dealing with crisis actors (amateur, to be sure) rather than bona fide grieving parents. We began by reviewing some of the oddities of the event, where the alleged shooter does not appear to have been able to afford the high-end weapons he is alleged to have used and where it appears to have been modeled after Sandy Hook; Instead of shooting his mother and then going to an elementary school to shoot 20 kids and 6 adults, in Uvalde, he shoots his grandmother and goes to an elementary school to shoot 19 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade kids and 2 adults, one of whom appears to be reprising her role as a teach at Sandy Hook (Vicki Soto) and where even Dr. Wayne Carver, the CT Medical Examiner who was the glue of the Sandy Hook event, may have made an appearance (the height, the weight, the build, the tile of the head, the face and beard and glasses all matching the other guy from Connecticut). My own suspicions about a police officer Harrison consults are confirmed by Alex's observations, where a lot of what he says about Uvalde does not add up. Much to enjoy here with a very fine guest, whom I greatly admire.

The idea that Victoria Soto and Wayne Carver, deceased Medical Examiner for state of Massachusetts

appear to be appearing at Uvalde event is very interesting. On explanation we should not rule out is that now they are deliberately writing into the script characters who are made to look like the original "crisis actors." In other words, I can see the subtle sophisticated mind control technique of now having fake crisis actors of the original fake crisis actors. Wayne Carver is supposed to have actually died post Sandy Hook, so he, unlike Victoria Soto, was at least actually known to have been a videotaped real human being.

There are so many layers of falsity and deception that it becomes just watching an entertaining fictional movie.

One of the two fathers of the same victim sated. "She was a very good daughter." That sounds very poorly scripted dialog for the crisis acting father.

Guest said if you see a hearse at the scene of what is definitely a homicide, that is a very good sign that it is a fake event. They use VANS There must be investigation of homicide and mass homicide events and the bodies at the scene before being transported away. Good clue.

What continually gets me is that a whole community, like Sandy Hook, is in on this fraud and when you have a primarily Hispanic population you have a Christian community so all of a sudden we are seeing a fake Christians in a fake Christian community all being all-in on this abomination to infringe of the Second Amendment for pay.

I agree with Dr. Fetzer that the blatancy, in your face, of this low production value false event is particularly insulting.

Since Wayne Carver was the Medical Examiner for the whole state of Massachusetts at the time of Sandy Hook event, thought I would see if there was a like position of a medical examiner for the whole state of Texas at time of Uvalde event.

Found out the Texas State Board Medical Examiners is an agency that is about to be sunsetted by the Sunset Commission of the state. That would have been the state agency that would have been over a statewide medical examiner position if there ever was one. That is the state agency that is over all the coroners and medical examiners throughout the state of Texas, I would assume.

Still, it seems kind of peculiar that now when the whole idea of a medical examiner of Uvalde is in the spotlight, this is the agency that is probably also over the county medical examiners. We are not even sure if Uvalde county even has a medical examiner but they do have an "acting coroner" or something like that, that I posted about earlier.

Final Results of Last Sunset Review

Senate Bill 419 continued the Medical, Physician Assistant, and Acupuncture boards for 12 years and contained the Sunset Commission’s recommendations to increase the boards’ ability to protect the public and provide fairer, more efficient processes for license holders. The bill improved stakeholder input into the boards’ rulemaking process, built on recent legislative directives to further strengthen the boards’ enforcement efforts, clarified the Medical Board’s use of peer review documents, authorized the Medical Board to issue several new types of licenses, established grounds for disciplinary action for physicians who perform certain abortions, and enhanced the Acupuncture Board’s role as a regulatory board. Senate Bill 419 also changed the name of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners to the Texas Medical Board and the Texas Physician Assistant Board, respectively. The list below summarizes the major provisions of Senate Bill 419.

Directs the Medical Board to consider if a violation directly relates to patient care when determining a sanction.
Requires the Medical Board to document reasons for rejecting recommendations from informal hearings panels.
Requires a joint interim study on the medical peer review process.
Restricts a physician from performing a third-trimester abortion, except under certain circumstances.
Requires a physician to get parental consent before performing an abortion on a minor.

Sen. John Cornyn was booed Friday as he attempted to give a speech at the Republican Party of Texas’ 2022 Convention.
Cornyn, who has represented the state in the upper chamber since 2002, is currently negotiating a gun control and mental health package with Senate Democrats. Although the negotiating senators released a legislative framework on June 12, they have not introduced a bill and have reportedly hit a snag in negotiations over several provisions.

According to a recent news report, the police in Uvalde, Texas, never attempted to open a classroom door while a gunman spent 77 minutes killing 19 children and two teachers who were inside.

A law enforcement source told the San Antonio Express-News that surveillance footage from Robb Elementary School shows that police made no effort to open the door. The report further states there is reason to believe it may have been unlocked.

The surveillance footage from the May 24 massacre has not been publicly released but has been seen by the Express-News.

The surveillance footage shows that the gunman was able to open the door to classroom 111 and enter with an assault-style rifle, the source said.

Uvalde Schools’ Police Chief Resigns From City Council

UVALDE, Texas—The Uvalde school district’s police chief has stepped down from his position in the City Council just weeks after being sworn in following allegations that he erred in his response to the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School that left 19 students and two teachers dead.

Chief Pete Arredondo told the Uvalde Leader-News on Friday that he has decided to step down for the good of the city administration. He was elected to the District 3 council position on May 7 and was sworn in—in a closed-door ceremony—on May 31, just a week after the massacre.

“After much consideration, I regret to inform those who voted for me that I have decided to step down as a member of the city council for District 3. The mayor, the city council, and the city staff must continue to move forward without distractions. I feel this is the best decision for Uvalde,” Arredondo said.

Arredondo, who has been on administrative leave from his school district position since June 22, has declined repeated requests for comment from The Associated Press. His attorney, George Hyde, did not immediately respond to emailed requests for comment Saturday.

On June 21, the City Council voted unanimously to deny Arredondo a leave of absence from appearing at public meetings. Relatives of the shooting victims had pleaded with city leaders to fire him.

Representatives of the Uvalde mayor, Don McLaughlin, have not responded to requests for comment Saturday.

Col. Steven McCraw, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, told a state Senate hearing last month that Arredondo—the on-site commander—made “terrible decisions” as the massacre unfolded on May 24 , and that the police response was an “abject failure.”

Three minutes after 18-year-old Salvador Ramos entered the school, sufficient armed law enforcement were on scene to stop the gunman, McCraw testified. Yet police officers armed with rifles stood and waited in a school hallway for more than an hour while the gunman carried out the massacre. The classroom door could not be locked from the inside, but there is no indication officers tried to open the door while the gunman was inside, McCraw said.

McCraw has said parents begged police outside the school to move in and students inside the classroom repeatedly pleaded with 911 operators for help while more than a dozen officers waited in a hallway. Officers from other agencies urged Arredondo to let them move in because children were in danger.

“The only thing stopping a hallway of dedicated officers from entering room 111 and 112 was the on-scene commander who decided to place the lives of officers before the lives of children,” McCraw said.

Arredondo has tried to defend his actions, telling the Texas Tribune that he didn’t consider himself the commander in charge of operations and that he assumed someone else had taken control of the law enforcement response. He said he didn’t have his police and campus radios but that he used his cellphone to call for tactical gear, a sniper, and the classroom keys.

It’s still not clear why it took so long for police to enter the classroom, how they communicated with each other during the attack, and what their body cameras show.

Officials have declined to release more details, citing the investigation.

Arredondo, 50, grew up in Uvalde and spent much of his nearly 30-year career in law enforcement in the city.

Something seriously not right.

If I were a parent in Uvalde whose child was killed I would be frustrated and angry at the entire tenor of the reporting by this TV news channel. The emphasis is on something, the release of the video footage, that has nothing to do with the deaths and injuries. The lack of information of these subjects is the thing to focus anger on.

First give us more verifiable news coverage of the deaths and identities of the dead as well as detailed information about the seriousness of the injuries sustained by those "survivor" injuried and where they are now.

The problem is it appears that more gun control is the emphasis as well as secrecy because of incompetency. The kind of information I am seeking is glaringly absent. THAT is where the hiding and secrecy mainly is at this time. That is the kind of facts that can be followed up on by question people in the community who have direct knowledge of the dead and injured of this Uvalde school "shooting."

If none of that information can be satisfactorily proven to be verified and true, then it follows that we already know why the video tape cannot be released.

UVALDE, Texas—The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) announced Monday an internal review into the actions of state police who had dozens of troopers and agents on the scene during a slow and chaotic response to the Uvalde elementary school mass shooting (https://www.theepochtimes.com/t-mass-shooting).
The review comes as a new 80-page report released over the weekend by the Texas House revealed wide failures by all levels of law enforcement. The findings estimated more than 90 state troopers were at Robb Elementary School during the May 24 tragedy.
It is the first time Texas DPS has said it would examine the actions of its own officers in the two months since the deadliest school shooting in Texas history.
Texas DPS said in a statement the review would “determine if any violations of policy, law, or doctrine occurred” during the response to the attack that killed 19 children and two teachers in a fourth-grade classroom. It said the review was launched last week.
Texas DPS Director Steve McCraw has previously called the law enforcement response to the shooting an “abject failure.” He has put much of the blame on the school district’s police chief for not breaching the classroom sooner.

The findings of an investigative committee released Sunday were the first to criticize both state and federal law enforcement, and not just local authorities in the South Texas city for the bewildering inaction by heavily armed officers as a gunman fired inside two adjoining fourth-grade classrooms.
Footage from city police officers’ body cameras made public hours later only further emphasized the failures.
Nearly 400 law enforcement officials rushed to the school, but “egregiously poor decision making” resulted in more than an hour of chaos before the gunman was finally confronted and killed, according to the report written by an investigative committee from the Texas House of Representatives.
Together, the report and more than three hours of newly released body camera footage from the May 24 tragedy amounted to the fullest account to date of one of the worst school shootings in U.S. history.
“At Robb Elementary, law enforcement responders failed to adhere to their active shooter training, and they failed to prioritize saving innocent lives over their own safety,” the report said.
The gunman fired approximately 142 rounds inside the building—and it is “almost certain” that at least 100 shots came before any officer entered, according to the report, which laid out numerous failures. Among them:
—No one assumed command despite scores of officers being on the scene.
—The commander of a Border Patrol tactical team waited for a bulletproof shield and working master key for a door to the classrooms that may have not even been needed, before entering.
—A Uvalde Police Department officer said he heard about 911 calls that had come from inside the rooms, and that his understanding was the officers on one side of the building knew there were victims trapped inside. Still, no one tried to breach the classroom.

The committee didn’t “receive medical evidence” to show that police storming the classrooms sooner would have saved lives, but it concluded that “it is plausible that some victims could have survived if they had not had to wait 73 additional minutes for rescue.”
The findings had at least one immediate effect: Lt. Mariano Pargas, a Uvalde Police Department officer who was the city’s acting police chief during the massacre, was placed on administrative leave.
Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin said an investigation would be launched to determine whether Pargas should have taken command of the scene. He also disclosed for the first time that some officers had left the force since the shooting but did not provide an exact number, saying it was as many as three.

A gun maker and a gun shop are listed as defendants in a massive $27 billion class action lawsuit set to be filed on behalf of parents of victims slain in the Robb Elementary School mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas.

Announced Sunday, the families represented by the Law Offices of Bonner & Bonner are seeking to hold a litany of defendants liable for the shooting that claimed the lives of 19 young children and two school staffers, including several city, state and federal law enforcement agencies which simultaneously failed to stop gunman Salvador Ramos back in May.

Announced Sunday, the families represented by the Law Offices of Bonner & Bonner are seeking to hold a litany of defendants liable for the shooting that claimed the lives of 19 young children and two school staffers, including several city, state and federal law enforcement agencies which simultaneously failed to stop gunman Salvador Ramos back in May.

According to San Antonio-area ABC affiliate KSAT, the lawsuit lists Robb Elementary school police, former school district police chief Pete Arredondo, Uvalde city police, Uvalde county sheriffs, the Texas Rangers, the Texas Department of Public Safety and the US Border Patrol as defendants.

Gun manufacturer Daniel Defense, which made the gun used during the shooting, and the Oasis Outback gun store, which legally sold Ramos the gun he used, are also listed as defendants.

“There will be some institutional defendants as well, such as school board or such as City Council or such as the City of the Uvalde,” attorney Charles Bonner told KSAT.

Bonner claimed the lawsuit was being filed to “serve the community.”

“What we intend to do (is) to help serve this community, and that is to file a $27 billion civil rights lawsuit under our United States Constitution, one-of-a-kind in the whole world,” he told KSAT.

The lawyer argued law enforcement agencies ignored the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment by depriving people of life.

“People have a right to life under the 14th Amendment and what we’ve seen here is that the law enforcement agencies have shown a deliberate conscious disregard of the life,” Bonner said.

Bonner says the nearly $30 billion price tag will ensure what happened in Uvalde, where several police units were caught on camera hesitating for over an hour to confront the shooter, never happens again.

“Everyone in this world are hurting and bleeding about what is happening here in Uvalde. And it’s up to us to make sure it doesn’t happen again,” Bonner said.

The attorney did not elaborate on how the gun store which followed all protocols in selling the firearm, or the gun maker had any responsibility in the shooting.

The Daily Caller reports Daniel Defense and Oasis Outback did not respond to requests for comment. The US Border Patrol and the City of Uvalde stated they would not comment on pending litigation.

Lawyers say they’ll file the suit in September after the Justice Department concludes their investigation into the shooting.

The lawsuit’s targeting of Daniel Defense is reminiscent of the wrongful death suit filed by Sandy Hook victims’ parents against Remington Arms company in 2014 that resulted in a landmark $73 million settlement to nine victims’ families seven years later.

The suit comes as gun control group Uvalde Strong for Gun Safety demanded the Oasis Outback gun shop stop selling “assault rifles” and ammunition, or face protests outside their store.

So much falsity lies at the base of this event. Now, just like for Sandy Hook, the gun manufacturer and the gun shop are being sued.

That sentence smells of a Leftist Gun Grab Group's plot instigating the event from the beginning. I guess the so called "assault rifle" referenced is an AR15. I don't know much about firearms but I have heard news commentators several times say that no way are AR15s "assault rifles."

They better import some Antifa hires to do the out-side-the gun store protesting because local people doing that protesting are risking their lives in such activity, at least in Texas.

We still do not know what went down during this incident but Brian Davidson said that there were several things about the whole thing from the beginning that did not seem right. One of the main things that maybe is not right is that the actual deaths of actual students is fully uninvestigated and the official narrative was just accepted as true.

I don't know much about the law in this situation but on the surface the grounds for the lawsuit seems very sketchy to me. And if this lawsuit goes forward with the foundational lack of full investigation of the event, it will be a further miscarriage of justice and deep wound to the rule of law in the USA.
