Dachsie comment:

I believe the "Coronavirus Pandemic" was planned for many years for the purpose of being a main tool in destroying or taking down the Constitutional republic of the United States of America. That's why I describe this coming rash of foreclosures as a successful accomplishment of the PLANdemic.

I would venture a guess that 99% of the population has no idea the money for the mortgage they are paying on was created on their signature on the promissory note. Thomas D. Schauf published several booklets on this scam.

Some people have not had to pay their mortgage payments for the last 16 months, same for rent payments, and same for student loan payments. That party is about to end.

Some people have not had to pay their mortgage payments for the last 16 months, same for rent payments, and same for student loan payments. That party is about to end.
After the last financial crash in 2008 I was self employed in a trucking business. After about 18 months with no jobs I was getting behind on my debts. A credit card company sued me. I answered their complaint stating they had loaned me nothing of value, instead they monetized my signature on the credit invoice thereby creating the money they claimed they had loaned me. The lawyers never answered my response to their complaint. About two years ago I received a letter from the law firm asking if I would agree to settling and closing the case without prejudice, which I did. If any of those homeowners or student loan holders ended up in court with an expert witness with the knowledge that Thomas Schauf had I suspect the lenders would immediately drop their foreclosure suit rather than have the money creation scheme exposed in a court of law. Rent is another thing because the owner is giving the renter a place to live in exchange for something of value, even though it is an FRN.

Edit: Bankers creating money out of thin air = inflation.

promise (n.)
c. 1400, promisse, "a solemn pledge; a vow; a declaration in reference to the future made by one person to another, assuring the latter that the former will do, or not do, a specified act," from Old French promesse "promise, guarantee, assurance" (13c.) and directly from Latin promissum "a promise," noun use of neuter past participle of promittere "send forth; let go; foretell; assure beforehand, promise," from pro "before" (from PIE root *per- (1) "forward," hence "in front of, before") + mittere "to release, let go; send, throw" (see mission).

Promises are issued (created) by one PERSON and received by another PERSON.

In older literature a PERSON is a word, an action or representation. Newer interpretations seem to imply that only corporations are PERSONS but obscure this by adding 'natural' as an adjective (as in NATURAL PERSON). There is nothing in nature that is associated with the concept of PERSON and the promise to pay with a token payment (a seal is a token too) is the payment. Your agent in government helps you perform on your promise by providing high paying jobs and by diluting the currency to the point that it can be considered worthless (I will gladly pay you 100 billion Zimbabwe dollars Tuesday for a hamburger today).
